Przedmiot projektu: zakup i montaż w gospod. dom.: instalacji solarnych(199szt.) do produkcji energii cieplnej z promieniowania słonecznego w celu podgrzewania c.w.u oraz kotłów na biomasę(237szt.) do produkcji energii cieplnej z biomasy do centralnego ogrzewania i ewentualnie podgrzewania c.w.u.. W gminie podejmowane są działania w celu wykorzystania OZE. Zrealizowano projekt "Kolektory słoneczne jako ekologiczna i odnawialna forma dostarczania energii w gminie Potok Górny"- zamontowano solary w bud. mieszkalnych i użyteczności publ. Wciąż potrzebą jest zwiększenie udziału OZE w bilansie paliwowo-energetycznym w gminie. Jakość powietrza w gminie jest dobra- nie ma obowiązku opracowania programu ochrony powietrza. W POP dla strefy lubelskiej (do której należy Potok Górny) nie wskazano działań naprawczych ani krótkoterminowych dla gminy, co oznacza że na jej terenie nie odnotowano przekroczenia poziomów subst.podlegających ocenie jakości powietrza. PROBLEMY: niedostateczna świadomość mieszkańców o ograniczonych zasobach nieodnawialnych surowców energetycznych i wykorzystaniu OZE; niedobór technologii pozwalających na wykorzystanie OZE; wysokie koszty instalacji. Gospodarka cieplna oparta na kotłowniach opalanych paliwem stałym, notuje się przypadki spalania odpadów plastikowych. EFEKT: rosnące zużycie energii ze źródeł kopalnych, emisja szkodliwych gazów i pyłów do powietrza, wzrost zanieczyszczenia środowiska. Zakres projektu: 1.montaż instalacji solarnych w gospod. domowych (w skład wchodzą: kolektory, podgrzewacz pojemnościowy wody, grupa pompowa i sterownik, naczynie wzbiorcze, zabezpieczania, rurociągi, przewody, izolacja termiczna, odpowietrznik, płyn solarny); 2.montaż kotłów na biomasę w gospod. domowych (kotły o mocy 17kW, 23kW i 25kW; pellet) 2.portal internetowy(serwis do transakcji on-line zapewniający kontakty z użytkownikami); 3.aplikacja na urządzenia mobilne(w celu edukacji energetycznej i ekologicznej mieszkańców, promocji OZE) (Polish)

Subject matter of the project: purchase and installation in the house.: solar installations (199pcs) for the production of solar thermal energy for heating hot water and biomass boilers (237pcs) for the production of heat from biomass for central heating and possibly heating hot water. Measures are being taken in the municipality to use RES. The project “Solar Collectors as an ecological and renewable form of energy supply in the commune of Potok Górny” – solars were installed in residential buildings and publ utility. There is still a need to increase the share of RES in the energy and fuel balance of the municipality. Air quality in the municipality is good – there is no obligation to develop an air protection programme. The POP for the Lublin area (to which the Upper Potok belongs) does not indicate corrective or short-term measures for the municipality, which means that there were no excesses of the subst. levels subject to the assessment of air quality. PROBLEMS: insufficient awareness of residents of the limited resources of non-renewable energy resources and the use of RES; a shortage of technologies allowing the use of RES; high installation costs. Heat management based on solid fuel boiler plants is recorded in cases of incineration of plastic waste. EFFECT: increasing energy consumption from fossil sources, emissions of harmful gases and dust into the air, increased pollution. Objet du projet: achat et installation dans la maison.: installations solaires(199 unités) pour la production d’énergie thermique à partir du rayonnement solaire pour chauffer l’eau chaude et les chaudières à biomasse (237 unités) pour la production de chaleur à partir de la biomasse pour le chauffage central et éventuellement pour le chauffage de l’eau chaude. Dans la municipalité, des mesures sont prises pour utiliser les SER. Le projet «Les collecteurs solaires en tant que forme d’approvisionnement énergétique écologique et renouvelable dans la municipalité de Potok Górny» a été mis en œuvre — des panneaux solaires ont été installés dans les bâtiments résidentiels et utilitaires de publ. Il est encore nécessaire d’augmenter la part des SER dans le bilan énergétique et énergétique de la municipalité. La qualité de l’air dans la municipalité est bonne — il n’y a pas d’obligation d’élaborer un programme sur la qualité de l’air. Gegenstand des Projekts: Kauf und Installation im Haus.: Solaranlagen (199 Einheiten) zur Erzeugung von thermischer Energie von der Sonneneinstrahlung bis zur Warmwasserbereitung und Biomassekessel (237 Einheiten) zur Erzeugung von Wärme aus Biomasse zur Zentralheizung und ggf. Warmwasserbereitung. In der Gemeinde werden Maßnahmen zur Nutzung von RES ergriffen. Das Projekt „Solarsammler als ökologische und erneuerbare Energieversorgung in der Gemeinde Potok Górny“ wurde umgesetzt – Solarkollektoren wurden in den Wohn- und Versorgungsgebäuden der Publ installiert. Es ist nach wie vor notwendig, den Anteil der erneuerbaren Energiequellen am Brennstoff- und Energiebilanz in der Gemeinde zu erhöhen. Die Luftqualität in der Gemeinde ist gut – es besteht keine Verpflichtung zur Entwicklung eines Luftqualitätsprogramms. Der POP für die Zone Lublin (zu dem Potok Górny gehört) gibt keine Korrektur- oder kurzfristigen Maßnahmen für die Gemeinde an, was bedeutet, dass keine Überschreitungen der Gehalte im Subst., die einer Beurteilung der Luftqualität unterzogen wurden, vorliegen. PROBLEME: unzureichendes Bewusstsein der Anwohner für die begrenzten Ressourcen nicht erneuerbarer Energiequellen und die Nutzung von EE; Mangel an Technologien, die die Nutzung von EE ermöglichen; hohe Installationskosten. Thermische Bewirtschaftung auf Basis von Festbrennstoffkesselanlagen, Fälle von Kunststoffabfällen werden erfasst. WIRKUNG: steigender Verbrauch von Energie aus fossilen Quellen, Emissionen schädlicher Gase und Staub in die Luft, eine Zunahme der Umweltverschmutzung. Umfang des Projekts: 1. Onderwerp van het project: aankoop en installatie in eigen huis.: zonne-installaties (199 eenheden) voor de productie van thermische energie uit zonnestraling tot warm water en biomassaketels (237 eenheden) voor de productie van warmte uit biomassa voor centrale verwarming en eventueel warm water voor verwarming. In de gemeente worden maatregelen genomen om RES te gebruiken. Het project „Zonnecollectoren als een ecologische en hernieuwbare vorm van energievoorziening in de gemeente Potok Górny” werd uitgevoerd — zonnepanelen werden geïnstalleerd in de woon- en nutsgebouwen van publ. Het aandeel van hernieuwbare energiebronnen in de brandstof- en energiebalans in de gemeente moet nog worden verhoogd. Luchtkwaliteit in de gemeente is goed — er is geen verplichting om een luchtkwaliteitsprogramma te ontwikkelen. Het POP voor de zone Lublin (waartoe Potok Górny behoort) bevat geen corrigerende of kortetermijnmaatregelen voor de gemeente, wat betekent dat er geen overschrijdingen van de subst.-niveaus zijn die onderworpen zijn aan een beoordeling van de luchtkwaliteit. PROBLEMEN: onvoldoende bewustzijn van bewoners van de beperkte hulpbronnen van niet-hernieuwbare energiebronnen en het gebruik van hernieuwbare energiebronnen; een tekort aan technologieën die het gebruik van hernieuwbare energiebronnen mogelijk maken; hoge installatiekosten. Thermisch beheer op basis van verwarmingsketels voor vaste brandstoffen, gevallen van verbranding van kunststofafval worden geregistreerd. Oggetto del progetto: acquisto e installazione in casa.: impianti solari(199 unità) per la produzione di energia termica dalla radiazione solare al calore delle caldaie ad acqua calda e a biomassa (237 unità) per la produzione di calore da biomassa per il riscaldamento centrale ed eventualmente per il riscaldamento dell'acqua calda. Nel comune sono in corso di adozione misure per l'utilizzo delle FER. Il progetto "Collettori solari come forma ecologica e rinnovabile di approvvigionamento energetico nel comune di Potok Górny" è stato attuato — pannelli solari sono stati installati negli edifici residenziali e di utilità del publ. È ancora necessario aumentare la quota di FER nel bilancio combustibile ed energetico del comune. La qualità dell'aria nel comune è buona — non vi è alcun obbligo di elaborare un programma per la qualità dell'aria. Il POP per la zona di Lublino (di cui appartiene Potok Górny) non indica alcuna misura correttiva o a breve termine per il comune, il che significa che non vi sono stati superamenti dei livelli inferiori soggetti a una valutazione della qualità dell'aria. PROBLEMI: insufficiente consapevolezza dei residenti in merito alle limitate risorse delle risorse energetiche non rinnovabili e all'uso delle fonti energetiche rinnovabili; la carenza di tecnologie che consentono l'uso delle fonti energetiche rinnovabili; elevati costi di installazione. Gestione termica basata su caldaie a combustibile solido, si registrano i casi di incenerimento dei rifiuti di plastica. EFFETTO: aumento del consumo di energia da fonti fossili, emissioni di gas nocivi e polveri nell'aria, aumento dell'inquinamento ambientale. Portata del progetto: 1. Objeto del proyecto: compra e instalación en casa.: instalaciones solares (199 unidades) para la producción de energía térmica a partir de la radiación solar para calentar agua caliente y calderas de biomasa (237 unidades) para la producción de calor a partir de biomasa para calefacción central y, posiblemente, para calentar agua caliente. En el municipio se están adoptando medidas para utilizar las fuentes de energía renovables. Se implementó el proyecto «Los colectores solares como forma ecológica y renovable de suministro energético en el municipio de Potok Górny» — se instalaron paneles solares en los edificios residenciales y públicos del publ. Sigue siendo necesario aumentar el porcentaje de FER en el balance de combustible y energía en el municipio. La calidad del aire en el municipio es buena — no hay obligación de desarrollar un programa de calidad del aire. El COP de la zona de Lublin (a la que pertenece Potok Górny) no indica ninguna medida correctiva o a corto plazo para el municipio, lo que significa que no hubo superación de los niveles sustáneos sujetos a una evaluación de la calidad del aire. PROBLEMAS: insuficiente sensibilización de los residentes sobre los recursos limitados de los recursos energéticos no renovables y el uso de fuentes de energía renovables; escasez de tecnologías que permitan el uso de fuentes de energía renovables; altos costos de instalación. Gestión térmica basada en plantas de calderas de combustible sólido, se registran casos de incineración de residuos plásticos. EFECTO: aumento del consumo de energía procedente de fuentes fósiles, emisiones de gases nocivos y polvo al aire, un aumento de la contaminación ambiental. Alcance del proyecto: 1.
