POWIAT WOŁOWSKI - POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W WOŁOWIE

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie wołowskim. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostaną objęte osoby w wieku 18-29 lat, które zostały zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu przeprowadzona zostanie analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych każdego uczestnika. Następnie na tej podstawie każdemu uczestnikowi zostanie przedstawiona konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej. Będzie to podstawa do realizacji przez PUP odpowiednio dobranych usług i instrumentów rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Voivodeship. The project will support people aged 18-29 who have been selected as an aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). The project will analyse the skills, predispositions and professional problems of each participant. On this basis, a specific offer of professional activation will be presented to each participant. This will be the basis for the implementation by PUPs of appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les jeunes de moins de 30 ans qui sont sans emploi dans la voïvodie. Le projet soutiendra les personnes âgées de 18 à 29 ans qui ont été sélectionnées pour le profil d’aide I (appelé «chômeurs actifs») ou le profil d’aide II (appelé «profil d’aide»). Le projet analysera les compétences, les aptitudes et les problèmes professionnels de chaque participant. Sur cette base, chaque participant recevra alors une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle. C’est sur cette base que l’OLP fournira des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für junge Menschen unter 30 Jahren zu erhöhen, die in der Woiwodschaft arbeitslos sind. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden Personen im Alter von 18 bis 29 Jahren unterstützt, die für das Hilfsprofil I (sogenannte aktive Arbeitslose) oder das Hilfsprofil II (sogenannte Förderbedürftige) ausgewählt wurden. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden die Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeiten und beruflichen Probleme jedes Teilnehmers analysiert. Auf dieser Grundlage wird jedem Teilnehmer ein spezifisches Angebot zur beruflichen Aktivierung vorgelegt. Dies wird die Grundlage dafür bilden, dass die PLO angemessen ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente im Sinne des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarktinstitutionen bereitstellt. Het doel van het project is de arbeidskansen te vergroten voor jongeren onder de 30 jaar die in het woiwodschap werkloos zijn. Het project zal steun verlenen aan personen van 18-29 jaar die zijn geselecteerd voor steunprofiel I (zogenaamde actieve werklozen) of steunprofiel II (zogenaamde ondersteuningsbehoefte). Het project zal de vaardigheden, bekwaamheden en professionele problemen van elke deelnemer analyseren. Op basis daarvan wordt aan elke deelnemer een specifiek aanbod van professionele activering voorgelegd. Dit zal de basis vormen voor de PLO om naar behoren geselecteerde diensten en arbeidsmarktinstrumenten aan te bieden als bedoeld in de Wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare le opportunità di lavoro per i giovani di età inferiore ai 30 anni disoccupati nel Voivodato. Il progetto sosterrà le persone di età compresa tra i 18 e i 29 anni che sono state selezionate per il profilo di aiuto I (cosiddetto disoccupato attivo) o per il profilo di aiuto II (cosiddetto che richiede sostegno). Il progetto analizzerà le competenze, le attitudini e i problemi professionali di ciascun partecipante. Su tale base, ad ogni partecipante verrà presentata una specifica offerta di attivazione professionale. Su questa base l'OLP fornirà servizi e strumenti del mercato del lavoro adeguatamente selezionati di cui alla legge sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro. El objetivo del proyecto es aumentar las oportunidades de empleo de los jóvenes menores de 30 años que están desempleados en el Voivodato. El proyecto apoyará a las personas de entre 18 y 29 años que hayan sido seleccionadas para el perfil de ayuda I (denominados desempleados activos) o el perfil de ayuda II (llamados que requieren apoyo). El proyecto analizará las habilidades, aptitudes y problemas profesionales de cada participante. Sobre esta base, se presentará a cada participante una oferta específica de activación profesional. Esta será la base para que la OLP proporcione servicios e instrumentos del mercado de trabajo debidamente seleccionados a los que se hace referencia en la Ley de promoción del empleo y las instituciones del mercado laboral.
