Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie szans na aktywną integrację społeczną, edukacyjną i zawodową dzieci i młodzieży zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym, tj. 150 wychowanków 2 Młodzieżowych Ośrodków Wychowawczych oraz 1 Młodzieżowego Ośrodka Socjoterapii, dla których organem prowadzącym jest Powiat Wołowski, oraz wsparcie 42 nauczycieli zatrudnionych w ośrodkach do 06.2023. Zaplanowane w projekcie działania są odpowiedzią na zdiagnozowane i uzasadnione potrzeby i koncentrują się na zapewnieniu indywidualnego i grupowego wsparcia zwiększającego szanse na integrację i aktywizację społeczno-zawodową wychowanków/ek poprzez realizację indywidualnych ścieżek integracji w oparciu o organizację zajęć terapeutycznych, wzmacniających kompetencje społeczne, treningów psycho-społecznych, wsparcie pedagogiczno-psychologiczne, wsparcie w przygotowaniu do aktywności zawodowej i samodzielnego życia (w tym doradztwo zawodowe, kursy zwiększające szanse na rynku pracy, wizyty zawodoznawcze), a także wsparcie skierowane do ich otoczenia, tj rodziców/opiekunów oraz kadry ośrodków. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się nie tylko do wzmocnienia społeczno-zawodowego samych wychowanków/nek ośrodków objętych wsparciem, ale także do wzmocnienia potencjału placówek i dostosowania ich oferty do realnych potrzeb w zakresie (re)integracji i resocjalizacji. The main objective of the project is to increase opportunities for active social, educational and professional inclusion of children and young people at risk of social exclusion, i.e. 150 pupils of 2 Youth Education Centres and 1 Youth Sociotherapy Centre, for which the host body is the Powiat Wołowski, and the support of 42 teachers employed in the centres until 06.2023. The actions planned in the project respond to diagnosed and justified needs and focus on providing individual and group support to increase the chances of integration and socio-professional activation of pupils/eek through the implementation of individual pathways of integration based on the organisation of therapeutic activities, strengthening social competences, psycho-social training, pedagogical and psycho-psychological support, support in preparing for professional activity and independent living (including career counselling, courses increasing opportunities on the labour market, professional visits), as well as support aimed at their surroundings, i.e. parents/guardians and staff of centers. The implementation of the project will not only contribute to strengthening the socio-professional capacity of the supported centres themselves, but also to strengthening the capacity of the institutions and adapting their offer to the real needs of (re)integration and rehabilitation. L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’insertion sociale, éducative et professionnelle active des enfants et des jeunes exposés au risque d’exclusion sociale, à savoir: 150 élèves de 2 centres d’éducation des jeunes et 1 centre de sociothérapie des jeunes, pour lesquels l’organisme d’accueil est le Powiat Wołowski, et le soutien de 42 enseignants employés dans les centres jusqu’au 06.2023. Les actions prévues dans le projet répondent à des besoins diagnostiqués et justifiés et se concentrent sur la fourniture d’un soutien individuel et collectif pour augmenter les chances d’intégration et d’activation socio-professionnelle des élèves/eeks par la mise en œuvre de parcours individuels d’intégration fondés sur l’organisation d’activités thérapeutiques, le renforcement des compétences sociales, la formation psychosociale, le soutien pédagogique et psychopsychologique, le soutien à la préparation à l’activité professionnelle et à la vie autonome (y compris l’orientation professionnelle, les cours d’augmentation des possibilités sur le marché du travail, les visites professionnelles), ainsi que le soutien destiné à leur environnement, c’est-à-dire aux parents/tuteurs et au personnel des centres. La mise en œuvre du projet contribuera non seulement à renforcer la capacité socioprofessionnelle des centres soutenus eux-mêmes, mais aussi à renforcer les capacités des institutions et à adapter leur offre aux besoins réels de (ré)intégration et de réhabilitation. Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, die Möglichkeiten für eine aktive soziale, pädagogische und berufliche Eingliederung von Kindern und Jugendlichen, die von sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, zu verbessern, d. h. 150 Schülerinnen und Schüler von 2 Jugendbildungszentren und 1 Jugendsoziotherapiezentrum, für das die Gasteinrichtung das Powiat Wołowski ist, und die Unterstützung von 42 Lehrern, die bis zum 06.2023 in den Zentren beschäftigt sind. Die im Projekt geplanten Maßnahmen entsprechen den diagnostischen und berechtigten Bedürfnissen und konzentrieren sich auf individuelle und gruppenbezogene Unterstützung, um die Chancen auf Integration und sozial-professionelle Aktivierung von Schülern/eek durch die Umsetzung individueller Integrationswege auf der Grundlage der Organisation von therapeutischen Aktivitäten, die Stärkung der sozialen Kompetenzen, psychosoziale Ausbildung, pädagogische und psychopsychologische Unterstützung, Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung auf berufliche Tätigkeit und unabhängiges Leben (einschließlich Berufsberatung, Kurse zur Erhöhung der Chancen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt, berufliche Besuche) sowie Unterstützung für ihre Umgebung, d. h. Eltern/Hüter und Mitarbeiter von Zentren, zu erhöhen. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird nicht nur zur Stärkung der sozioökonomischen Leistungsfähigkeit der unterstützten Zentren selbst beitragen, sondern auch zur Stärkung der Kapazitäten der Institutionen und zur Anpassung ihres Angebots an die tatsächlichen Bedürfnisse (Wieder-)Integration und Rehabilitation. De belangrijkste doelstelling van het project is het vergroten van de mogelijkheden voor actieve sociale, educatieve en professionele inclusie van kinderen en jongeren die het risico lopen op sociale uitsluiting, d.w.z. 150 leerlingen van 2 centra voor jeugdonderwijs en 1 Centrum voor Jeugdsociaaltherapie, waarvoor het gastland de Powiat Wołowski is, en de ondersteuning van 42 leerkrachten die tot 06.2023 in de centra werkzaam waren. De in het project geplande acties beantwoorden aan gediagnosticeerde en gerechtvaardigde behoeften en zijn gericht op het bieden van individuele en groepsondersteuning om de kansen op integratie en sociaal-professionele activering van leerlingen/eek te vergroten door middel van individuele integratietrajecten op basis van de organisatie van therapeutische activiteiten, versterking van sociale competenties, psychosociale opleiding, pedagogische en psychopsychologische ondersteuning, ondersteuning bij de voorbereiding op beroepsactiviteit en zelfstandig wonen (met inbegrip van loopbaanbegeleiding, cursussen die kansen op de arbeidsmarkt vergroten, professionele bezoeken), alsook ondersteuning voor hun omgeving, d.w.z. ouders/voogders en personeel van centra. De uitvoering van het project zal niet alleen bijdragen tot de versterking van de sociaal-professionele capaciteit van de ondersteunde centra zelf, maar ook tot de versterking van de capaciteit van de instellingen en de aanpassing van hun aanbod aan de reële behoeften van (her)integratie en rehabilitatie. L'obiettivo principale del progetto è quello di aumentare le opportunità di inclusione sociale, educativa e professionale attiva dei bambini e dei giovani a rischio di esclusione sociale, vale a dire. 150 alunni di 2 centri di istruzione giovanile e 1 centro di socioterapia giovanile, per i quali l'organismo ospitante è il Powiat Wołowski, e il sostegno di 42 insegnanti impiegati nei centri fino al 06.2023. Le azioni previste nel progetto rispondono a esigenze diagnosticate e giustificate e si concentrano sulla fornitura di un sostegno individuale e di gruppo per aumentare le possibilità di integrazione e attivazione socio-professionale degli alunni/eek attraverso l'attuazione di percorsi individuali di integrazione basati sull'organizzazione di attività terapeutiche, il rafforzamento delle competenze sociali, la formazione psico-sociale, il sostegno pedagogico e psico-psicologico, il sostegno alla preparazione all'attività professionale e alla vita indipendente (tra cui consulenza professionale, corsi di aumento delle opportunità sul mercato del lavoro, visite professionali), nonché sostegno rivolto ai loro dintorni, ossia genitori/tutori e personale dei centri. L'attuazione del progetto contribuirà non solo a rafforzare la capacità socioprofessionale dei centri stessi, ma anche a rafforzare la capacità delle istituzioni e ad adeguare la loro offerta alle reali esigenze di (ri)integrazione e riabilitazione. El principal objetivo del proyecto es aumentar las oportunidades de inclusión social, educativa y profesional activa de los niños y jóvenes en riesgo de exclusión social, es decir. 150 alumnos de 2 Centros de Educación Juvenil y 1 Centro de Socioterapia Juvenil, cuyo organismo anfitrión es el Powiat Wołowski, y el apoyo de 42 profesores empleados en los centros hasta el 6.2023. Las acciones previstas en el proyecto responden a necesidades diagnosticadas y justificadas y se centran en proporcionar apoyo individual y grupal para aumentar las posibilidades de integración y la activación socioprofesional de los alumnos/eek mediante la aplicación de itinerarios individuales de integración basados en la organización de actividades terapéuticas, el fortalecimiento de las competencias sociales, la formación psicosocial, el apoyo pedagógico y psicopsicológico, el apoyo a la preparación para la actividad profesional y la vida independiente (incluido el asesoramiento profesional, los cursos que aumentan las oportunidades en el mercado laboral, las visitas profesionales), así como el apoyo dirigido a su entorno, es decir, padres/guardianes y personal de los centros. La ejecución del proyecto contribuirá no solo al fortalecimiento de la capacidad socioprofesional de los propios centros subvencionados, sino también al fortalecimiento de la capacidad de las instituciones y a la adaptación de su oferta a las necesidades reales de (re)integración y rehabilitación.
