Le projet vise à poursuivre dans le cadre du Plan Rhône Saône, l'animation de la réduction de la vulnérabilité des exploitations agricoles du Gard soumises au risque d'inondation du Rhône sur la période du 01 avril 2019 au 31 décembre 2021. Le niveau de protection visé est la Crue de Référence pour les communes à PPRi approuvé et Les Plus Hautes Eaux Connues (PHEC) pour les autres. Afin d'atteindre cet objectif il est prévu de poursuivre la réalisation de diagnostics de vulnérabilité pour identifier les mesures les plus appropriées à mettre en place, d'apporter une aide au montage et au suivi technique et financier des projets, d'oeuvrer à la mise en place concrète de mesures collectives opérationnelles, zones de repli collectives pour le cheptel et le matériel, et organisationnelles, intégration d'un volet agricole dans les PCS - Mise en place d'une Cellule de crise - Veille assurance, et d'assurer le pilotage de l'opération en favorisant sa lisibilité par des actions de communication et éventuellement de reproductibilité. L'ASA départementale du Gard continuera à proposer sous conditions une maîtrise d'ouvrage déléguée de nature à faciliter la réussite du dispositif. (French)

The project aims to continue, within the framework of the Rhône Saône Plan, the facilitation of the reduction of the vulnerability of agricultural holdings in Gard subject to the risk of flooding in the Rhône over the period from 01 April 2019 to 31 December 2021. The target level of protection is the Reference Crue for municipalities with approved PPRi and Les Hautes Eaux Connues (PHEC) for others. In order to achieve this objective, it is planned to continue carrying out vulnerability diagnoses in order to identify the most appropriate measures to be put in place, to assist in the technical and financial set-up and monitoring of projects, to work towards the practical implementation of collective operational measures, collective fall-back areas for livestock and equipment, and to integrate an agricultural component into the SCPs — setting up a crisis unit — watch assurance, and to ensure that the operation is managed by promoting its readability through communication and possibly reproducibility. The Departmental SAA of Gard will continue to offer under conditions a delegated project management to facilitate the success of the system. (English)

Ziel des Projekts ist es, im Rahmen des Rhône-Saône-Plans die Verringerung der Anfälligkeit der landwirtschaftlichen Betriebe des Gard, die dem Hochwasserrisiko der Rhône ausgesetzt sind, im Zeitraum vom 1. April 2019 bis zum 31. Dezember 2021 weiter voranzutreiben. Das angestrebte Schutzniveau ist die Referenz-Crue für die Gemeinden mit PPRi genehmigt und die höchsten bekannten Gewässer (PHEC) für andere. Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, sollen weiterhin Schwachstellendiagnosen durchgeführt werden, um die am besten geeigneten Maßnahmen zu ermitteln, um den Aufbau und die technische und finanzielle Überwachung der Projekte zu unterstützen, auf die konkrete Einführung von kollektiven operativen Maßnahmen, kollektiven Rückzugsgebieten für Viehbestand und Material sowie organisatorische Maßnahmen hinzuarbeiten, eine landwirtschaftliche Komponente in die PCS einzubinden – Einrichtung einer Krisenzelle – Sicherung und Gewährleistung der Steuerung des Vorhabens durch Kommunikations- und gegebenenfalls Reproduzierbarkeitsmaßnahmen. Die ASA départementale du Gard wird weiterhin unter Bedingungen eine delegierte Bauleitung anbieten, die den Erfolg des Systems erleichtern würde. (German)

Het project heeft tot doel om, in het kader van het Rhône-Saône-plan, de vermindering van de kwetsbaarheid van landbouwbedrijven in Gard die aan het risico van overstromingen in de Rhône onderhevig zijn, voort te zetten in de periode van 1 april 2019 tot en met 31 december 2021. Het streefniveau van bescherming is de Reference Crue voor gemeenten met goedgekeurde PPRI en Les Hautes Eaux Connues (PHEC) voor anderen. Om dit doel te bereiken, is het de bedoeling dat de uitvoering van kwetsbaarheidsdiagnoses wordt voortgezet om de meest geschikte maatregelen vast te stellen die moeten worden genomen, om bijstand te verlenen bij de technische en financiële opzet en monitoring van projecten, om te werken aan de praktische uitvoering van collectieve operationele maatregelen, collectieve terugvalgebieden voor vee en uitrusting, en om een landbouwcomponent te integreren in de SCP’s — oprichting van een crisiseenheid — toezicht op zekerheid, en om ervoor te zorgen dat de operatie wordt beheerd door de leesbaarheid ervan te bevorderen door middel van communicatie en eventueel reproduceerbaarheid. De SAA van Gard zal onder voorwaarden een gedelegeerd projectbeheer blijven aanbieden om het succes van het systeem te vergemakkelijken. (Dutch)

Il progetto mira a proseguire, nel quadro del piano Rodano Saône, l'agevolazione della riduzione della vulnerabilità delle aziende agricole nel Gard soggette al rischio di inondazioni nel Rodano nel periodo dal 1º aprile 2019 al 31 dicembre 2021. Il livello di protezione obiettivo è il crue di riferimento per i comuni con PPRI approvato e Les Hautes Eaux Connues (PHEC) per altri. Al fine di conseguire tale obiettivo, si prevede di continuare a effettuare diagnosi di vulnerabilità al fine di individuare le misure più appropriate da mettere in atto, di contribuire all'allestimento tecnico e finanziario e al monitoraggio dei progetti, di adoperarsi per l'attuazione pratica di misure operative collettive, di aree di riserva collettive per il bestiame e le attrezzature, di integrare una componente agricola nei PSC — creazione di un'unità di crisi — vigilare sull'assicurazione e di garantire che l'operazione sia gestita promuovendone la leggibilità attraverso la comunicazione e, eventualmente, la riproducibilità. Il Dipartimento SAA di Gard continuerà a offrire, a condizioni, una gestione delegata del progetto per facilitare il successo del sistema. (Italian)

El proyecto tiene por objeto continuar, en el marco del Plan Ródano Saône, la facilitación de la reducción de la vulnerabilidad de las explotaciones agrícolas de Gard sujetas al riesgo de inundaciones en el Ródano durante el período comprendido entre el 1 de abril de 2019 y el 31 de diciembre de 2021. El nivel objetivo de protección es el Crue de Referencia para los municipios con PPRI aprobado y Les Hautes Eaux Connues (PHEC) para otros. Para alcanzar este objetivo, se prevé seguir realizando diagnósticos de vulnerabilidad con el fin de identificar las medidas más adecuadas que se han de poner en marcha, ayudar en la configuración técnica y financiera y el seguimiento de los proyectos, trabajar en la aplicación práctica de medidas operativas colectivas, áreas colectivas de reserva para el ganado y el equipo, e integrar un componente agrícola en los CPS (creación de una unidad de crisis) vigilando la garantía, y asegurar que la operación se gestione promoviendo su legibilidad a través de la comunicación y, en su caso, la reproducibilidad. El SAA departamental de Gard seguirá ofreciendo bajo condiciones una gestión de proyectos delegada para facilitar el éxito del sistema. (Spanish)
