Przedmiotem niniejszego projektu jest realizacja wieloaspektowych działań rewitalizacyjnych, obejmujących kompleksowe prace z zakresu zagospodarowania przestrzeni publicznych i obiektów w celu nadania im nowych funkcji w zdegradowanych terenach centralnej miejscowości Gminy – Iwaniska, stanowiącej część wyznaczonego podobszaru rewitalizacji I. Wpłynie to pozytywnie na rozwój społeczno-gospodarczy, fizyczny i przestrzenny Iwanisk. W ramach projektu realizowane będą zadania: Zagospodarowanie terenu przy Szkole Podstawowej z wykonaniem dojścia do targowiska, Rozbudowa zajezdni autobusowej w Iwaniskach w celu nadania funkcji społecznych i gospodarczych, Zagospodarowanie przestrzeni publicznej Rynku w Iwaniskach, Zakup wyposażenia do działalności kulturalnej Gminnego Centrum Biblioteki i Kultury w Iwaniskach, Adaptacja pomieszczeń w obiekcie zajezdni autobusowej do prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej.oraz zadania ogólne realizowane przez Gminę Iwaniska: Opracowanie projektu budowlanego, Zapewnienie nadzoru inwestorskiego i Przeprowadzenie działań promocyjnych. The subject of this project is the implementation of multi-faceted revitalisation activities, including comprehensive works on the development of public spaces and facilities in order to give them new functions in the degraded areas of the central municipality of Iwaniska Municipality, which is part of the designated sub-area of revitalisation I. This will have a positive impact on the socio-economic, physical and spatial development of Iwanisk. As part of the project, the following tasks will be carried out: Development of the area at the Primary School with the implementation of access to the marketplace, Expansion of the bus depot in Ivaniski to give social and economic functions, Development of the public space of the Market Square in Ivaniski, Purchase of equipment for cultural activities of the Municipal Library and Culture Centre in Ivaniski, Adaptation of premises in the bus depot to conduct business.and general tasks carried out by the Municipality of Iwaniska: Development of a construction project, Providing investor supervision and carrying out promotional activities. Oggetto del presente progetto è la realizzazione di molteplici attività di rivitalizzazione, tra cui lavori globali sullo sviluppo di spazi pubblici e strutture per conferire loro nuove funzioni nelle aree degradate del comune centrale di Iwaniska, che fa parte della sottozona di rivitalizzazione I. Ciò avrà un impatto positivo sullo sviluppo socioeconomico, fisico e territoriale di Iwanisk.
