Projekt „Modernizácia a prestavba budovy Obecného úradu Bystrička je prioritne zameraný na znižovanie energetickej náročnosti a zároveň zahŕňa obnovu stavebno-technického riešenia budov v zmysle platných STN a súvisiacich predpisov. V celom objekte sa vymenia všetky exteriérové okná a dvere za nové plastové okná s izolačným trojsklom a v celom objekte sa vymenia všetky klasické žiarovky za úsporné LED. Existujúci objekt sa celý zateplí a to, v zmysle platných noriem od 01.01.2016 v kategórii A v časti primárna energia, celá jeho fasáda z fasádneho polystyrénu EPS B70F , sokel po celom obvode xps polystyrénom a strešná konštrukcia z minerálnej vlny.Hlavným výstupom projektu bude zníženie potreby energie na vykurovanie zo 140 na 51 kWhm2.a. Navrhovaná úspora ide nad rámec minimálnych požiadaviek na energetickú hospodárnosť (Slovak)

The project "Modernisation and reconstruction of the building of the municipal office Bystrička is primarily aimed at reducing energy intensity and at the same time includes renovation of building and technical solutions in accordance with valid STN and related regulations. All exterior windows and doors will be replaced by new plastic windows with insulating triple glazing throughout the building and all classic light bulbs will be replaced by energy saving LEDs throughout the building. The existing building will be insulated in accordance with the applicable standards from 01.01.2016 in category A in the part primary energy, its whole facade made of facade polystyrene EPS B70F, plinth around the perimeter xps polystyrene and roof structure made of mineral wool.The main output of the project will be a reduction of energy needs for heating from 140 to 51 kWhm2.a. Le projet "Modernisation et reconstruction du bâtiment du bureau municipal de Bystrička vise principalement à réduire l’intensité énergétique et, dans le même temps, comprend la rénovation du bâtiment et des solutions techniques conformément à la norme STN en vigueur et à la réglementation connexe. Toutes les fenêtres et portes extérieures seront remplacées par de nouvelles fenêtres en plastique avec triple vitrage isolant dans tout le bâtiment et toutes les ampoules classiques seront remplacées par des LED à économie d’énergie dans tout le bâtiment. Le bâtiment existant sera isolé selon les normes applicables à partir du 01.01.2016 dans la catégorie A dans la partie énergie primaire, sa façade entière en polystyrène de façade EPS B70F, plinthe autour du périmètre xps polystyrène et structure de toit en laine minérale.Le principal résultat du projet sera une réduction des besoins en énergie pour le chauffage de 140 à 51 kWhm2.a. Das Projekt "Modernisierung und Rekonstruktion des Gebäudes des Gemeindeamtes Bystrička zielt in erster Linie auf die Verringerung der Energieintensität ab und umfasst gleichzeitig die Renovierung von Gebäude und technischen Lösungen gemäß gültiger STN und damit zusammenhängenden Vorschriften. Alle Außenfenster und Türen werden durch neue Kunststofffenster mit Isolierdreifachverglasung im gesamten Gebäude ersetzt und alle klassischen Glühbirnen werden durch energiesparende LEDs im gesamten Gebäude ersetzt. Das bestehende Gebäude wird gemäß den geltenden Normen ab 01.01.2016 in Kategorie A in der Teilprimärenergie isoliert, seine gesamte Fassade aus Fassaden-Polystyrol EPS B70F, Sockel um den Umfang xps Polystyrol und Dachkonstruktion aus Mineralwolle.Die Hauptleistung des Projekts wird eine Reduzierung des Energiebedarfs für Heizung von 140 auf 51 kWhm2 sein. Die vorgeschlagene Einsparung geht über die Mindestanforderungen an Energieeffizienz hinaus. (German)

Het project "Modernisering en wederopbouw van het gebouw van het gemeentelijk kantoor Bystrička is in de eerste plaats gericht op het verminderen van de energie-intensiteit en omvat tegelijkertijd renovatie van gebouwen en technische oplossingen in overeenstemming met de geldende STN en aanverwante voorschriften. Alle buitenramen en deuren worden vervangen door nieuwe kunststof ramen met isolerende drievoudige beglazing in het hele gebouw en alle klassieke lampen zullen worden vervangen door energiebesparende LED’s in het hele gebouw. Het bestaande gebouw zal worden geïsoleerd overeenkomstig de toepasselijke normen van 01.01.2016 in categorie A in het deel primaire energie, de gehele gevel gemaakt van gevel polystyreen EPS B70F, sokkel rond de perimeter xps polystyreen en dakconstructie gemaakt van minerale wol.De belangrijkste output van het project is een vermindering van de energiebehoefte voor verwarming van 140 tot 51 kWhm2.a. Il progetto "Modernizzazione e ricostruzione dell'edificio dell'ufficio comunale Bystrička è principalmente volto a ridurre l'intensità energetica e allo stesso tempo prevede la ristrutturazione di edifici e soluzioni tecniche in conformità con le vigenti norme STN e relative normative. Tutte le finestre e le porte esterne saranno sostituite da nuove finestre in plastica con vetri isolanti tripli in tutto l'edificio e tutte le classiche lampadine saranno sostituite da LED a risparmio energetico in tutto l'edificio. L'edificio esistente sarà isolato secondo le norme applicabili a partire dal 01.01.2016 nella categoria A nella parte energia primaria, l'intera facciata in polistirolo EPS B70F, zoccolo intorno al perimetro xps polistirene e struttura del tetto in lana minerale.Il principale risultato del progetto sarà una riduzione del fabbisogno energetico per il riscaldamento da 140 a 51 kWhm2.a. El proyecto "Modernización y reconstrucción del edificio de la oficina municipal Bystrička está dirigido principalmente a reducir la intensidad energética y, al mismo tiempo, incluye la renovación de la construcción y las soluciones técnicas de conformidad con la normativa vigente STN y las correspondientes. Todas las ventanas y puertas exteriores serán reemplazadas por nuevas ventanas de plástico con aislante triple acristalamiento en todo el edificio y todas las bombillas clásicas serán reemplazadas por ledes de ahorro de energía en todo el edificio. El edificio existente estará aislado de acuerdo con las normas aplicables a partir del 01.01.2016 en la categoría A en la parte de energía primaria, toda su fachada de poliestireno de fachada EPS B70F, zócalo alrededor del perímetro xps poliestireno y estructura de techo de lana mineral.La principal producción del proyecto será una reducción de las necesidades energéticas de calefacción de 140 a 51 kWhm2.a. El ahorro propuesto va más allá de los requisitos mínimos de eficiencia energética. (Spanish)
