Hlavným cieľom projektu je rekonštrukcia sekundárnych rozvodov tepla v rámci účinného centralizovaného systému zásobovania teplom v obci Prakovce.Žiadateľ, Veolia Energia Východné Slovensko, s.r.o. je v 100%-nom vlastníctve Veolia Energia Slovensko, a. s., ktorá pôsobí na Slovensku už 27 rokov (od roku1992).Predmetom činnosti spoločnosti Veolia Energia Východné Slovensko, s.r.o. je výroba, rozvod a predaj tepla a teplej úžitkovej vody. Cieľ projektu je v plnom súlade s globálnym cieľom OP KŽP, Prioritnou osou 4: 4.5 Podpora využívania vysoko účinnej kombinovanej výroby tepla a elektrickejenergie na základe dopytu po využiteľnom teple, Špecifickým cieľom 4.5.1 Rozvoj účinnejších systémov CZT založených na dopyte po využiteľnom teple.Realizáciou projektu dôjde k naplneniu plánovaného výsledku špecifického cieľa prostredníctvom hlavnej aktivityA. Výstavba, rekonštrukcia a modernizácia rozvodov tepla, ktorá sa dosiahne pomocou: • výmena a modernizácia existujúcich potrubných rozvodov ÚK a TÚV s návrhom nových trás a dimenzií bezkanálových rozvodov tepla v 4 rúrkovom prevedenís využitím predizolovaných systémov• Vybavenia novými meracími a regulačnými radami v rámci hydraulického vyregulovania a optimalizácie distribúcie energie v sieti Výsledkom bude:• zníženie strát tepla o 186,9 MWh/rok na distribúcii zvýšenie účinnosti distribúcie tepla o 5,4 %• úspore primárnych energetických zdrojov o 191,4 MWh Miestom realizácie je obec Prakovce. Projekt „Rekonštrukcia teplovodov z centrálnej kotolne, Prakovce“ rieši komplexnú výmenu jestvujúcich rozvodov tepla vpôvodných trasách teplovodov s využitím predizolovaných potrubných systémov Výsledkom projektu je zvýšenie účinnosti rozvodov tepla, očakávané zníženie mernej spotreby tepla na ohrev TÚV a mernej spotreby elektriny na jednotku dodávkytepla.Projekt rieši obnovu existujúcich tepelných rozvodov na vymedzenom území v zmysle §2 písm. q) zákona č. 657/2004 Z. z. o tepelnej energetike. Rekonštrukciarozvodov nebude mať žiadne dôsledky na existujúcu infraštruktúru v danej lokalite. Nové potrubie bude v plnej miere vedené v trasách jestvujúcich teplovodov. (Slovak)

The main objective of the project is the reconstruction of secondary heat distribution within the efficient district heating system in the village Prakovce.The applicant, Veolia Energia Eastern Slovakia, s.r.o. is 100 % owned by Veolia Energia Slovensko, a. s., which has been operating in Slovakia for 27 years (since 1992).The subject of the activity of Veolia Energia Eastern Slovakia, s.r.o. is the production, distribution and sale of heat and hot domestic water. The objective of the project is fully in line with the global objective of the OP KŽP, Priority Axis 4: 4.5 Promoting the use of high-efficiency cogeneration based on useful heat demand, Specific objective 4.5.1 Developing more efficient CZT systems based on useful heat demand. The project implementation will meet the planned result of the specific objective through the main activityA. Construction, reconstruction and modernisation of heat distribution systems, which will be achieved by: • replacement and modernisation of existing pipelines of CEC and TÚV with the design of new routes and dimensions of channel-free heat distribution in 4 tubular versionsusing pre-insulated systems• Equipment with new measuring and regulatory councils in the framework of hydraulic control and optimisation of energy distribution in the network The result will be:• reduction of heat loss by 186,9 MWh/year on distribution, increase heat distribution efficiency by 5.4 %• primary energy saving of 191.4 MWh The place of implementation is the municipality of Prakovce. The project “Reconstruction of heat pipes from the central boiler room, Prakovce” solves the comprehensive exchange of existing heat distribution systems in the original hot-water routes using pre-insulated pipeline systems The result of the project is to increase the efficiency of heat distribution, the expected reduction of specific heat consumption for DHW heating and specific electricity consumption per unit of heat supply. The project addresses the renewal of existing heat distribution systems in the defined area in accordance with §2 (q) of Act No 657/2004 Coll. on thermal energy. Reconstruction of distributions will have no consequences for existing infrastructure on the site. The new pipeline will be fully routed in existing hot water routes. (English)

L’objectif principal du projet est la reconstruction de la distribution secondaire de chaleur au sein du système de chauffage urbain efficace dans le village de Prakovce.La requérante, Veolia Energia Eastern Slovakia, s.r.o. est détenue à 100 % par Veolia Energia Slovensko, a. s., qui opère en Slovaquie depuis 27 ans (depuis 1992).L’activité de Veolia Energia Eastern Slovakia, s.r.o. est la production, la distribution et la vente de chaleur et d’eau chaude domestique. L’objectif du projet est pleinement conforme à l’objectif global du PO KŽP, axe prioritaire 4: 4.5 Promouvoir l’utilisation de la cogénération à haut rendement basée sur la demande de chaleur utile, objectif spécifique 4.5.1 Développer des systèmes CZT plus efficaces fondés sur la demande de chaleur utile. La mise en œuvre du projet permettra d’atteindre le résultat prévu de l’objectif spécifique par le biais de l’activité principaleA. La construction, la reconstruction et la modernisation des systèmes de distribution de chaleur, qui seront réalisées par: • remplacement et modernisation des conduites existantes de CEC et de TÚV par la conception de nouvelles voies et dimensions de distribution de chaleur sans canal en 4 versions tubulaires utilisant des systèmes pré-isolés• Équipement avec de nouveaux conseils de mesure et de régulation dans le cadre du contrôle hydraulique et de l’optimisation de la distribution d’énergie dans le réseau Le résultat sera:• réduction des pertes de chaleur de 186,9 MWh/an sur la distribution, augmenter l’efficacité de distribution de chaleur de 5,4 %• économie d’énergie primaire de 191,4 MWh Le lieu de mise en œuvre est la municipalité de Prakovce. Le projet «Reconstruction de conduites de chaleur à partir de la chaufferie centrale, Prakovce» résout l’échange complet des systèmes de distribution de chaleur existants dans les voies d’eau chaude d’origine par canalisations pré-isolées. Le projet a pour résultat d’accroître l’efficacité de la distribution de chaleur, la réduction attendue de la consommation spécifique de chaleur pour le chauffage DHW et la consommation spécifique d’électricité par unité d’approvisionnement en chaleur. Le projet porte sur le renouvellement des systèmes de distribution de chaleur existants dans la zone délimitée conformément à l’article 2, point q), de la loi no 657/2004 relative à l’énergie thermique. La reconstruction des distributions n’aura aucune incidence sur les infrastructures existantes sur le site. Le nouveau gazoduc sera entièrement acheminé sur les voies d’eau chaude existantes. Hauptziel des Projekts ist der Wiederaufbau der sekundären Wärmeverteilung innerhalb des effizienten Fernwärmesystems im Dorf Prakovce.Die Klägerin, Veolia Energia Eastern Slovakia, s.r.o. ist zu 100 % im Besitz der Veolia Energia Slovensko, a. s., die seit 27 Jahren in der Slowakei tätig ist (seit 1992). Gegenstand der Tätigkeit von Veolia Energia Eastern Slovakia, s.r.o. ist die Produktion, Verteilung und Verkauf von Wärme und heißem Hauswasser. Das Ziel des Projekts steht voll und ganz im Einklang mit dem globalen Ziel des OP KŽP, Prioritätsachse 4: 4.5 Förderung der Nutzung hocheffizienter KWK auf der Grundlage des Nutzwärmebedarfs, Einzelziel 4.5.1 Entwicklung effizienterer CZT-Systeme auf der Grundlage des Nutzwärmebedarfs. Die Projektdurchführung wird das geplante Ergebnis des spezifischen Ziels durch die HauptaktivitätA erfüllen. Bau, Wiederaufbau und Modernisierung von Wärmeverteilungssystemen, die durch: • Ersetzung und Modernisierung bestehender Rohrleitungen von CEC und TÚV durch die Entwicklung neuer Strecken und Dimensionen der kanalfreien Wärmeverteilung in 4 Rohrversionen mit vorisolierten Systemen• Ausrüstung mit neuen Mess- und Regulierungsräten im Rahmen der hydraulischen Steuerung und Optimierung der Energieverteilung im Netz Das Ergebnis wird sein:• Reduzierung des Wärmeverlusts um 186,9 MWh/Jahr bei der Verteilung, Erhöhung der Wärmeverteilungseffizienz um 5,4 %• Primäre Energieeinsparung von 191,4 MWh Der Ort der Umsetzung ist die Gemeinde Prakovce. Das Projekt „Rekonstruktion von Wärmerohren aus dem Zentralkesselraum Prakovce“ löst den umfassenden Austausch bestehender Wärmeverteilungssysteme in den ursprünglichen Heißwasserwegen mittels vorisolierter Rohrleitungssysteme. Das Ergebnis des Projekts ist die Steigerung der Effizienz der Wärmeverteilung, die erwartete Reduzierung des spezifischen Wärmeverbrauchs für DHW-Heizung und spezifischer Stromverbrauch je Wärmeversorgungseinheit. Das Projekt befasst sich mit der Erneuerung bestehender Wärmeverteilungssysteme im definierten Bereich gemäß § 2 (q) des Gesetzes Nr. 657/2004 Slg. über Wärmeenergie. Der Wiederaufbau der Distributionen hat keine Auswirkungen auf die bestehende Infrastruktur am Standort. Die neue Pipeline wird vollständig auf bestehenden Heißwasserrouten verlaufen. (German)

De belangrijkste doelstelling van het project is de wederopbouw van de secundaire warmtedistributie binnen het efficiënte stadsverwarmingssysteem in het dorp Prakovce. De aanvrager, Veolia Energia Eastern Slovakia s.r.o. is voor 100 % eigendom van Veolia Energia Slovensko, a. s., die al 27 jaar (sinds 1992) in Slowakije actief is.Het onderwerp van de activiteit van Veolia Energia Eastern Slovakia, s.r.o. is de productie, distributie en verkoop van warmte en warm huishoudelijk water. De doelstelling van het project is volledig in overeenstemming met de algemene doelstelling van het OP KŽP, prioritaire as 4: 4.5 Bevordering van het gebruik van hoogrenderende warmtekrachtkoppeling op basis van de vraag naar nuttige warmte, specifieke doelstelling 4.5.1 Ontwikkeling van efficiëntere CZT-systemen op basis van de vraag naar nuttige warmte. Bouw, wederopbouw en modernisering van warmtedistributiesystemen, die zullen worden verwezenlijkt door: • vervanging en modernisering van bestaande pijpleidingen van CEC en TÚV met het ontwerp van nieuwe routes en afmetingen van kanaalvrije warmtedistributie in 4 buisvormige uitvoeringen met voorgeïsoleerde systemen• Uitrusting met nieuwe meet- en regelgevingsraden in het kader van hydraulische controle en optimalisering van de energiedistributie in het netwerk Het resultaat zal zijn:• vermindering van het warmteverlies met 186,9 MWh/jaar op distributie, verhoging van de efficiëntie van de warmtedistributie met 5,4 %• primaire energiebesparing van 191,4 MWh De plaats van implementatie is de gemeente Prakovce. Het project „Reconstruction of heat pipes from the central boiler room, Prakovce” lost de uitgebreide uitwisseling van bestaande warmtedistributiesystemen op in de oorspronkelijke warmwaterroutes met behulp van voorgeïsoleerde pijpleidingen Het resultaat van het project is het verhogen van de efficiëntie van de warmtedistributie, de verwachte vermindering van het specifieke warmteverbruik voor DHW-verwarming en het specifieke elektriciteitsverbruik per eenheid warmtevoorziening. Het project richt zich op de vernieuwing van bestaande warmtedistributiesystemen in het afgebakende gebied overeenkomstig §2 (q) van Wet nr. 657/2004 Coll. inzake thermische energie. De wederopbouw van distributies zal geen gevolgen hebben voor de bestaande infrastructuur op het terrein. De nieuwe pijpleiding zal volledig worden gerouteerd op bestaande warmwaterroutes. (Dutch)

L'obiettivo principale del progetto è la ricostruzione della distribuzione secondaria di calore all'interno dell'efficiente sistema di teleriscaldamento nel villaggio di Prakovce.La ricorrente, Veolia Energia Eastern Slovakia, s.r.o. è di proprietà al 100 % di Veolia Energia Slovensko, a. s. s., che opera in Slovacchia da 27 anni (dal 1992). L'oggetto dell'attività di Veolia Energia Eastern Slovakia, s.r.o. è la produzione, la distribuzione e la vendita di calore e acqua calda sanitaria. L'obiettivo del progetto è pienamente in linea con l'obiettivo globale del PO KŽP, asse prioritario 4: 4.5 Promuovere l'uso della cogenerazione ad alto rendimento basata sulla domanda di calore utile, obiettivo specifico 4.5.1 Sviluppare sistemi CZT più efficienti basati sulla domanda di calore utile. L'attuazione del progetto risponderà al risultato previsto dell'obiettivo specifico attraverso l'attività principaleA. La costruzione, la ricostruzione e l'ammodernamento dei sistemi di distribuzione del calore, che saranno realizzati mediante: • sostituzione e ammodernamento delle condotte esistenti di CEC e TÚV con la progettazione di nuovi percorsi e dimensioni della distribuzione di calore senza canali in 4 versioni tubolari che utilizzano sistemi preisolati• Apparecchiature con nuovi consigli di misurazione e regolazione nel quadro del controllo idraulico e dell'ottimizzazione della distribuzione di energia nella rete Il risultato sarà:• riduzione della dispersione di calore di 186,9 MWh/anno sulla distribuzione, aumentare l'efficienza di distribuzione del calore del 5,4 %• risparmio energetico primario di 191,4 MWh Il luogo di attuazione è il comune di Prakovce. Il progetto "Ricostruzione di tubi di calore dal locale caldaia centrale, Prakovce" risolve lo scambio completo dei sistemi di distribuzione del calore esistenti nelle rotte originarie dell'acqua calda utilizzando sistemi di tubazioni preisolate Il risultato del progetto è quello di aumentare l'efficienza della distribuzione del calore, la prevista riduzione del consumo specifico di calore per il riscaldamento DHW e il consumo specifico di energia elettrica per unità di alimentazione termica. Il progetto riguarda il rinnovo dei sistemi di distribuzione del calore esistenti nell'area delimitata in conformità al §2 (q) della legge n. 657/2004 Coll. sull'energia termica. La ricostruzione delle distribuzioni non avrà conseguenze per le infrastrutture esistenti sul sito. Il nuovo gasdotto sarà interamente instradato sulle rotte dell'acqua calda esistenti. (Italian)

La demandante, Veolia Energia Eastern Slovakia, s.r.o. es propiedad al 100 % de Veolia Energia Slovensko, a. s., que lleva funcionando en Eslovaquia durante 27 años (desde 1992).El objeto de la actividad de Veolia Energia Oriental Eslovaquia, s.r.o. es la producción, distribución y venta de calor y agua caliente doméstica. El objetivo del proyecto está plenamente en consonancia con el objetivo global del PO KŽP, eje prioritario 4: 4.5 Promover el uso de la cogeneración de alta eficiencia basada en la demanda de calor útil, objetivo específico 4.5.1 Desarrollar sistemas CZT más eficientes basados en la demanda de calor útil. La ejecución del proyecto cumplirá el resultado previsto del objetivo específico a través de la actividad principalA. Construcción, reconstrucción y modernización de los sistemas de distribución de calor, que se lograrán mediante: • sustitución y modernización de tuberías existentes de CEC y TÚV con el diseño de nuevas rutas y dimensiones de distribución de calor sin canales en 4 versiones tubulares utilizando sistemas preaislados• Equipos con nuevos consejos de medición y regulación en el marco del control hidráulico y optimización de la distribución de energía en la red. El resultado será:• Reducción de la pérdida de calor en 186,9 MWh/año en la distribución, aumentar la eficiencia de distribución de calor en un 5,4 %• ahorro de energía primaria de 191,4 MWh El lugar de aplicación es el municipio de Prakovce. El proyecto «Reconstrucción de tuberías de calor de la sala central de calderas, Prakovce» resuelve el intercambio global de sistemas de distribución de calor existentes en las rutas originales de agua caliente utilizando sistemas de tuberías preaisladas El resultado del proyecto es aumentar la eficiencia de la distribución de calor, la reducción prevista del consumo de calor específico para la calefacción DHW y el consumo específico de electricidad por unidad de suministro de calor. La reconstrucción de las distribuciones no tendrá consecuencias para la infraestructura existente en el emplazamiento.
