Projekt polega na budowie nowego kotła wodnego z rusztem ruchomym o mocy cieplnej nominalnej 7 MW opalanego biomasą drzewną w istniejącym budynku kotłowni MILLENIUM I zlokalizowanej przy ulicy ul. Wiśniowieckiego 56 w Nowym Sączu ,której właścicielem jest Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej Spółka z o.o. w Nowym Sączu. W kotłowni MILLENIUM I zainstalowane są dwa kotły wodne WR 5. Łączna moc nominalna wszystkich eksploatowanych kotłów znajdujących się na terenie zakładu wynosi 79,661 MW. Kocioł na biomasę zostanie zlokalizowany w wolnej przestrzeni w budynku kotłowni Millenium I w którym jest zlokalizowany kocioł WR-5 oraz obejmie teren przyległy do tej kotłowni. Kocioł na biomasę objęty wnioskiem o dofinansowanie jest pierwszym etapem realizacji projektu inwestycyjnego, którego celem jest osiągnięcia przez sieć ciepłowniczą zasilaną z ciepłowni Millenium, statusu sieci cieplnej „efektywnej energetycznie. Drugim etapem tego projektu jest budowa wysokosprawnej kogeneracji opartej na silnikach gazowych i zasilanych gazem ziemnym. Projekt budowy kotła na biomasę jest jednak niezależny ekonomicznie i nie powiązany technologicznie z budową kogeneracji na paliwo gazowe. (Polish)

The project consists of the construction of a new water boiler with a mobile grate with a nominal heat output of 7 MW biomass-fired wood in the existing building of the boiler room MILLENIUM I located on street. Wiśniowiecki 56 in Nowy Sącz, which is owned by Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplna Spółka z o.o. in Nowy Sącz. Two water boilers WR 5 are installed in the boiler room MILLENIUM I. The total nominal capacity of all boilers operating on the premises shall be 79,661 MW. The biomass boiler will be located in a free space in the Millenium I boiler room in which the WR-5 boiler room is located and will cover the area adjacent to this boiler room. The biomass boiler covered by the application for funding is the first stage in the implementation of an investment project aimed at achieving the status of an energy-efficient heating network by the Millenium district heating network. The second stage of this project is the construction of high-efficiency cogeneration based on gas engines and powered by natural gas. However, the design of the biomass boiler is economically independent and not technologically linked to the construction of cogeneration for gaseous fuel. (English)

Le projet consiste en la construction d’une nouvelle chaudière à eau à grille mobile d’une puissance thermique nominale de 7 MW alimentée à la biomasse boisée dans le bâtiment existant de la chaufferie MILLENIUM I située à ul. Wiśniowiecki 56 à Nowy Sącz, qui appartient à la municipalité Energetyka Cieplna Spółka z o.o. à Nowy Sącz. Deux chaudières WR 5 sont installées dans la chaufferie MILLENIUM I. La puissance nominale totale de toutes les chaudières fonctionnant sur le site est de 79,661 MW. La chaudière à biomasse sera située dans l’espace libre du bâtiment de chaudière du Millenium I où se trouve la chaudière WR-5 et couvrira la zone adjacente à cette chaufferie. La chaudière à biomasse faisant l’objet de la demande de financement est la première étape du projet d’investissement, dont l’objectif est d’atteindre le statut d’un réseau de chaleur «efficace sur le plan énergétique» par le réseau de chauffage urbain fourni par l’installation de chauffage urbain du Millenium. La deuxième étape de ce projet est la construction d’une cogénération à haut rendement basée sur des moteurs à gaz et alimentée au gaz naturel. Toutefois, le projet de construction d’une chaudière à biomasse est économiquement indépendant et n’est pas lié sur le plan technologique à la construction de la cogénération pour le combustible gazeux. Das Projekt umfasst den Bau eines neuen Wasserkessels mit beweglichem Rost mit einer thermischen Nennleistung von 7 MW, der im bestehenden Gebäude des MILLENIUM I-Kesselraums ul mit Holzbiomasse befeuert wurde. Wiśniowiecki 56 in Nowy Sącz, im Besitz der Stadt Energetyka Cieplna Spółka z o.o. in Nowy Sącz. Im Kesselraum MILLENIUM I sind zwei WR 5 Wasserkessel installiert. Die Gesamtnennleistung aller am Standort betriebenen Kessel beträgt 79,661 MW. Der Biomassekessel befindet sich im Freiraum im Millenium-I-Kesselgebäude, in dem sich der WR-5-Kessel befindet und den an diesen Heizkessel angrenzenden Bereich abdecken wird. Der vom Förderantrag erfasste Biomassekessel ist die erste Phase des Investitionsvorhabens, deren Ziel darin besteht, den Status eines Wärmenetzes „energieeffizient“ durch das Fernwärmenetz der Millenium-Fernwärmeanlage zu erreichen. Die zweite Phase dieses Projekts ist der Bau einer hocheffizienten Kraft-Wärme-Kopplung, die auf Gasmotoren basiert und mit Erdgas betrieben wird. Das Projekt für den Bau eines Biomassekessels ist jedoch wirtschaftlich unabhängig und ist technologisch nicht mit dem Bau der Kraft-Wärme-Kopplung für gasförmige Brennstoffe verbunden. (German)

Het project bestaat uit de bouw van een nieuwe waterketel met een beweegbaar rooster met een nominaal thermisch vermogen van 7 MW gestookt met houtbiomassa in het bestaande gebouw van de ketelkamer MILLENIUM I te ul. Wiśniowiecki 56 in Nowy Sącz, eigendom van de gemeente Energetyka Cieplna Spółka z o.o. in Nowy Sącz. Twee WR 5 waterketels zijn geïnstalleerd in de MILLENIUM I ketelruimte. Het totale nominale vermogen van alle ketels die op het terrein werken is 79,661 MW. De biomassaketel bevindt zich in de vrije ruimte in het ketelgebouw Millenium I waar de WR-5 ketel zich bevindt en zal het gebied naast deze ketelruimte beslaan. De biomassaketel waarop de financieringsaanvraag betrekking heeft, is de eerste fase van het investeringsproject, die tot doel heeft de status van een warmtenet „energie-efficiënt” te bereiken door het stadsverwarmingsnet dat wordt geleverd door de stadsverwarmingsinstallatie van Millenium. De tweede fase van dit project is de bouw van hoogrenderende warmtekrachtkoppeling op basis van gasmotoren en aangedreven door aardgas. Het project voor de bouw van een biomassaketel is echter economisch onafhankelijk en is technologisch niet gekoppeld aan de bouw van warmtekrachtkoppeling voor gasvormige brandstoffen. (Dutch)

Il progetto consiste nella costruzione di una nuova caldaia ad acqua con una griglia mobile con una potenza termica nominale di 7 MW alimentata con biomassa di legno nell'edificio esistente del locale caldaia MILLENIUM I situato a ul. Wiśniowiecki 56 in Nowy Sącz, che è di proprietà del Comune Energetyka Cieplna Spółka z o.o. in Nowy Sącz. Due caldaie ad acqua WR 5 sono installate nel locale caldaia MILLENIUM I. La potenza nominale totale di tutte le caldaie operanti sul sito è di 79,661 MW. La caldaia a biomassa sarà situata nello spazio libero nell'edificio della caldaia Millenium I dove si trova la caldaia WR-5 e coprirà l'area adiacente a questo locale caldaia. La caldaia a biomassa oggetto della domanda di finanziamento è la prima fase del progetto di investimento, il cui obiettivo è raggiungere lo stato di una rete termica "efficiente sotto il profilo energetico" da parte della rete di teleriscaldamento fornita dall'impianto di teleriscaldamento Millenium. La seconda fase di questo progetto è la costruzione di una cogenerazione ad alto rendimento basata su motori a gas e alimentata a gas naturale. Tuttavia, il progetto di costruzione di una caldaia a biomassa è economicamente indipendente e non è tecnologicamente legato alla costruzione di cogenerazione per combustibili gassosi. (Italian)

El proyecto consiste en la construcción de una nueva caldera de agua con una rejilla móvil con una potencia térmica nominal de 7 MW alimentada con biomasa de madera en el edificio existente de la sala de calderas MILLENIUM I situada en ul. Wiśniowiecki 56 en Nowy Sącz, propiedad de la Municipal Energetyka Cieplna Spółka z o.o. en Nowy Sącz. Dos calderas de agua WR 5 están instaladas en la sala de calderas MILLENIO I. La potencia nominal total de todas las calderas que operan en el emplazamiento es de 79,661 MW. La caldera de biomasa se ubicará en el espacio libre en el edificio de calderas Millenium I donde se encuentra la caldera WR-5 y cubrirá el área adyacente a esta sala de calderas. La caldera de biomasa objeto de la solicitud de financiación es la primera fase del proyecto de inversión, cuyo objetivo es lograr el estado de una red de calor «eficiente desde el punto de vista energético» por la red de calefacción urbana suministrada por la central de calefacción urbana del Millenium. La segunda etapa de este proyecto es la construcción de cogeneración de alta eficiencia basada en motores de gas y propulsada por gas natural. Sin embargo, el proyecto de construcción de una caldera de biomasa es económicamente independiente y no está vinculado tecnológicamente a la construcción de cogeneración para combustibles gaseosos.
