Celem przedmiotowego projektu jest przywrócenie funkcji społeczno-gospodarczych na zdegradowanych obszarach Gościeradowa, a także zwiększenie dostępności do infrastruktury społecznej i kulturalnej, poprzez rewitalizację zdegradowanego terenu. Projekt zakłada adaptację budynku byłego posterunku policji na budynek pełniący funkcję społeczno - kulturalne. Projekt obejmuje modernizację istniejącego budynku oraz dobudowę brakujących pomieszczeń w tym sali widowiskowej, jak również rewitalizację przestrzeni komunikacyjnej wokół budynku (parkingi, chodniki), modernizacja ogrodzenia. W ramach projektu zostaną również wykonane ciągi piesze, wymiana siedzisk, oświetlenie murawy i trybun, wymiana i uzupełnieniu piłkochwytów, wymiana nawierzchni trawiastej płyty boiska, ogrodzenie boiska wymiana bramek do piłki nożnej, wyposażenie terenu w małą architekturę oraz rozbudowę infrastruktury rekreacyjnej i społeczno-kulturalnej w Wólce Gościeradowskiej: plac zabaw, ciągi pieszo-jezdne, stanowiska wędkarskie, nasadzenie drzew, mała architektura. Rezultatem projektu będzie - liczba osób korzystających z obiektów infrastruktury społecznej/kulturalnej/turystycznej będącej przedmiotem projektu - 450 os./rok, wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych podmiotach - 0,5 EPC. Grupą docelową są mieszkańcy gminy oraz turyści. W ramach projektu zrealizowane zostaną następujące zadania z LPR: Modernizacja byłego budynku policji w Gościeradowie Folwark na inkubator organizacji pozarządowych, Modernizacja stadionu sportowego (Gościeradów Folwark), Modernizacja przestrzeni wokół stawu w Wólce Gościeradowskiej (Polish)

The aim of this project is to restore socio-economic functions in the degraded areas of the Guest House, as well as to increase accessibility to social and cultural infrastructure, by revitalising the degraded area. The project involves adapting the building of the former police station to a social and cultural building. The project includes the modernisation of the existing building and the addition of the missing rooms including the showroom, as well as revitalisation of the communication space around the building (parkings, sidewalks), modernisation of the fence. The project will also include hiking, seat replacement, turf and stands lighting, replacement and replenishment of football, replacement of grass surface of the pitch, fence of the pitch replacement of football gates, furnishing of the area with a small architecture and expansion of recreational and socio-cultural infrastructure in Wólka Gościeradowska: playground, walking and roadways, fishing stations, tree planting, small architecture. The result of the project will be – the number of people using the social/cultural/tourism infrastructure facilities covered by the project – 450 persons/year, an increase in employment in supported entities – 0.5 FTE. The target group are residents of the municipality and tourists. The project will carry out the following tasks with the LPR: Modernisation of the former police building in Guesteradów Folwark for incubator of non-governmental organisations, Modernisation of the sports stadium (Gościeradów Folwark), Modernisation of space around the pond in Wólka Gościeradowska (English)

L’objectif de ce projet est de restaurer les fonctions socio-économiques dans les zones dégradées et d’améliorer l’accessibilité aux infrastructures sociales et culturelles en revitalisant la zone dégradée. Le projet prévoit l’adaptation de la construction de l’ancien poste de police à un bâtiment ayant une fonction socioculturelle. Le projet comprend la modernisation du bâtiment existant et l’ajout de pièces manquantes dans ce hall, ainsi que la revitalisation de l’espace de communication autour du bâtiment (parkings, trottoirs), la modernisation de la clôture. Le projet comprendra également des pistes de marche, le remplacement des sièges, l’éclairage des prairies et des stands, le remplacement et la reconstitution des ballons, le remplacement de la surface d’herbe du terrain, la clôture du terrain remplaçant les portes de football, l’équipement de la zone avec une petite architecture et le développement d’infrastructures récréatives et socioculturelles à Wólka Gościradowska: aire de jeux, pistes de marche et de conduite, stations de pêche, plantation d’arbres, petite architecture. Le résultat du projet sera — le nombre de personnes utilisant l’infrastructure sociale/culturelle/tourisme faisant l’objet du projet — 450 par an, l’augmentation de l’emploi dans les entités soutenues — 0,5 ETP. Le groupe cible est les résidents de la municipalité et les touristes. Le projet s’acquittera des tâches suivantes du LPR: Modernisation de l’ancien bâtiment de police à Gościradów Folwark pour incubateur d’organisations non gouvernementales, modernisation du stade sportif (Gościeradów Folwark), modernisation de l’espace autour de l’étang de Wólka Gościradowska (French)

Ziel dieses Projekts ist es, sozioökonomische Funktionen in benachteiligten Gebieten wiederherzustellen und den Zugang zu sozialer und kultureller Infrastruktur durch die Wiederbelebung des benachteiligten Gebiets zu verbessern. Das Projekt beinhaltet die Anpassung des Gebäudes der ehemaligen Polizeistation an ein soziokulturelles Gebäude. Das Projekt umfasst die Modernisierung des bestehenden Gebäudes und die Hinzufügung fehlender Räume in dieser Halle sowie die Revitalisierung des Kommunikationsraums rund um das Gebäude (Parkplätze, Gehwege), die Modernisierung des Zauns. Das Projekt umfasst auch Wanderwege, Sitzersatz, Grasland und Stände Beleuchtung, Ersatz und Wiederauffüllung von Bällen, der Ersatz der Grasfläche des Stellplatzes, der Zaun des Feldes ersetzt Fußballtore, die Ausrüstung des Gebiets mit kleiner Architektur und die Entwicklung der Freizeit-und soziokulturelle Infrastruktur in Wólka Gościradowska: Spielplatz, Wander- und Fahrspuren, Angelstationen, pflanzende Bäume, kleine Architektur. Das Ergebnis des Projekts ist – die Zahl der Personen, die die soziale/kulturelle/touristische Infrastruktur nutzen, die Gegenstand des Projekts ist – 450 pro Jahr, die Zunahme der Beschäftigung in den geförderten Einrichtungen – 0,5 VZÄ. Zielgruppe sind Einwohner der Gemeinde und Touristen. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden folgende Aufgaben des LPR ausgeführt: Modernisierung des ehemaligen Polizeigebäudes in Gościradów Folwark für Inkubator von Nichtregierungsorganisationen, Modernisierung des Sportstadions (Gościeradów Folwark), Modernisierung des Raumes rund um den Teich in Wólka Gościradowska (German)

Het doel van dit project is de sociaal-economische functies in aangetaste gebieden te herstellen en de toegankelijkheid van sociale en culturele infrastructuur te verbeteren door het aangetaste gebied nieuw leven in te blazen. L'obiettivo di questo progetto è ripristinare le funzioni socioeconomiche nelle aree degradate e aumentare l'accessibilità alle infrastrutture sociali e culturali rivitalizzando l'area degradata. Il progetto prevede l'adeguamento della costruzione dell'ex stazione di polizia a un edificio con funzione socio-culturale. Il progetto prevede la modernizzazione dell'edificio esistente e l'aggiunta di locali mancanti in questa sala, nonché la rivitalizzazione dello spazio di comunicazione intorno all'edificio (parcheggi, marciapiedi), la modernizzazione della recinzione. Il progetto comprenderà anche percorsi pedonali, sostituzione dei sedili, prato e stand di illuminazione, sostituzione e rifornimento di palline, la sostituzione della superficie erbosa del campo, la recinzione del campo che sostituisce i cancelli di calcio, l'attrezzatura della zona con una piccola architettura e lo sviluppo di infrastrutture ricreative e socioculturali a Wólka Gościradowska: parco giochi, passeggiate e piste di guida, stazioni di pesca, piantare alberi, piccola architettura. Il risultato del progetto sarà — il numero di persone che utilizzano l'infrastruttura sociale/culturale/turismo oggetto del progetto — 450 all'anno, l'aumento dell'occupazione nelle entità beneficiarie — 0,5 ETP. Il gruppo target è costituito dai residenti del comune e dai turisti. Il progetto svolgerà i seguenti compiti dell'LPR: Ammodernamento dell'ex edificio della polizia a Gościradów Folwark per incubatore di organizzazioni non governative, modernizzazione dello stadio sportivo (Gościeradów Folwark), modernizzazione dello spazio intorno allo stagno di Wólka Gościradowska (Italian)

El objetivo de este proyecto es restablecer las funciones socioeconómicas en las zonas degradadas y aumentar el acceso a la infraestructura social y cultural mediante la revitalización de la zona degradada. El proyecto consiste en la adaptación del edificio de la antigua comisaría a un edificio con una función sociocultural. El proyecto incluye la modernización del edificio existente y la adición de habitaciones faltantes en esta sala, así como la revitalización del espacio de comunicación alrededor del edificio (parques, pavimentos), la modernización de la valla. El proyecto también incluirá pistas de senderismo, reemplazo de asientos, iluminación de pastizales y gradas, sustitución y reposición de bolas, sustitución de la superficie de césped del campo, la valla del campo reemplazando puertas de fútbol, el equipamiento de la zona con una arquitectura pequeña y el desarrollo de infraestructura recreativa y sociocultural en Wólka Gościradowska: parque infantil, pistas para caminar y conducir, estaciones de pesca, plantación de árboles, pequeña arquitectura. El resultado del proyecto será — el número de personas que utilizan la infraestructura social/cultural/turística objeto del proyecto — 450 por año, el aumento del empleo en las entidades subvencionadas — 0,5 ETC. El grupo destinatario son los residentes del municipio y los turistas. El proyecto llevará a cabo las siguientes tareas del LPR: Modernización del antiguo edificio policial en Gościradów Folwark para incubadora de organizaciones no gubernamentales, Modernización del estadio deportivo (Gościeradów Folwark), Modernización del espacio alrededor del estanque en Wólka Gościradowska (Spanish)
