Celem głównym proj. jest wsparcie aktywizacji zawodowej grupy docelowej w gm. Błaszki 15(14Ki1M) i w gm. Warta 15(14Ki1M)poprzez powrót na rynek pracy przez 18os.(18K) oraz objęcie wsparciem w zakresie aktywizacji zawodowej12os.(10Ki2M)w okresie realizacji proj.od01.01.2018do 31.12.2019r. Grupą docelową(GD) realizowanego projektu będzie 18Kpracujących opiekujących się dzieckiem w wieku do lat 3 przebywających na urlopie macierzyńskim lub rodzicielskim oraz 12(10Ki2M)os.bezrobotnych lub biernych zawodowo, dla których opieka nad dzieckiem w wieku do lat 3 stanowi barierę w wejściu na rynek pracy. ZADANIA: Utworzenie - adaptacja, dostosowanie i wyposażenie żłobka i placu zabaw w gminie Błaszki(01/2018-03/2018); Funkcjonowanie żłobka w gminie Błaszki(04/2018-12/2019); Utworzenie - adaptacja, dostosowanie i wyposażenie żłobka i placu zabaw w gminie Warta(01/2018-03/2018); Funkcjonowanie żłobka w gminie Warta(04/2018-12/2019); Aktywizacja zawodowa osób sprawujących opiekę nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3, które w momencie rozpoczęcia udziału w proj. były bezrobotne lub bierne zawodowo (05/2018-12/2019). POPRZEZ NASTĘPUJĄCE REZULTATY: Liczba osób, które powróciły na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem/wychowaniem dziecka, po opuszczeniu programu-18K; Liczba osób pozostających bez pracy, które znalazły pracę lub poszukują pracy po opuszczeniu programu-12os.(10Ki2M); Liczba utworzonych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3, które funkcjonują 2 lata po uzyskaniu dofinansowania ze środków EFS-30 (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to support the activation of the target group in Gm. Błaszki 15(14Ki1M) and in Gm. Worth 15(14Ki1M) through the return to the labour market by 18 people(18K) and to provide support for professional activation12person(10Ki2M) during the implementation period from 01.01.2018 to 31.12.2019. The target group(GD) of the project will be 18Workers caring for a child under the age of 3 on maternity or parental leave and 12(10Ki2M) of unemployed or inactive persons, for whom childcare under the age of 3 constitutes a barrier to entry into the labour market. TASKS: Creation – adaptation, adaptation and equipment of the nursery and playground in the municipality of Błaszki(01/2018-03/2018); The functioning of the nursery in the municipality of Błaszki(04/2018-12/2019); Creation – adaptation, adaptation and equipment of the nursery and playground in the municipality of Warta(01/2018-03/2018); The functioning of the nursery in the municipality of Warta(04/2018-12/2019); Professional activation of those taking care of children under the age of 3 who were unemployed or inactive at the time of entering the project (05/2018-12/2019). L’objectif principal du projet est de soutenir l’activation du groupe cible à Błaszka 15(14Ki1M) et Warta 15(14Ki1M) en revenant sur le marché du travail par 18 personnes (18 000) et de soutenir l’activation professionnelle12(10Ki2M) pendant la période de mise en œuvre du projet du 1er janvier 2018 au 31 décembre 2019. Le groupe cible (GD) du projet sera 18Travailler pour les enfants de moins de 3 ans en congé de maternité ou parental et 12(10Ki2M) chômeurs ou inactifs, pour lesquels la prise en charge d’un enfant de moins de 3 ans constitue un obstacle à l’entrée sur le marché du travail. TÂCHES: Création — adaptation, adaptation et équipement de la crèche et du terrain de jeux dans la commune de Błaszki(01/2018-03/2018); Exploitation de la crèche dans la municipalité de Błaszki(04/2018-12/2019); Création — adaptation, adaptation et équipement d’une crèche et d’une aire de jeux dans la commune de Warta(01/2018-03/2018); Exploitation de la crèche dans la municipalité de Warta(04/2018-12/2019); Activation professionnelle des aidants d’enfants de moins de 3 ans qui étaient au chômage ou inactifs au début du projet (05/2018-12/2019). GRÂCE AUX RÉSULTATS SUIVANTS: Nombre de personnes qui sont retournées sur le marché du travail après la naissance/l’interruption du travail après avoir quitté le programme-18K; Nombre de chômeurs qui ont trouvé un emploi ou qui cherchent un emploi après avoir quitté le programme-12 (10Ki2M); Nombre de structures de garde d’enfants créées pour les enfants jusqu’à 3 ans, qui fonctionnent deux ans après avoir reçu un financement FSE-30 (French)

Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, die Aktivierung der Zielgruppe in Błaszka 15(14Ki1M) und Warta 15(14Ki1M) durch Rückkehr in den Arbeitsmarkt durch 18 Personen (18K) zu unterstützen und die berufliche Aktivierung12(10Ki2M) während der Laufzeit des Projekts vom 01.01.2018 bis zum 31.12.2019 zu unterstützen. Zielgruppe (GD) des Projekts sind 18Arbeit für Kinder unter 3 Jahren im Mutterschafts- oder Elternurlaub und 12 (10Ki2M) arbeitslose oder nicht erwerbstätige Personen, für die die Betreuung eines Kindes bis zum Alter von 3 Jahren ein Hindernis für den Eintritt in den Arbeitsmarkt darstellt. AUFGABEN: Schaffung – Anpassung, Anpassung und Ausstattung des Kindergartens und des Spielplatzes in der Gemeinde Błaszki(01/2018-03/2018); Betrieb der Kinderkrippe in der Gemeinde Błaszki(04/2018-12/2019); Schaffung – Anpassung, Anpassung und Ausstattung einer Kinderkrippe und eines Spielplatzes in der Gemeinde Warta(01/2018-03/2018); Betrieb der Kinderkrippe in der Gemeinde Warta(04/2018-12/2019); Berufliche Aktivierung von Betreuern von Kindern bis 3 Jahren, die zu Beginn des Projekts arbeitslos oder nicht erwerbstätig waren (05/2018-12/2019). COMPITI: Creazione — adattamento, adattamento e attrezzature del vivaio e del parco giochi nel comune di Błaszki (01/2018-03/2018); Gestione dell'asilo nido nel comune di Błaszki(04/2018-12/2019); Creazione — adattamento, adattamento e attrezzature di un asilo nido e parco giochi nel comune di Warta(01/2018-03/2018); Gestione dell'asilo nido nel comune di Warta(04/2018-12/2019); Attivazione professionale dei prestatori di assistenza di bambini fino a 3 anni disoccupati o inattivi all'inizio del progetto (05/2018-12/2019). ATTRAVERSO I SEGUENTI RISULTATI: Numero di persone che hanno fatto ritorno sul mercato del lavoro dopo la pausa di nascita/guadagna dopo aver lasciato il programma-18K; Numero di disoccupati che hanno trovato un lavoro o cercano un lavoro dopo aver lasciato il programma-12 (10Ki2M); Numero di strutture per l'infanzia create per bambini fino a 3 anni, che operano 2 anni dopo aver ricevuto i finanziamenti del FSE-30 (Italian)

El grupo destinatario (GD) del proyecto será 18Trabajar para niños menores de 3 años con licencia de maternidad o parental y 12(10Ki2M) personas desempleadas o inactivas, para las cuales el cuidado de un niño de hasta 3 años es un obstáculo para la entrada en el mercado laboral. A TRAVÉS DE LOS SIGUIENTES RESULTADOS: Número de personas que regresaron al mercado laboral después de la interrupción del parto/ganancia después de abandonar el programa-18K; Número de personas desempleadas que han encontrado un empleo o están buscando un empleo después de abandonar el programa-12 (10Ki2M); Número de guarderías creadas para niños de hasta 3 años, que funcionan dos años después de recibir financiación del FSE-30 (Spanish)
