L'objectif de l'opération est de permettre aux salariés en insertion ayant un faible niveau de qualification professionnelle d’acquérir une formation pré-qualifiante favorisant le retour à l’emploi et/ou en formation à la sortie du dispositif en les accompagnant dans la construction de leur parcours professionnel ainsi qu’à l’acquisition de savoir-faire professionnels à travers la réalisation de chantiers via la formation professionnalisante mais aussi via la formation sur un plateau technique. The objective of the operation is to enable employees in integration who have a low level of professional qualification to acquire pre-qualifying training which promotes the return to employment and/or training at the exit of the device by accompanying them in the construction of their career paths as well as the acquisition of professional know-how through the construction of construction sites via professional training but also through training on a technical platform.
