Grupę docelową stanowi 100% osób biernych zawodowo i bezrobotnych niebędących klientami PUP (niezarejestrowane w PUP, w tym osoby bezrobotne niebędące klientami PUP korzystające z pomocy społecznej z tytułu przesłanki bezrobocia), charakteryzujące się co najmniej jedną z cech osoby zagrożonej ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym. Ponadto, w skład grupy docelowej będzie wchodziło min. 3 osoby niepełnosprawne, min. 29 kobiet i max. 5 osób z wyższym wykształceniem. GŁÓWNE DZIAŁANIA: 1.
