Su método se basa en producir pequenas cantidades de muchos modelos de productos que permite una mayor flexibilidad en cuanto a las variaciones de la demanda.Sus instalaciones actuales se encuentran en el P.I. Parque Plata, C/ Canada Real, nº4 41900, Camas, Sevilla.El objeto del proyecto consiste en la adquisición de una nueva nave de producción de 494 m2 en el P.I. Los Girasoles (Camas) y de todas las instalaciones y maquinarias necesarias para un óptimo funcionamiento. Esta inversión permitirá:- Iniciar la comercialización de sus productos en un mercado exterior, principalmente USA y UK, ganando cuota de mercado respecto a sus competidores. El producto que se pretende introducir es la tarta fondant envasada marca Suggart.- Incrementará el porcentaje de facturación procedente de ventas en el exterior, al abrir una línea de exportación de tartas fondant con diseno patentado.- Generación de nuevos puestos de trabajo: Se prevé un incremento inicial de 5 puestos de trabajo y conforme aumente la producción, llegar hasta los 35 empleos en el ejercicio 2020.- Incorporación de tecnologías innovadoras a productos o procesos a nivel sectorial.El proyecto requiere un plan de inversiones de 435.874,00 Euros que permitirá a la empresa incrementar su capacidad productiva y consolidar su posición en el mercado.La empresa presentó la solicitud de ayuda por la línea de acción b) Mejora de la competitividad de empresas, tipología b.1) Proyectos de inversión para la mejora de la competitividad en pymes. Una vez analizado el expediente se le ofreció a la empresa y la misma aceptó, trasladar el proyecto a la línea de acción a) Creación de actividad económica, tipología a.2) Proyectos de pequenas empresas. Entendemos que se trata de Creación de empresa, nuevo establecimiento debido a lo siguiente: * La ubicación del nuevo centro se encuentra en otra dirección del P.Ind. En las escrituras no se indican que las instalaciones sean colindantes con las anteriores. * La empresa mantendrá las anteriores instalaciones. Según la ITO-38 página 16, al tratar Los proyectos consistentes en traslados de ubicación de empresa se indica que si se trata de la creación de un nuevo centro de trabajo, que no supone traslado, por parte de una empresa existente se conducirá por la línea a) Creación de actividad económica. Se cumple lo estipulado en el PUNTO 20 del ANEXO V DEFINICIONES de la Orden de Desarrollo Industrial sobre qué se entiende por Nuevo establecimiento. * El nuevo establecimiento tendrá una organización del trabajo distinta del anterior. This investment will:- Start the marketing of their products in a foreign market, mainly USA and UK, gaining market share compared to their competitors. Hun huidige faciliteiten bevinden zich in het IP Plata Park, C/Canada Real, nr. 4 41900, Camas, Sevilla.Het doel van het project is de aankoop van een nieuwe productie-installatie van 494 m² in de IP Girasoles (Camas) en alle faciliteiten en machines die nodig zijn voor een optimale werking.
