Celem głównym projektu jest: poprawa funkcjonowania zbiorczego systemu kanalizacji sanitarnej na terenie gminy Piaski. Grupą docelową są odbiorcy usług w zakresie zaopatrzenia w wodę oraz odbioru ścieków z terenu gminy Piaski (w tym m.in. z terenu aglomeracji w zakresie rozbudowy oczyszczalni ścieków). Przewidywana liczba osób, które skorzystają z ulepszonego oczyszczania ścieków wyniesie 3000. Zakres projektu obejmuje przebudowę istniejącej oczyszczalni ścieków. Przebudowa obejmie: pompownię główną, stację ścieków dowożonych, reaktor biologiczny z komorą wydzielonej stabilizacji i osadnikiem wtórnym, komorę zagęszczania osadu - istniejącą, stację dmuchaw, zbiornik retencyjny wód deszczowych i nadmiarowych poj. 160 m3, budynek socjalno - techniczny - istniejący, AKPIA + GSM, rurociągi technologiczne, sieci i instalacje elektryczne, roboty drogowe, place i ukształtowanie terenu, rozruch technologiczny. Przedmiotowe przedsięwzięcie ma na celu dostosowanie oczyszczalni do przyjęcia i oczyszczenia całej przewidywanej docelowej ilości ścieków i zanieczyszczeń oraz usprawnienie eksploatacji i zwiększenie pewności działania. Po przebudowie projektowana wielkość przewiduje wzrost obsługi z 1575 RLM do 3564 RLM. Kolejnym elementem jest stworzenie serwisu umożliwiającego dokonywanie transakcji on-line oraz wykorzystanie serwisu internetowego lub innych narzędzi ICT w celu oceny poziomu satysfakcji użytkowników z otrzymanych usług. The main objective of the project is to: improving the functioning of the collective sanitary system in the municipality of Piaski. The target group is the recipients of services in the field of water supply and waste water collection from the municipality of Piaski (including, among others, from the agglomeration area in the scope of expansion of the sewage treatment plant). The estimated number of people who will benefit from improved waste water treatment will be 3000. The scope of the project includes the reconstruction of the existing sewage treatment plant. The reconstruction will include: main pumping room, transport sewage station, biological reactor with separate stabilisation chamber and secondary settler, sediment compaction chamber – existing, blower station, rainwater retention tank and excess water streams. 160 m³, social and technical building – existing, ACPIA + GSM, technological pipelines, networks and electrical installations, road works, squares and terrain, technological start-up. The aim of the project is to adapt the treatment plant to the adoption and treatment of all the expected waste water and pollution targets and to improve the operation and security of operation. After the reconstruction, the design size foresees an increase in service from 1575 RLM to 3564 RLM. Another element is the creation of a service that enables online transactions and the use of a website or other ICT tools to assess the level of satisfaction of users with the services received. L’objectif principal du projet est de: amélioration du fonctionnement du système d’assainissement collectif dans la municipalité de Piaski. Le groupe cible est les bénéficiaires de services dans le domaine de l’approvisionnement en eau et de la collecte des eaux usées de la commune de Piaski (y compris, entre autres, de la zone de l’agglomération pour l’extension des stations d’épuration des eaux usées). Le nombre attendu de personnes qui bénéficieront d’un traitement amélioré des eaux usées sera de 3000. Le champ d’application du projet comprend la reconstruction d’une station d’épuration des eaux usées existante. La reconstruction comprendra: station de pompage principale, station d’épuration d’alimentation, réacteur biologique avec chambre de stabilisation séparée et décanteur secondaire, chambre de compactage des boues — existante, station de ventilateur, rétention d’eau de pluie et réservoir d’eau excédentaire. 160 m³, bâtiment social et technique existant, ACPIA + GSM, pipelines technologiques, réseaux et installations électriques, travaux routiers, carrés et terrains, démarrage technologique. L’objectif de ce projet est d’adapter la station d’épuration à l’adoption et au traitement de l’ensemble de la quantité attendue d’eaux usées et de polluants, et d’améliorer le fonctionnement et la sécurité. Après la reconstruction, la taille prévue prévoit une augmentation du service de 1575 à 3564 EH. Un autre élément est la création d’un service permettant les transactions en ligne et l’utilisation d’un site Web ou d’autres outils TIC afin d’évaluer le niveau de satisfaction des utilisateurs à l’égard des services reçus. Hauptziel des Projekts ist: Verbesserung der Funktionsweise des kollektiven Sanitärsystems in der Gemeinde Piaski. Die Zielgruppe ist die Empfänger von Dienstleistungen im Bereich der Wasserversorgung und der Sammlung von Abwasser aus der Gemeinde Piaski (einschließlich u. a. aus dem Ballungsgebiet für den Ausbau von Abwasserbehandlungsanlagen). Die erwartete Zahl der Menschen, die von einer verbesserten Abwasserbehandlung profitieren werden, wird 3000 betragen. Das Projekt umfasst den Wiederaufbau einer bestehenden Kläranlage. Der Wiederaufbau umfasst: Hauptpumpenstation, Futterabwasserstation, biologische Reaktor mit separater Stabilisierungskammer und Sekundärsiedler, Schlammverdichtungskammer – vorhanden, Gebläsestation, Regenwasserrückhaltung und überschüssiges Wasserreservoir. 160 m³, bestehendes soziales und technisches Gebäude, ACPIA + GSM, technologische Pipelines, Netze und elektrische Anlagen, Straßenarbeiten, Plätze und Gelände, technologische Inbetriebnahme. Ziel dieses Projekts ist es, die Kläranlage an die Übernahme und Behandlung der gesamten erwarteten Menge an Abwasser und Schadstoffen anzupassen und den Betrieb und die Sicherheit zu verbessern. Nach dem Wiederaufbau prognostiziert die geplante Größe eine Erhöhung des Dienstes von 1575 auf 3564 S.E. Ein weiteres Element ist die Schaffung eines Dienstes, der Online-Transaktionen ermöglicht, und die Nutzung einer Website oder anderer IKT-Tools, um den Grad der Zufriedenheit der Nutzer mit den empfangenen Diensten zu bewerten. De wederopbouw omvat: hoofdpompstation, toevoerzuiveringsstation, biologische reactor met aparte stabilisatiekamer en secundaire settler, slibverdichtingskamer — bestaand, blowerstation, regenwaterretentie en overtollig waterreservoir. 160 m³, bestaande sociale en technische gebouwen, ACPIA + GSM, technologische pijpleidingen, netwerken en elektrische installaties, wegenwerken, pleinen en terrein, technologische start-up. Het doel van dit project is de zuiveringsinstallatie aan te passen aan de goedkeuring en behandeling van de totale verwachte hoeveelheid afvalwater en verontreinigende stoffen, en de werking en de zekerheid te verbeteren. L'obiettivo principale del progetto è: migliorare il funzionamento del sistema igienico-sanitario collettivo nel comune di Piaski. Il gruppo destinatario è costituito dai destinatari di servizi nel settore dell'approvvigionamento idrico e della raccolta delle acque reflue provenienti dal comune di Piaski (compresa, tra l'altro, dall'area dell'agglomerato per l'ampliamento degli impianti di trattamento delle acque reflue). Il numero previsto di persone che beneficeranno di un migliore trattamento delle acque reflue sarà di 3000. L'ambito del progetto comprende la ricostruzione di un impianto esistente di trattamento delle acque reflue. La ricostruzione comprenderà: stazione di pompaggio principale, stazione di scarico di alimentazione, reattore biologico con camera di stabilizzazione separata e colonizzatore secondario, camera di compattazione dei fanghi — esistente, stazione di soffiaggio, ritenzione dell'acqua piovana e serbatoio di acqua in eccesso. 160 m³, costruzione sociale e tecnica esistente, ACPIA + GSM, condotte tecnologiche, reti e impianti elettrici, lavori stradali, piazze e terreni, avviamento tecnologico. L'obiettivo di questo progetto è quello di adattare l'impianto di trattamento all'adozione e al trattamento dell'intera quantità prevista di acque reflue e inquinanti, nonché di migliorare il funzionamento e la certezza. Dopo la ricostruzione, la dimensione prevista prevede un aumento del servizio da 1575 a.e. a 3564 a.e. Un altro elemento è la creazione di un servizio che consenta transazioni online e l'uso di un sito web o di altri strumenti TIC al fine di valutare il livello di soddisfazione degli utenti rispetto ai servizi ricevuti. El objetivo principal del proyecto es: mejorar el funcionamiento del sistema de saneamiento colectivo en el municipio de Piaski. El grupo destinatario son los destinatarios de servicios en el ámbito del suministro de agua y la recogida de aguas residuales del municipio de Piaski (incluidos, entre otros, de la zona de la aglomeración para la ampliación de las plantas de tratamiento de aguas residuales). El número previsto de personas que se beneficiarán de un mejor tratamiento de las aguas residuales será de 3000. El alcance del proyecto incluye la reconstrucción de una planta de tratamiento de aguas residuales existente. La reconstrucción incluirá: estación de bombeo principal, estación de alcantarillado de alimentación, reactor biológico con cámara de estabilización separada y colonizador secundario, cámara de compactación de lodos — existente, estación de soplado, retención de agua de lluvia y depósito de agua excesiva. 160 m³, edificio social y técnico existente, ACPIA + GSM, tuberías tecnológicas, redes e instalaciones eléctricas, obras viales, plazas y terrenos, puesta en marcha tecnológica. El objetivo de este proyecto es adaptar la planta de tratamiento a la adopción y tratamiento de toda la cantidad esperada de aguas residuales y contaminantes, y mejorar el funcionamiento y la seguridad. Después de la reconstrucción, el tamaño previsto predice un aumento del servicio de 1575 e-h a 3564 e-h. Otro elemento es la creación de un servicio que permita las transacciones en línea y el uso de un sitio web u otras herramientas TIC con el fin de evaluar el nivel de satisfacción de los usuarios con los servicios recibidos.
