O projeto pretende capacitar o município na área das TIC, incentivando o aumento do nível da digitalização do município, promovendo uma gestão mais organizada, capaz de proporcionar melhores serviços aos munícipes e diminuir os custos de contexto existentes. Os investimentos vão de encontro à estratégia de modernização da administração local e ao PNR, podendo-se encarar estes investimentos como um add-on para o desenvolvimento integrado do país. Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, die Gemeinde im IKT-Bereich zu stärken, indem die Digitalisierung der Gemeinde erhöht, ein besser organisiertes Management gefördert, bessere Dienstleistungen für die Bürger bereitgestellt und die bestehenden Kontextkosten gesenkt werden. Die Investitionen stehen im Einklang mit der Modernisierungsstrategie der lokalen Gebietskörperschaften und dem NRP, und diese Investitionen können als Aufschlag für die integrierte Entwicklung des Landes angesehen werden. Het project heeft tot doel de gemeente mondiger te maken op het gebied van ICT door een verhoging van het niveau van digitalisering van de gemeente aan te moedigen, een meer georganiseerd beheer te bevorderen, in staat te zijn betere diensten aan de burgers te verlenen en de bestaande contextkosten te verlagen. De investeringen zijn in overeenstemming met de moderniseringsstrategie van de lokale overheid en het NHP, en deze investeringen kunnen worden gezien als een aanvulling op de geïntegreerde ontwikkeling van het land. Il progetto mira a potenziare il comune nel settore delle TIC incoraggiando un aumento del livello di digitalizzazione del comune, promuovendo una gestione più organizzata, in grado di fornire servizi migliori ai cittadini e di ridurre i costi del contesto esistenti.
