Le projet P42-TAT a pour but d’évaluer le potentiel préclinique d'un peptide de 36 acides aminés (P42-TAT) protecteur contre la maladie de Huntington. La maladie de Huntington est une maladie neurodégénérative rare due à l’expansion du domaine polyQ de la protéine huntingtine (Htt). Il sera mené par une équipe de recherche dirigée par Madame Florence MASCHAT au sein du laboratoire MMDN (Mécanismes Moléculaires dans les Démences Neurodégénératives ; Unité Inserm 1198) situé à l'Université de Montpellier. Ce programme de maturation est porté par la SATT AxLR dont le but est de valoriser les résultats de recherche issus des laboratoires publics de la région Occitanie auprès du monde socio-économique. Ses principales missions sont la détection, l'évaluation le financement de projets de maturation et leur transfert vers l'entreprise (PME, Start-up, grands comptes..). (French)

The aim of the P42-TAT project is to assess the preclinical potential of a 36 amino acid peptide (P42-TAT) protective against Huntington’s disease. Huntington’s disease is a rare neurodegenerative disease due to the expansion of the polyQ domain of huntingtin protein (HTT). It will be led by a research team led by Ms Florence Maschat within the MMDN laboratory (Moldecular Mechanisms in Neurodegenerative Demences; Inserm 1198) located at the University of Montpellier. This maturation programme is carried out by SATT AxLR, whose aim is to promote research results from public laboratories in the Occitanie region in the socio-economic world. Its main tasks are the detection, evaluation of the financing of maturation projects and their transfer to the enterprise (SMEs, Start-up, major accounts, etc.). (English)

Ziel des Projekts P42-TAT ist es, das präklinische Potenzial eines 36-Aminosäure-Peptids (P42-TAT) zu bewerten, das vor der Huntington-Krankheit geschützt ist. Die Huntington-Krankheit ist eine seltene neurodegenerative Erkrankung, die auf die Erweiterung des PolyQ-Bereichs des Huntingtin-Proteins (HTT) zurückzuführen ist. Es wird von einem Forschungsteam unter der Leitung von Frau Florence Maschat im Labor MMDN (Molekulare Mechanismen in neurodegenerativen Demenzen); Referat Inserm 1198) an der Universität Montpellier. Dieses Reifungsprogramm wird von der SATT AxLR durchgeführt, deren Ziel es ist, die Forschungsergebnisse der öffentlichen Laboratorien der Region Occitanien aus dem sozioökonomischen Bereich zu verwerten. Het doel van het P42-TAT-project is het beoordelen van het preklinische potentieel van een 36 aminozuurpeptide (P42-TAT) dat beschermt tegen de ziekte van Huntington. De ziekte van Huntington is een zeldzame neurodegeneratieve ziekte als gevolg van de uitbreiding van het polyQ-domein van huntingtine-eiwit (HTT). Het zal worden geleid door een onderzoeksteam onder leiding van mevrouw Florence Maschat binnen het MMDN-laboratorium (Moldecular Mechanisms in Neurodegeneratieve Demences; INSERM 1198) gevestigd aan de Universiteit van Montpellier. Dit rijpingsprogramma wordt uitgevoerd door SATT AXLR, dat tot doel heeft de onderzoeksresultaten van openbare laboratoria in de regio Occitanie in de sociaal-economische wereld te bevorderen. De belangrijkste taken zijn de opsporing, evaluatie van de financiering van rijpingsprojecten en de overdracht ervan aan de onderneming (kmo’s, startende ondernemingen, grote rekeningen, enz.). L'obiettivo del progetto P42-TAT è quello di valutare il potenziale preclinico di un peptide di 36 aminoacidi (P42-TAT) protettivo contro la malattia di Huntington. La malattia di Huntington è una rara malattia neurodegenerativa dovuta all'espansione del dominio poliQ della proteina di cacciatina (HTT). Sarà guidata da un gruppo di ricerca guidato dalla sig.ra Florence Maschat all'interno del laboratorio MMDN (meccanismi molecolari nelle demezze neurodegenerative; INSERM 1198) situato presso l'Università di Montpellier. Questo programma di maturazione è realizzato da SATT AXLR, il cui obiettivo è quello di promuovere i risultati della ricerca dei laboratori pubblici della regione dell'Occitania nel mondo socioeconomico. I suoi compiti principali sono l'individuazione, la valutazione del finanziamento dei progetti di maturazione e il loro trasferimento all'impresa (PMI, start-up, conti importanti, ecc.). (Italian)
