Třeíletý projekt Občanského sdružení D.R.A.K., z.s. reaguje na nízkou zaměstnanost mladých lidí se zdravotním postižením (OZP) v Libereckém kraji, která je spojená s nízkým stupněm jejich vzdělání a nízkou připraveností na trh práce. Projekt prostřednictvím 8 klíčových aktivit podporuje žáky se SVP při vstupu na trh práce a pomáhá vytvářet inkluzivní prostředí v zapojených školách. Současně podporuje v tématu inkluze učitele, rodiče a širokou veřejnost. (Czech)

The three-year project of the Citizens’ Association D.R.A.K., z.s. responds to the low employment of young people with disabilities in the Liberec Region, which is associated with a low degree of their education and low readiness for the labour market. Through 8 key activities, the project supports pupils with JEIs in entering the labour market and helps create an inclusive environment in the participating schools. At the same time, it supports the inclusion of teachers, parents and the general public. (English)

Le projet triennal de l’Association civique D.R.A.K., z.s. répond au faible taux d’emploi des jeunes handicapés dans la région de Liberec, qui est lié à leur faible niveau d’instruction et à leur faible préparation au marché du travail. Grâce à 8 activités clés, le projet soutient les élèves atteints de BPF qui entrent sur le marché du travail et contribue à créer un environnement inclusif dans les écoles concernées. Dans le même temps, il soutient l’inclusion des enseignants, des parents et du grand public. (French)

Das dreijährige Projekt des Bürgerverbandes D.R.A.K., z.s. reagiert auf die niedrige Beschäftigungsquote junger Menschen mit Behinderungen in der Region Liberec, die mit ihrem niedrigen Bildungsniveau und einer geringen Vorsorge für den Arbeitsmarkt verbunden ist. Durch 8 wichtige Aktivitäten unterstützt das Projekt Schülerinnen und Schüler mit GMP-Eintritt in den Arbeitsmarkt und trägt zur Schaffung eines inklusiven Umfelds in den beteiligten Schulen bei. Gleichzeitig unterstützt sie die Einbeziehung von Lehrern, Eltern und der breiten Öffentlichkeit. (German)

Het driejarige project van de Civic Association D.R.A.K., z.s. reageert op de lage arbeidsparticipatie van jongeren met een handicap in de regio Liberec, die wordt geassocieerd met hun lage opleidingsniveau en lage paraatheid voor de arbeidsmarkt. Door middel van 8 kernactiviteiten ondersteunt het project leerlingen met GMP die de arbeidsmarkt betreden en helpt het een inclusieve omgeving te creëren in de betrokken scholen. El proyecto trienal de la Asociación Cívica D.R.A.K., z.s. responde a la baja tasa de empleo de los jóvenes con discapacidad en la región de Liberec, que está asociada a su bajo nivel de educación y a su escasa preparación para el mercado laboral.
