Projekta mērķis ir veicināt SIA 4PLUS produktivitātes un konkurētspējas paaugstināšanu, ieviešot ražošanā jaunu produktu - divslāņu saunas apdares paneli un eksperimentālas tehnoloģijas, kā arī palielināt uzņēmuma ieguldījumus pētniecībā, attīstībā un inovācijās atbilstoši Viedās specializācijas stratēģijai, radot vienu jaunu pētniecības un attīstības darba vietu un veicot jaunā produkta un tehnoloģijas eksperimentālos pētījumus.Uzņēmuma pamatdarbības un īstenošanas nozare saskaņā ar NACE 2. redakciju ir Zāģēšana, ēvelēšana un impregnēšana (16.10, versija 2.0). Projektā paredzētā nozare atbilst viedās specializācijas stratēģijā noteiktajām RIS3 specializācijas jomām, jo tiek veikta pētniecība un attīstība saistībā ar inovatīvu tehnoloģiju un augstas pievienotas vērtības nišas produktu izstrādi (viedās specializācijas joma - "Viedie materiāli, tehnoloģijas un inženiersistēmas"). Pielikumā.Projektā plānots veikt eksperimentālās tehnoloģijas izgatavošanu, uzstādīšanu un testēšanu reālā ražošanas vidē vismaz 2 mēnešus veicot saimniecisko darbību, līdz tehnoloģiju attīstības līmeņa TRL 8 sasniegšanai.Projektā rezultātā paredzēts izveidot pilotražotni ar inovatīvām apses kokmateriāla skanēšanas, slēpto koksnes defektu atpazīšanas un energoefektīvām kombinētā cikla žāvēšanas tehnoloģijām, kā arī ieviest ražošanā jaunu produktu - divslāņu saunas apdares paneli. Īstenojot projektu un iegādājoties jaunās iekārtas, SIA 4PLUS spēs nodrošināt jaunus tehnoloģiskos procesus, kas ļaus ieviest ražošanā jaunu produktu un pirmajā gadā pēc projekta īstenošanas (2021.g.) palielināt uzņēmuma apgrozījumu līdz 6,5 milj. EUR, neto peļņu līdz 0,59 milj. EUR, bet pievienoto vērtību uz vienu darbinieku līdz 32,6 tūkst. EUR. Jauno produktu paredzēts eksportēt 100% apjomā.SIA 4PLUS ar savu uzņēmējdarbības attīstību minētajā projekta īstenošanas nozarē palīdzēs sasniegt RIS3 izvirzīto virsmērķi - valsts tautsaimniecības transformāciju, ar mērķi palielināt ekonomikas zināšanu ietilpību, investējot pētniecībā, inovācijās un to sekmēšanas pasākumos. The aim of the project is to promote increased productivity and competitiveness of SIA 4PLUS by introducing a new product – a two-layer sauna finishing panel and experimental technologies, as well as increasing the company’s investment in research, development and innovations in accordance with Smart Specialisation Strategy, creating one new research and development workplace and performing experimental research of the new product and technology.The core activity and implementation of the company according to NACE Rev. 2 is Saw, Planning and impregnation (16.10, version 2.0). The sector envisaged by the project is in line with the areas of specialisation defined in the smart specialisation strategy for RIS3 through R & D in the development of innovative technologies and high added value niche products (smart specialisation – Smart Materials, Technologies and Engineering Systems). For a more detailed description of the RIS3 smart specialisation areas in which 4PLUS will operate, read 46. In the project it is planned to perform production, installation and testing of experimental technology in real production environment for at least 2 months by carrying out economic activity, until technological development level TRL 8 is achieved.The project will result in the creation of a pilot plant with innovative apse timber scanning, hidden wood defect recognition and energy efficient combined cycle drying technologies, as well as introducing a new product – a two-layer sauna finishing panel. By implementing the project and purchasing new equipment, SIA 4PLUS will be able to ensure new technological processes that will allow introducing a new product into production and in the first year after project implementation (2021) increase the company’s turnover to 6.5 million. EUR, net profit up to 0,59 million EUR EUR, but added value per employee up to 32.6 thousand. With the development of its business in the sector of the project implementation, SIA 4PLUS will help to achieve the ultimate goal of RIS3 – transformation of the country’s economy, with the aim of increasing the knowledge capacity of the economy by investing in research, innovation and its promotion activities. L’objectif du projet est de promouvoir la productivité et la compétitivité de SIA 4PLUS par l’introduction d’un nouveau produit — un panneau de finition de sauna à deux couches et des technologies expérimentales, ainsi que d’augmenter l’investissement de l’entreprise dans la recherche, le développement et l’innovation conformément à la stratégie de spécialisation intelligente, en créant un nouveau lieu de travail de R & D et en effectuant des recherches expérimentales sur le nouveau produit et la nouvelle technologie. Le secteur envisagé par le projet est conforme aux domaines de spécialisation RIS3 identifiés dans la stratégie de spécialisation intelligente, étant donné que la recherche et le développement sont réalisés dans le cadre du développement de technologies innovantes et de produits de niche à haute valeur ajoutée (domaine de spécialisation intelligente — Matériaux intelligents, technologies et systèmes d’ingénierie). Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Produktivität und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit von SIA 4PLUS zu fördern, indem ein neues Produkt eingeführt wird – eine zweilagige Saunaveredelungsplatte und experimentelle Technologien, sowie die Investitionen des Unternehmens in Forschung, Entwicklung und Innovation gemäß der Strategie für intelligente Spezialisierung zu erhöhen, einen neuen F & E-Arbeitsplatz zu schaffen und experimentelle Forschungen des neuen Produkts und der neuen Technologie durchzuführen. Haupttätigkeits- und Umsetzungssektor des Unternehmens gemäß NACE Rev. 2 ist Sawing, Planing und Impregnation (16.10, Version 2.0). Der im Projekt vorgesehene Sektor steht im Einklang mit den in der Strategie für intelligente Spezialisierung festgelegten Spezialisierungsbereichen RIS3, da Forschung und Entwicklung im Zusammenhang mit der Entwicklung innovativer Technologien und hochwertiger Nischenprodukte (Smart Specialization Area – Smart Materials, Technologies and Engineering Systems) durchgeführt werden. Eine detailliertere Beschreibung der intelligenten Spezialisierungsgebiete von RIS3, in denen 4PLUS betrieben wird, finden Sie in 46. Het doel van het project is het bevorderen van de productiviteit en het concurrentievermogen van SIA 4PLUS door de introductie van een nieuw product — een tweelaags sauna-afwerkingspaneel en experimentele technologieën, alsook om de investering van het bedrijf in onderzoek, ontwikkeling en innovatie te verhogen in overeenstemming met de strategie voor slimme specialisatie, het creëren van één nieuwe O & O-werkplaats en het uitvoeren van experimenteel onderzoek van het nieuwe product en de nieuwe technologie. De belangrijkste activiteit en implementatiesector van het bedrijf volgens NACE Rev. 2 is zaagen, plannen en impregneren (16.10, versie 2.0). De met het project beoogde sector is in overeenstemming met de specialisatiegebieden van RIS3 die in de strategie voor slimme specialisatie zijn vastgesteld, aangezien onderzoek en ontwikkeling worden uitgevoerd in verband met de ontwikkeling van innovatieve technologieën en nicheproducten met een hoge toegevoegde waarde (slimme specialisatie — Slimme materialen, technologieën en ingenieurssystemen). Voor een meer gedetailleerde beschrijving van de gebieden voor slimme specialisatie RIS3 waarin 4PLUS zal opereren, zie 46. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di promuovere la produttività e la competitività di SIA 4PLUS introducendo un nuovo prodotto — un pannello di finitura sauna a due strati e tecnologie sperimentali, nonché di aumentare gli investimenti dell'azienda in ricerca, sviluppo e innovazione in conformità con la strategia di specializzazione intelligente, creando un nuovo posto di lavoro di R & S e svolgendo ricerche sperimentali sul nuovo prodotto e tecnologia. Il settore principale di attività e attuazione dell'azienda secondo la NACE Rev. 2 è Sawing, Planing and Impregnation (16.10, versione 2.0). Il settore previsto dal progetto è in linea con le aree di specializzazione RIS3 individuate nella strategia di specializzazione intelligente, in quanto la ricerca e lo sviluppo si svolgono nell'ambito dello sviluppo di tecnologie innovative e di prodotti di nicchia ad alto valore aggiunto (area di specializzazione intelligente — Smart Materials, Technologies and Engineering Systems). Implementando il progetto e acquistando le nuove attrezzature, SIA 4PLUS sarà in grado di fornire nuovi processi tecnologici che consentiranno di introdurre un nuovo prodotto in produzione e aumentare il fatturato dell'azienda a 6,5 milioni nel primo anno dopo l'attuazione del progetto (2021). El objetivo del proyecto es promover la productividad y competitividad de SIA 4PLUS mediante la introducción de un nuevo producto — un panel de acabado de sauna de dos capas y tecnologías experimentales, así como aumentar la inversión de la empresa en investigación, desarrollo e innovación de acuerdo con la Estrategia de Especialización Inteligente, creando un nuevo lugar de trabajo de I+D y llevando a cabo la investigación experimental del nuevo producto y tecnología. El principal sector de actividad e implementación de la empresa según NACE Rev. 2 es Sawing, Planing and Impregnation (16.10, Versión 2.0). El sector previsto en el proyecto está en consonancia con los ámbitos de especialización RIS3 identificados en la Estrategia de Especialización Inteligente, ya que la investigación y el desarrollo se llevan a cabo en relación con el desarrollo de tecnologías innovadoras y productos especializados de alto valor añadido (ámbito de especialización inteligente — Materiales inteligentes, tecnologías y sistemas de ingeniería). Para una descripción más detallada de las áreas de especialización inteligente RIS3 en las que funcionará 4PLUS, véase 46.
