La operacion consiste en un Plan de Intervención Socio-laboral, capacitando y entrenando a colectivos desfavorecidos en riesgo de exclusión social mediante la creación de tres brigadas de rehabilitaion para realizar obras de acondicionamiento y mejora en la zona DUSI, zona que esta especialmente degradada. Asi se crearán tres brigadas: Una de Jardineria y arreglos medioambientales que contará con 8 peones y un encargado/capataz; otra de Albañileria y Pavimentación que contará con 8 peones (pertenecientes a colectivos en riesgo de exclusion social), un/una capataz/encargado/a y otra de Reparación de Mobiliario e Infraestructura Urbana que contará con 8 peones y un/una capataz/encargado/a. Se realizarán contratacionespor el Ayuntamiento de Lugo durante 6 meses a traves de un contrato por obra o servicio. (Spanish)
