Proiectul este in concordanta cu obiectivul specific 9.1 al POIM: Cresterea capacitatii de gestionare a crizei sanitare COVID-19, prin faptul ca prevede dotarea cu echipamente medicale care vor permite gestionarea mult mai eficienta a crizei sanitare, asigurand un raspuns prompt in lupta impotriva noului coronavirus. Ca urmare a implementarii proiectului, Spitalul va avea o capacitate imbunatatita de a raspunde solicitarilor pacientilor si de a asigura, in acelasi timp, protectia personalului medical. In prezent, Spitalul se confrunta cu o serie de dificultati in gestionarea acestei crize, dificultati care au drept cauza lipsa echipamentelor necesare pentru diagnosticarea rapida si tratarea pacientilor si insuficienta fondurilor care sa permita achizitia dotarilor. Echipamentele medicale care se vor achizitiona vor fi utilizate pentru tratarea cazurilor de COVID-19 si pentru prevenirea raspandirii bolii, proiectul contribuind astfel la indicatorul POIM Capacitate adecvata de ingrijire si tratament a cazurilor de infectie cu virusul SARS-CoV-2/de gestionare a crizei sanitare. In contextul actual, tinand cont si de ultimele evolutii ale epidemiei de COVID-19, este evident faptul ca finantarea nerambursabila este esentiala pentru asigurarea capacitatii Spitalului Orășenesc Pucioasa de a raspunde problematicii ridicate de criza COVID-19, de a putea realiza tratarea pacientilor infectati cu SARS-CoV-2 si de a asigura un nivel corespunzator de protectie a personalului medical si prevenire a raspandirii bolii. Ca urmare a implementarii proiectului, capacitatea de ingrijire si tratament va fi semnificativ imbunatatita. (Romanian)

The project is consistent with specific objective 9.1 of the LIOP: Increasing the capacity to manage the COVID-19 health crisis by providing for the provision of medical equipment that will enable the health crisis to be managed much more efficiently, ensuring a prompt response to the fight against the coronavirus. As a result of the implementation of the project, the Hospital will have an improved capacity to respond to patients’ demands and at the same time ensure the protection of medical personnel. Currently, the Hospital faces a number of difficulties in managing this crisis, which are due to the lack of equipment necessary for rapid diagnosis and treatment of patients and insufficient funds to allow the acquisition of facilities. The medical equipment that will be purchased will be used to treat COVID-19 cases and prevent the spread of the disease, thus contributing to the LIOP indicator Appropriate capacity for care and treatment of cases of infection with SARS-CoV-2/health crisis management. In the current context, taking into account the latest developments of the COVID-19 outbreak, it is evident that non-refundable funding is essential to ensure the ability of Pucioasa City Hospital to respond to the issues raised by the COVID-19 crisis, to be able to treat SARS-CoV-2 infected patients and to ensure an adequate level of protection of medical personnel and prevention of the spread of the disease. Le projet est conforme à l’objectif spécifique 9.1 du POIL: Accroître la capacité de gestion de la crise sanitaire liée à la COVID-19 en prévoyant la fourniture d’équipements médicaux qui permettront de gérer la crise sanitaire beaucoup plus efficacement, en garantissant une réponse rapide à la lutte contre le coronavirus. Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, l’hôpital sera mieux à même de répondre aux demandes des patients tout en assurant la protection du personnel médical. Actuellement, l’hôpital est confronté à un certain nombre de difficultés dans la gestion de cette crise, qui sont dues au manque d’équipement nécessaire au diagnostic et au traitement rapides des patients et à l’insuffisance des fonds pour permettre l’acquisition d’installations. L’équipement médical qui sera acheté sera utilisé pour traiter les cas de COVID-19 et prévenir la propagation de la maladie, contribuant ainsi à l’indicateur LIOP Capacité appropriée pour les soins et le traitement des cas d’infection par le SRAS-CoV-2/gestion des crises sanitaires. Dans le contexte actuel, compte tenu de l’évolution récente de la pandémie de COVID-19, il est évident qu’un financement non remboursable est essentiel pour garantir la capacité de l’hôpital municipal de Pucioasa à répondre aux problèmes soulevés par la crise de la COVID-19, à être en mesure de traiter les patients infectés par le SRAS-CoV-2 et à garantir un niveau adéquat de protection du personnel médical et de prévention de la propagation de la maladie. Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, la capacité de soins et de traitement sera considérablement améliorée. (French)

Das Projekt steht im Einklang mit dem spezifischen Ziel 9.1 des LIOP: Erhöhung der Kapazitäten zur Bewältigung der COVID-19-Gesundheitskrise durch Bereitstellung medizinischer Ausrüstung, die eine viel effizientere Bewältigung der Gesundheitskrise ermöglicht und eine rasche Reaktion auf die Bekämpfung des Coronavirus gewährleistet. Als Ergebnis der Projektdurchführung wird das Krankenhaus über eine verbesserte Kapazität verfügen, um auf die Bedürfnisse der Patienten zu reagieren und gleichzeitig den Schutz des medizinischen Personals zu gewährleisten. Derzeit hat das Krankenhaus eine Reihe von Schwierigkeiten bei der Bewältigung dieser Krise, die auf das Fehlen von Ausrüstung für die schnelle Diagnose und Behandlung von Patienten und unzureichende Mittel für den Erwerb von Einrichtungen zurückzuführen sind. Die medizinische Ausrüstung, die gekauft werden soll, wird zur Behandlung von COVID-19-Fällen und zur Verhinderung der Ausbreitung der Krankheit verwendet und somit zum LIOP-Indikator Angemessene Kapazitäten für die Versorgung und Behandlung von Infektionsfällen mit SARS-CoV-2/Health-Krisenmanagement beitragen. Angesichts der jüngsten Entwicklungen des COVID-19-Ausbruchs ist es derzeit offensichtlich, dass nicht erstattungsfähige Finanzmittel unerlässlich sind, um sicherzustellen, dass Pucioasa City Hospital in der Lage ist, auf die durch die COVID-19-Krise aufgeworfenen Probleme zu reagieren, SARS-CoV-2 infizierte Patienten zu behandeln und ein angemessenes Schutzniveau für medizinisches Personal und die Prävention der Ausbreitung der Krankheit zu gewährleisten. Het project is in overeenstemming met specifieke doelstelling 9.1 van het LIOP: Vergroting van de capaciteit om de COVID-19-gezondheidscrisis te beheersen door te voorzien in de levering van medische apparatuur waarmee de gezondheidscrisis veel efficiënter kan worden beheerd, zodat snel kan worden gereageerd op de strijd tegen het coronavirus. Als gevolg van de uitvoering van het project zal het ziekenhuis een betere capaciteit hebben om te reageren op de behoeften van patiënten en tegelijkertijd de bescherming van medisch personeel te waarborgen. Momenteel heeft het ziekenhuis te kampen met een aantal problemen bij het beheer van deze crisis, die te wijten zijn aan het gebrek aan apparatuur die nodig is voor een snelle diagnose en behandeling van patiënten en onvoldoende middelen om faciliteiten te kunnen verwerven. De medische apparatuur die zal worden gekocht, zal worden gebruikt om COVID-19-gevallen te behandelen en de verspreiding van de ziekte te voorkomen, en draagt zo bij aan de LIOP-indicator Toegepaste capaciteit voor zorg en behandeling van gevallen van infectie met SARS-CoV-2/gezondheidscrisisbeheer. In de huidige context is het, rekening houdend met de laatste ontwikkelingen van de COVID-19-uitbraak, duidelijk dat niet-terugvorderbare financiering essentieel is om ervoor te zorgen dat het Pucioasa City Hospital in staat is te reageren op de problemen die door de COVID-19-crisis aan de orde zijn gesteld, om met SARS-CoV-2 geïnfecteerde patiënten te kunnen behandelen en om een passend niveau van bescherming van medisch personeel te waarborgen en de verspreiding van de ziekte te voorkomen. Il progetto è coerente con l'obiettivo specifico 9.1 del LIOP: Aumentare la capacità di gestire la crisi sanitaria COVID-19 prevedendo la fornitura di attrezzature mediche che consentano una gestione molto più efficiente della crisi sanitaria, garantendo una risposta tempestiva alla lotta contro il coronavirus. A seguito dell'attuazione del progetto, l'ospedale avrà una maggiore capacità di rispondere alle richieste dei pazienti e al tempo stesso garantirà la protezione del personale medico. Attualmente, l'Ospedale si trova ad affrontare una serie di difficoltà nella gestione di questa crisi, dovuta alla mancanza di attrezzature necessarie per la diagnosi e il trattamento rapidi dei pazienti e alla mancanza di fondi sufficienti per consentire l'acquisizione di strutture. Le attrezzature mediche che saranno acquistate saranno utilizzate per trattare i casi di COVID-19 e prevenire la diffusione della malattia, contribuendo in tal modo all'indicatore LIOP Una capacità adeguata per l'assistenza e il trattamento dei casi di infezione da SARS-CoV-2/gestione delle crisi sanitarie. Nel contesto attuale, tenendo conto degli ultimi sviluppi dell'epidemia di COVID-19, è evidente che i finanziamenti non rimborsabili sono essenziali per garantire la capacità dell'ospedale comunale di Pucioasa di rispondere alle questioni sollevate dalla crisi COVID-19, di essere in grado di trattare i pazienti infetti da SARS-CoV-2 e di garantire un livello adeguato di protezione del personale medico e di prevenzione della diffusione della malattia. El proyecto es coherente con el objetivo específico 9.1 de la LIOP: Aumentar la capacidad para gestionar la crisis sanitaria de la COVID-19 mediante el suministro de equipos médicos que permitan gestionar la crisis sanitaria de forma mucho más eficiente, garantizando una respuesta rápida a la lucha contra el coronavirus. Como resultado de la ejecución del proyecto, el Hospital tendrá una capacidad mejorada para responder a las demandas de los pacientes y, al mismo tiempo, garantizar la protección del personal médico. En la actualidad, el Hospital se enfrenta a una serie de dificultades en la gestión de esta crisis, que se deben a la falta de equipos necesarios para el diagnóstico y tratamiento rápidos de los pacientes y a la insuficiencia de fondos para la adquisición de instalaciones. El equipo médico que se adquirirá se utilizará para tratar los casos de COVID-19 y prevenir la propagación de la enfermedad, contribuyendo así al indicador LIOP Capacidad adecuada para la atención y el tratamiento de los casos de infección por SARS-CoV-2/gestión de crisis sanitarias. En el contexto actual, teniendo en cuenta la evolución más reciente del brote de COVID-19, es evidente que la financiación no reembolsable es esencial para garantizar la capacidad del hospital de la ciudad de Pucioasa para responder a los problemas planteados por la crisis de la COVID-19, para poder tratar a los pacientes infectados por el SARS-CoV-2 y para garantizar un nivel adecuado de protección del personal médico y prevención de la propagación de la enfermedad. Como resultado de la ejecución del proyecto, se mejorará significativamente la capacidad de atención y tratamiento. (Spanish)
