Przedmiotem projektu jest zwiększenie kompetencji uczniów szkół zawodowych poprzez inwestycje w infrastrukturę, tak, aby stworzyć warunki zbliżone do rzeczywistego środowiska pracy zawodowej pod kątem wyposażenia oraz doposażenia warsztatów i pracowni zawodowych. Wsparcie obejmie szkoły ponadgimnazjalne - zasadnicze szkoły zawodowe oraz technika kształcące w zawodach ważnych dla lokalnego i regionalnego rynku pracy. W ramach projektu planowana jest modernizacja i wyposażenie 36 pracowni w 8 szkołach prowadzących kształcenie zawodowe na terenie powiatu cieszyńskiego oraz CKP. Prace remontowe obejmą m.in. modernizację/wymianę instalacji elektrycznej, wodno-kanalizacyjnej, CO, roboty malarskie i posadzkowe, wymianę/renowację stolarki drzwiowej i okiennej. Projekt przyczyni się do zwiększenia umiejętności zawodowych osób wchodzących na rynek pracy z jego potrzebami poprzez udoskonalenie warunków kształcenia w szkołach (poprawa jakości i dostępności bazy techniczno-dydaktycznej szkół). The aim of the project is to increase the competence of vocational school pupils by investing in infrastructure, so as to create conditions similar to the real working environment in terms of equipment and retrofitting of workshops and professional workers. Support will be given to secondary schools – basic vocational schools and training techniques in occupations that are important for the local and regional labour market. The project plans to modernise and equip 36 laboratories in 8 schools conducting vocational training in the districts of Cieszyn and CKP. Renovation works will include modernisation/replacement of electrical, water and sewage, CO, painting and floor works, replacement/renovation of door and window joinery. The project will contribute to increasing the professional skills of people entering the labour market with its needs by improving the conditions of education in schools (improving the quality and accessibility of the school’s technical and teaching base). L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les compétences des élèves des écoles professionnelles en investissant dans les infrastructures, de manière à créer des conditions similaires à celles de l’environnement de travail réel en termes d’équipement et d’aménagement d’ateliers et d’ateliers professionnels. Un soutien sera apporté aux établissements du deuxième cycle de l’enseignement secondaire — écoles professionnelles de base et techniques de formation dans des professions importantes pour le marché du travail local et régional. Le projet prévoit de moderniser et d’équiper 36 ateliers dans 8 écoles dispensant une formation professionnelle dans le district de Cieszyn et le CKP. Les travaux de rénovation comprendront, entre autres, la modernisation/le remplacement des systèmes électriques, d’eau et d’égouts, le CO, les travaux de peinture et de plancher, le remplacement/rénovation des menuiseries de portes et de fenêtres. Le projet contribuera à améliorer les compétences professionnelles des personnes qui entrent sur le marché du travail en fonction de leurs besoins en améliorant les conditions d’éducation dans les écoles (amélioration de la qualité et de l’accessibilité de la base technique et pédagogique des écoles). Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Kompetenzen der berufsbildenden Schüler durch Investitionen in die Infrastruktur zu erweitern, um Bedingungen zu schaffen, die dem realen Arbeitsumfeld in Bezug auf die Ausstattung und die Nachrüstung von Werkstätten und Berufswerkstätten ähnlich sind. Gefördert werden die Schulen der Sekundarstufe II – berufliche Grundschulen und Ausbildungstechniken in Berufen, die für den lokalen und regionalen Arbeitsmarkt von Bedeutung sind. Das Projekt plant die Modernisierung und Ausstattung von 36 Workshops in 8 Schulen, die Berufsausbildung im Bezirk Cieszyn und CKP anbieten. Zu den Renovierungsarbeiten gehören unter anderem die Modernisierung/Ersetzung von Elektro-, Wasser- und Abwassersystemen, CO-, Mal- und Bodenarbeiten, Ersatz/Renovierung von Tür- und Fenstertischlereien. Das Projekt wird dazu beitragen, die beruflichen Kompetenzen derjenigen, die in den Arbeitsmarkt eintreten, durch die Verbesserung der Bildungsbedingungen in den Schulen zu verbessern (Verbesserung der Qualität und Zugänglichkeit der technischen und pädagogischen Grundlagen der Schulen). Het doel van het project is de competenties van leerlingen in het beroepsonderwijs te vergroten door te investeren in infrastructuur, teneinde voorwaarden te scheppen die vergelijkbaar zijn met de werkelijke werkomgeving op het gebied van uitrusting en aanpassing van workshops en professionele workshops. Er zal steun worden verleend aan middelbare scholen — basisscholen voor beroepsonderwijs en -opleiding in beroepen die van belang zijn voor de lokale en regionale arbeidsmarkt. Het project is bedoeld om 36 werkplaatsen te moderniseren en uit te rusten in acht scholen voor beroepsopleiding in het district Cieszyn en CKP. Renovatiewerkzaamheden omvatten onder meer modernisering/vervanging van elektrische, water- en rioleringssystemen, CO-, schilder- en vloerwerkzaamheden, vervanging/renovatie van deur- en raamschrijnwerk. Het project zal bijdragen tot de verbetering van de beroepsvaardigheden van degenen die de arbeidsmarkt betreden en de behoeften ervan, door de onderwijsomstandigheden op scholen te verbeteren (verbetering van de kwaliteit en toegankelijkheid van de technische en onderwijsbasis van scholen). L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare le competenze degli studenti delle scuole professionali investendo in infrastrutture, in modo da creare condizioni simili al reale ambiente di lavoro in termini di attrezzature e ammodernamento di laboratori e laboratori professionali. Sarà fornito sostegno alle scuole secondarie superiori — scuole professionali di base e tecniche di formazione nelle professioni importanti per il mercato del lavoro locale e regionale. Il progetto prevede di ammodernare e dotare 36 laboratori in 8 scuole di formazione professionale nel distretto di Cieszyn e CKP. I lavori di ristrutturazione comprenderanno, tra l'altro, l'ammodernamento/sostituzione di impianti elettrici, idrici e fognari, il CO, i lavori di verniciatura e pavimenti, la sostituzione/ristrutturazione di porte e finestre. Il progetto contribuirà a migliorare le competenze professionali di coloro che entrano nel mercato del lavoro con le sue esigenze migliorando le condizioni di istruzione nelle scuole (migliorando la qualità e l'accessibilità della base tecnica e didattica delle scuole). El objetivo del proyecto es aumentar las competencias de los estudiantes de formación profesional invirtiendo en infraestructuras, a fin de crear condiciones similares al entorno de trabajo real en términos de equipamiento y readaptación de talleres y talleres profesionales. Se prestará apoyo a las escuelas secundarias superiores: escuelas profesionales básicas y técnicas de formación en ocupaciones importantes para el mercado de trabajo local y regional. El proyecto prevé modernizar y equipar 36 talleres en 8 escuelas que imparten formación profesional en el distrito de Cieszyn y CKP. Las obras de renovación incluirán, entre otras cosas, la modernización/sustitución de los sistemas eléctricos, de agua y alcantarillado, el CO, la pintura y las obras de suelo, la sustitución/renovación de la carpintería de puertas y ventanas. El proyecto contribuirá a mejorar las competencias profesionales de las personas que entran en el mercado laboral con sus necesidades mejorando las condiciones de la educación en las escuelas (mejora de la calidad y accesibilidad de la base técnica y docente de las escuelas).
