Проект "Въвеждане на мерки за енергийна ефективност в обществени и многофамилни жилищни сгради на територията на град Ботевград – етап 4" е по приоритетна ос 2 ,,Подкрепа за енергийната ефективност в опорни центрове в периферните райони“ на ОПРР. В рамките на проекта за 1 обществена сграда (ОУ "Св. Св. Кирил и Методий", кв. 178, ул. "Адриан Атанасов" № 8) и 2 сгради от жилищната инфраструктура ("Венец", Ботевград, бул. "България" № 8 и "ЖСК Стара планина", Ботевград, ул. "Стара планина" № 18, вх. А, Б) в гр. Ботевград ще бъдат изпълнени следните видове работи:-всички мерки за енергийна ефективност, които са предписани в обследването за енергийна ефективност на всяка от сградите; -дейности по конструктивно възстановяване/усилване, които са предписани в техническия паспорт на сградите; -СМР, които обхващат ремонт и реконструкция на различни части на сградата (важи само за сградите, които постигат най-малко клас на енергопотребление „С“ и минимум 60% енергийни спестявания на първична енергия), които са предписани като задължителни в техническия паспорт на сградата;-Съпътстващи строителни и монтажни работи, свързани с изпълнението на мерките за енергийна ефективност и възстановяване на първоначалното състояние, нарушено в резултат на обновяването;-Подобряване достъпа за лица с увреждания до гореспоменатите сгради.За всяка от сградите в рамките на проекта ще бъде изготвен инвестиционен проект, ще бъде изпълнен авторски надзор, оценка на съответствието на инвестиционния проект и строителен надзор по време на строителството. Ще бъде осигурена необходимата информация и публичност и високоефективно управление на проекта.В резултат от изпълнението на проекта ще бъдат обновени 3 сгради, ще се понижи годишното потребление на първична енергия от сградите в размер на 1 038 995,00 kWh/година, ще се намалят годишните нива на парникови газове в размер на еквивалент на 242,50 тона CO2 и 44 домакинства, ще преминат в по-горен клас на енергопотребление. The project “Implementation of energy efficiency measures in public and multi-apartment buildings on the territory of the town of Botevgrad — stage 4” is under Priority Axis 2,Support for energy efficiency in support centres in peripheral areas of the OPRG. Within the framework of the project for 1 public building (primary school "St. St. John’s Day. Cyril and Methodius", Quarter 178, “Adrian Atanasov” Str. 8) and 2 buildings from the residential infrastructure (Venets, Botevgrad, 8 Bulgaria Blvd. and “ZSK Stara Planina”, Botevgrad, 18 Stara Planina Str., Ent. A, B) in Botevgrad the following types of work will be implemented:-all energy efficiency measures prescribed in the energy efficiency audit of each building; — structural restoration/improvement activities prescribed in the technical passport of the buildings; Construction works covering renovation and reconstruction of different parts of the building (only for buildings achieving at least energy consumption class “C” and at least 60 % primary energy savings) which are prescribed as mandatory in the technical passport of the building;-Accompanying construction and installation works related to the implementation of energy efficiency measures and restoration of the initial condition impaired as a result of the renovation;-Improving access for persons with disabilities to the above-mentioned buildings. For each of the buildings within the project an investment project will be prepared, author’s supervision, assessment of the conformity of the investment project and construction supervision during construction will be carried out. The necessary information and publicity and high-efficiency management of the project will be provided. As a result of the implementation of the project, 3 buildings will be renovated, the annual primary energy consumption of buildings will decrease by 1 038 995.00 kWh/year, the annual greenhouse gas levels of 242.50 tonnes of CO2 and 44 households will be reduced, and will be converted to the higher energy consumption class. Le projet «Mise en œuvre de mesures d’efficacité énergétique dans les bâtiments publics et multi-appartements sur le territoire de la ville de Botevgrad — étape 4» fait l’objet de l’axe prioritaire 2 (Appui à l’efficacité énergétique dans les centres d’appui dans les zones périphériques de l’OPRG). Dans le cadre du projet de 1 bâtiment public (école primaire "St. Le jour de la Saint-Jean. Cyrille et Méthode", Quartier 178, «Adrian Atanasov» Str. 8) et 2 bâtiments de l’infrastructure résidentielle (Venets, Botevgrad, 8 Bulgarie Blvd. et «ZSK Stara Planina», Botevgrad, 18 Stara Planina Str., Ent. A, B) à Botevgrad les types de travaux suivants seront mis en œuvre: — toutes les mesures d’efficacité énergétique prescrites dans l’audit d’efficacité énergétique de chaque bâtiment; — les activités de restauration et d’amélioration structurelles prescrites dans le passeport technique des bâtiments; Les travaux de rénovation et de reconstruction de différentes parties du bâtiment (uniquement pour les bâtiments présentant au moins la classe de consommation d’énergie «C» et au moins 60 % d’économies d’énergie primaires) qui sont prescrits comme obligatoires dans le passeport technique du bâtiment;-Accompagner les travaux de construction et d’installation liés à la mise en œuvre de mesures d’efficacité énergétique et à la restauration de l’état initial altéré à la suite de la rénovation;-Améliorer l’accès des personnes handicapées aux bâtiments susmentionnés. Pour chacun des bâtiments du projet, un projet d’investissement sera préparé, la supervision de l’auteur, l’évaluation de la conformité du projet d’investissement et la supervision de la construction pendant la construction seront réalisées. À la suite de la mise en œuvre du projet, 3 bâtiments seront rénovés, la consommation annuelle d’énergie primaire des bâtiments diminuera de 1 038 995,00 kWh/an, les niveaux annuels de gaz à effet de serre de 242,50 tonnes de CO2 et 44 ménages seront réduits et seront convertis à la classe de consommation d’énergie plus élevée. Das Projekt „Umsetzung von Energieeffizienzmaßnahmen in öffentlichen Gebäuden und Mehrfamilienhäusern auf dem Gebiet der Stadt Botevgrad – Stufe 4“ steht unter Prioritätsachse 2,Unterstützung der Energieeffizienz in Förderzentren in Randgebieten der OPRG. Im Rahmen des Projekts für 1 öffentliches Gebäude (Primärschule "St. St. John’s Day. Cyril und Methodius", Viertel 178, „Adrian Atanasov“ Str. 8) und 2 Gebäude aus der Wohninfrastruktur (Venez, Botevgrad, 8 Bulgarien Blvd. und „ZSK Stara Planina“, Botevgrad, 18 Stara Planina Str., Ent. A, B) in Botevgrad werden folgende Arten von Arbeiten durchgeführt:-alle Energieeffizienzmaßnahmen, die in der Energieeffizienzprüfung jedes Gebäudes vorgeschrieben sind; — bauliche Restaurierung/Verbesserung, die im technischen Reisepass der Gebäude vorgeschrieben ist; Bauarbeiten zur Renovierung und Rekonstruktion verschiedener Teile des Gebäudes (nur für Gebäude, die mindestens die Energieverbrauchsklasse „C“ und mindestens 60 % Primärenergieeinsparungen erreichen), die im technischen Reisepass des Gebäudes vorgeschrieben sind;-Begleitung von Bau- und Installationsarbeiten im Zusammenhang mit der Durchführung von Energieeffizienzmaßnahmen und der Restaurierung des ursprünglichen Zustands infolge der Renovierung;-Verbesserung des Zugangs für Menschen mit Behinderungen zu den oben genannten Gebäuden. Für jedes Gebäude im Rahmen des Projekts wird ein Investitionsvorhaben vorbereitet, die Aufsicht des Autors, die Bewertung der Übereinstimmung des Investitionsvorhabens und die Bauaufsicht während des Baus. Als Ergebnis der Projektdurchführung werden 3 Gebäude renoviert, der jährliche Primärenergieverbrauch von Gebäuden um 1 038 995,00 kWh/Jahr verringert, der jährliche Treibhausgasgehalt von 242,50 Tonnen CO2 und 44 Haushalte verringert und in die höhere Energieverbrauchsklasse umgewandelt. Het project „Uitvoering van energie-efficiëntiemaatregelen in openbare gebouwen en appartementengebouwen op het grondgebied van de stad Botevgrad — fase 4” valt onder prioritaire as 2, Steun voor energie-efficiëntie in ondersteunende centra in perifere gebieden van de OPRG. In het kader van het project voor 1 openbaar gebouw (primaire school "St. St. John’s Day. Cyril en Methodius", kwartaal 178, „Adrian Atanasov” Str. 8) en 2 gebouwen uit de residentiële infrastructuur (Venets, Botevgrad, 8 Bulgarije Blvd. en „ZSK Stara Planina”, Botevgrad, 18 Stara Planina Str., Ent. A, B) in Botevgrad zullen de volgende soorten werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd:-alle energie-efficiëntiemaatregelen die zijn voorgeschreven in de energie-efficiëntieaudit van elk gebouw; — structurele restauratie-/verbeteringsactiviteiten die zijn voorgeschreven in het technisch paspoort van de gebouwen; Bouwwerkzaamheden die betrekking hebben op de renovatie en wederopbouw van verschillende delen van het gebouw (alleen voor gebouwen met ten minste energieverbruiksklasse „C” en ten minste 60 % besparing op primaire energie) die verplicht worden gesteld in het technisch paspoort van het gebouw;- Begeleiding van bouw- en installatiewerkzaamheden in verband met de uitvoering van energie-efficiëntiemaatregelen en herstel van de oorspronkelijke toestand die door de renovatie is aangetast;-Verbetering van de toegang voor personen met een handicap tot de bovengenoemde gebouwen. Voor elk van de gebouwen binnen het project wordt een investeringsproject voorbereid, zal het toezicht van de auteur worden uitgevoerd, zal de overeenstemming van het investeringsproject worden beoordeeld en zal tijdens de bouw toezicht worden uitgeoefend op de conformiteit van het investeringsproject. Als gevolg van de uitvoering van het project zullen 3 gebouwen worden gerenoveerd, zal het jaarlijkse primaire energieverbruik van gebouwen met 1 038 995,00 kWh/jaar afnemen, de jaarlijkse broeikasgasniveaus van 242,50 ton CO2 en 44 huishoudens worden verlaagd en zullen worden omgezet in de hogere energieverbruiksklasse. Il progetto "Attuazione di misure di efficienza energetica in edifici pubblici e condominiali nel territorio della città di Botevgrad — fase 4" è nell'ambito dell'asse prioritario 2,Sostegno all'efficienza energetica nei centri di sostegno nelle aree periferiche dell'OPRG. Nell'ambito del progetto per 1 edificio pubblico (scuola primaria "St. Il giorno di San Giovanni. Cyril e Metodio", Quartiere 178, "Adrian Atanasov" Str. 8) e 2 edifici delle infrastrutture residenziali (Venets, Botevgrad, 8 Bulgaria Blvd. e "ZSK Stara Planina", Botevgrad, 18 Stara Planina Str., Ent. A, B) a Botevgrad saranno attuati i seguenti tipi di lavori:-tutte le misure di efficienza energetica prescritte nell'audit dell'efficienza energetica di ciascun edificio; — le attività di restauro/miglioramento strutturali prescritte nel passaporto tecnico degli edifici; Lavori di costruzione che coprono la ristrutturazione e la ricostruzione di diverse parti dell'edificio (solo per gli edifici che raggiungono almeno la classe di consumo energetico "C" e almeno il 60 % di risparmio di energia primaria) prescritti come obbligatori nel passaporto tecnico dell'edificio;-Accompagnare i lavori di costruzione e installazione relativi all'attuazione di misure di efficienza energetica e al ripristino della condizione iniziale compromessa a seguito della ristrutturazione;-Miglioramento dell'accesso per le persone con disabilità agli edifici di cui sopra. Per ciascuno degli edifici all'interno del progetto sarà predisposto un progetto di investimento, sarà effettuata la supervisione dell'autore, la valutazione della conformità del progetto di investimento e la supervisione della costruzione durante la costruzione. Saranno fornite le informazioni necessarie, la pubblicità e la gestione ad alta efficienza del progetto. A seguito dell'attuazione del progetto, saranno rinnovati 3 edifici, il consumo annuo di energia primaria degli edifici diminuirà di 1 038 995,00 kWh/anno, i livelli annui di gas a effetto serra di 242,50 tonnellate di CO2 e 44 famiglie saranno ridotti e saranno convertiti nella classe di consumo energetico più elevata. En el marco del proyecto de un edificio público (escuela primaria "St. El día de San Juan. Cirilo y Metodio", Barrio 178, «Adrian Atanasov» Str. 8) y 2 edificios de la infraestructura residencial (Venets, Botevgrad, 8 Bulgaria Blvd. y «ZSK Stara Planina», Botevgrad, 18 Stara Planina Str., Ent.
