Předmětem projektu je realizace příměstského tábora ve Zruči nad Sázavou. Cílem projektu je zlepšení nabídky cenově dostupných a kvalitních zařízení a služeb péči o děti za účelem zvýšení zaměstnanosti pečujících osob a usnadnění slučitelnosti pracovního a soukromého života. Vzhledem k tomu, že pečující osobou je ve většině případů matka, je cílem projektu také snížení diskriminace žen na trhu práce. Díky realizaci projektu budou moci pečující osoby být v pracovním procesu i v době prázdnin. (Czech)

The purpose of the project is to implement the suburban camp in Zruč nad Sázavou. The aim of the project is to improve the supply of affordable and quality facilities and childcare services in order to increase the employment of carers and facilitate the compatibility of work and private life. Since the caretaker is the mother in most cases, the aim of the project is also to reduce discrimination against women in the labour market. Thanks to the implementation of the project, carers will be able to be in the working process even during the holidays. (English)

Le sujet du projet est la réalisation d’un camp de banlieue à Zruč nad Sázavou. L’objectif du projet est d’améliorer l’offre de structures et de services de garde d’enfants abordables et de qualité afin d’accroître l’emploi des aidants et de faciliter la compatibilité du travail et de la vie privée. Étant donné que la personne soignante est dans la plupart des cas une mère, le projet vise également à réduire la discrimination à l’égard des femmes sur le marché du travail. Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, les aidants pourront être au travail même pendant les vacances. (French)

Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Realisierung eines Vorortlagers in Zruč nad Sázavou. Ziel des Projekts ist es, das Angebot an erschwinglichen und hochwertigen Kinderbetreuungseinrichtungen und -dienstleistungen zu verbessern, um die Beschäftigung von Pflegekräften zu erhöhen und die Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Privatleben zu erleichtern. Da die Pflegerin in den meisten Fällen Mutter ist, zielt das Projekt auch darauf ab, die Diskriminierung von Frauen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt zu verringern. Dank der Umsetzung des Projekts können Pflegekräfte auch in den Ferien am Arbeitsplatz sein. (German)

Het onderwerp van het project is de realisatie van een voorstadskamp in Zruč nad Sázavou. Het doel van het project is het verbeteren van het aanbod van betaalbare en kwalitatief hoogwaardige kinderopvangvoorzieningen en -diensten om de werkgelegenheid van mantelzorgers te vergroten en de verenigbaarheid van werk en privéleven te vergemakkelijken. Aangezien de mantelzorger in de meeste gevallen een moeder is, beoogt het project ook de discriminatie van vrouwen op de arbeidsmarkt te verminderen. Dankzij de uitvoering van het project kunnen verzorgers ook tijdens de feestdagen aan het werk zijn. (Dutch)

Oggetto del progetto è la realizzazione di un campo suburbano a Zruč nad Sázavou. L'obiettivo del progetto è migliorare l'offerta di strutture e servizi di assistenza all'infanzia a prezzi accessibili e di qualità al fine di aumentare l'occupazione dei prestatori di assistenza e facilitare la compatibilità del lavoro e della vita privata. Poiché l'assistente è nella maggior parte dei casi una madre, il progetto mira anche a ridurre la discriminazione nei confronti delle donne nel mercato del lavoro. Grazie alla realizzazione del progetto, i prestatori di assistenza potranno essere al lavoro anche durante le vacanze. (Italian)

El objetivo del proyecto es mejorar la oferta de servicios y servicios de guardería asequibles y de calidad a fin de aumentar el empleo de los cuidadores y facilitar la compatibilidad del trabajo y la vida privada.
