Celem projektu jest wykonanie głębokiej termomodernizacji budynków wchodzących w skład kompleksu akademickiego Uniwersytetu Ekonomicznego. Projekt realizowany będzie we Wrocławiu, przy ul. Komandorskiej 118/120, w ramach kampusu akademickiego Uniwersytetu Ekonomicznego. Budynki objęte projektem: bud. G (Rektorat) oraz bud. C (dydaktyczno-oświatowy). Zakres rzeczowy obejmuje: OPRACOWANIE PLANÓW i PROJEKTÓW - opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej: przygotowanie studium wykonalności, wniosku o dofinansowanie, audytów energetycznych, opracowanie projektów budowlanych, opracowanie projektów wykonawczych. ROBOTY BUDOWLANE - bud. C: roboty przygotowawcze; roboty dociepleniowe (docieplenie ścian, docieplenie ścian w gruncie wraz z wykonaniem niezbędnych izolacji, docieplenie stropów, docieplenie ścian wewnętrznych na poddaszu); wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej; wymiana instalacji c.o.; montaż systemu zarządzania energią – systemu monitorującego i sterującego pracą instalacji c.o. (BMS); modernizacja systemu wentylacji; prace wykończeniowe bud. The aim of the project is to perform a deep thermal modernisation of the buildings included in the academic complex of the University of Economics. The project will be implemented in Wrocław, on ul. Komandorska 118/120, within the academic campus of the University of Economics. Buildings covered by the project: bud, it’s Bud. G (Rectorate) and bud. C (docactic-educational). The material scope shall include: Development of Plans and Projects – elaboration of project documentation: preparation of feasibility studies, application for funding, energy audits, development of construction projects, preparation of implementing projects. BudOWLANE robots – bud. C: preparatory work; warming robots (warming of walls, warming of the walls in the ground with the necessary insulation, warming of ceilings, warming of internal walls in the attic); replacement of window and door carpentry; replacement of central heating installations; installation of an energy management system – a monitoring and control system for central heating installations (BMS); modernisation of the ventilation system; building finishing works. G: preparatory work; warming works (wall warming, wall warming in the ground with the necessary insulation, warming of stropodaches); replacement of window and door carpentry and roof hatch; replacement of central heating installations; upgrading of hot water installations (implementation of thermal insulation of plastic wires); installation of an energy management system – a monitoring and control system for central heating installations (BMS); the finishing work.
