Teren opracowania znajduje się w Sępopolu nad brzegiem rzeki Łyna. Teren zajmuje powierzchnię 1,48 ha (w tym biol. czynny 1,28ha). Zakres rzeczowy projektu: Bioróżnorodność Sadzenie: drzew, krzewów, pnączy- rośliny zielone. Trawnik ekstensywny; Mechaniczna pielęgnacja istniejących trawników; Wykonanie łąk kwietnych; Warstwa sosnowej kory rabaty; Powierzchnie piaszczyste - wzbogacenie; Podstawowe zabiegi pielęgnacyjne drzew. Montaż urządzeń: Granice z drewnianych słupków; Budki i schrony dla ptaków i nietoperzy; hotel dla owadów ; Zimowisko dla płazów. Ścieżka dydaktyczna: Nawierzchnia żwirowa; Obrzeża betonowe ścieżki; Roboty ziemne; Roboty pomiarowe. Oświetlenie - lampy solarne. Elementy edukacyjne: Tablice informacyjne duże i małe, Tabliczki., Pień z martwego drewna z tablicą inf.; Rama widokowa; Przecięty pień martwego drzewa Mała architektura: Ławki parkowe.; Kosze na śmieci; Leżak miejski.; Siedzisks duże i wokół drzewa; Rzeźby drewniane. Etapy realizacji Projektu:- przygotowawczy - opracowano dokumentację – projekt zagospodarowania terenu i studium wykonalności, - dokonanie wyboru wykonawcy inwestycji - zgodnie z ustawą PZP - realizacja inwestycji - wykonanie i odbiór robót, - końcowe rozliczenie projektu. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia SzOOP RPO dla OSI PRIORYTETOWEJ V. „Środowisko przyrodnicze i racjonalne wykorzystanie zasobów”, Priorytet inwestycyjny 6d dzięki realizacji celu szczegółowego: Lepsze mechanizmy ochrony bioróżnorodności w regionie - zachowując, zabezpieczając i zwiększając bioróżnorodność terenu objętego Projektem poprzez zmniejszanie antropopresji (regulacja ruchu oraz edukacja ekologiczna dzięki budowie ścieżek dydaktycznych, małej architektury i oświetlenia) oraz nasadzenia, wysiewy i zabezpieczanie siedlisk na obszarze nad rzeką Łyną objętym Naturą 2000. Installation of equipment: Borders with wooden posts; Booths and shelters for birds and bats; hotel for insects; Wintering for amphibians. Teaching path: Gravel surface; Edges of concrete paths; Earthworks; Measuring robots. Lighting – solar lamps. Educational elements: Information boards large and small, Plates., Stem of dead wood with inf. board; Observation frame; Cut the trunk of dead tree Small architecture: Park benches.; Trash bins; City lounger.; Large and around the tree seat; Wooden sculptures. Green class elements: seats – trunk and stone. Track monitoring – a set of cameras with equipment. Stages of implementation of the Project:- preparatory – documentation – land development project and feasibility study, – selection of the contractor of the investment – in accordance with the PZP – implementation of the investment – execution and acceptance of works, – final settlement of the project.
