    Modernizarea si adaptarea structurilor SPO de la nivel național și teritorial, prin introducerea unor noi servicii/instrumente/sisteme/ proceduri/mecanisme care sa creasca gradul de satisfacție a clienților SPO. Prin prisma obiectivului general, activitatile proiectul se subscriu obiectivului POCU, axa 3, OS 3.10 si 3.11 de consolidare a capacitatii administrative a SPO si asigurarea unui nivel adecvat de resurse pentru masuri active, care sunt esentiale pentru cresterea calitatii, eficacitatii si pentru oferirea de servicii personalizate. Acordurile de integrare vor fi convenite cu clientii SLD, in contextul unei abordari comune de management al cazurilor, care include urmatoarele: • Evaluarea nevoilor solicitantilor de locuri de munca, in corespondenta cu planuri de actiune individualizate; • Sustinere (managerul de caz asigura, de asemenea, sprijin pentru nevoile solicitantilor de locuri de munca, in relatia cu alti actori implicati, de exemplu, cu angajatorii).     Modernisation and adaptation of SPO structures at national and territorial level, by introducing new services/tools/systems/procedures/mechanisms to increase the satisfaction of SPO customers. In view of the general objective, the project activities subscribe to the POCU objective, Axis 3, OS 3.10 and 3.11 of strengthening the administrative capacity of SPO and ensuring an adequate level of resources for active measures, which are essential for increasing quality, efficiency and providing personalised services. Integration agreements will be agreed with SLD clients, in the context of a common case management approach, which includes the following: • Assessing the needs of jobseekers in correspondence with individualised action plans; • Support (the case manager also provides support for the needs of jobseekers in the relationship with other actors involved, e.g. employers). Compte tenu de l’objectif général, les activités du projet souscrivent à l’objectif POCU, Axe 3, OS 3.10 et 3.11, qui consiste à renforcer la capacité administrative de la SPO et à garantir un niveau adéquat de ressources pour les mesures actives, qui sont essentielles pour améliorer la qualité, l’efficacité et fournir des services personnalisés. Des accords d’intégration seront conclus avec les clients du DSL, dans le cadre d’une approche commune de gestion des cas, qui comprend les éléments suivants: • Évaluer les besoins des demandeurs d’emploi en correspondance avec des plans d’action individualisés; • Soutien (le gestionnaire de cas apporte également un soutien aux besoins des demandeurs d’emploi dans les relations avec d’autres acteurs concernés, par exemple les employeurs).     Modernisierung und Anpassung von SPO-Strukturen auf nationaler und territorialer Ebene durch Einführung neuer Dienste/Werkzeuge/Systeme/Verfahren/Mechanismen zur Steigerung der Zufriedenheit der SPO-Kunden. Angesichts des allgemeinen Ziels werden die Projektaktivitäten dem POCU-Ziel, den Schwerpunkten 3, OS 3.10 und 3.11 der Stärkung der Verwaltungskapazität von SPO und der Sicherstellung eines angemessenen Niveaus an Ressourcen für aktive Maßnahmen, die für die Verbesserung der Qualität, Effizienz und die Bereitstellung personalisierter Dienstleistungen von wesentlicher Bedeutung sind, zugeschrieben. Integrationsvereinbarungen werden mit SLD-Clients im Rahmen eines gemeinsamen Fallmanagement-Ansatzes vereinbart, der Folgendes umfasst: • Bewertung der Bedürfnisse von Arbeitsuchenden im Einklang mit individualisierten Aktionsplänen; • Unterstützung (der Fallmanager unterstützt auch die Bedürfnisse von Arbeitsuchenden in den Beziehungen zu anderen beteiligten Akteuren, z. B.     Modernisering en aanpassing van SPO-structuren op nationaal en territoriaal niveau door de invoering van nieuwe diensten/instrumenten/systemen/procedures/mechanismen om de tevredenheid van SPO-klanten te vergroten. Gelet op de algemene doelstelling, sluiten de projectactiviteiten aan bij de POCU-doelstelling, as 3, OS 3.10 en 3.11, de versterking van de administratieve capaciteit van SPO en het waarborgen van een toereikend niveau van middelen voor actieve maatregelen, die essentieel zijn voor het verbeteren van de kwaliteit en de efficiëntie en het verlenen van individuele diensten. In considerazione dell'obiettivo generale, le attività progettuali sottoscrivono l'obiettivo POCU, asse 3, OS 3.10 e 3.11, di rafforzare la capacità amministrativa di SPO e di garantire un livello adeguato di risorse per misure attive, essenziali per aumentare la qualità, l'efficienza e la fornitura di servizi personalizzati.
