Głównym celem projektu pn. „Aktywizacja zawodowa mieszkańców subregionu pilskiego – II edycja” realizowanego przez Doradztwo Społeczne i Gospodarcze jest podniesienie poziomu aktywności zawodowych 60 osób bezrobotnych, poszukujących pracy i biernych zawodowo, defaworyzowanych na rynku pracy.Projekt skierowany jest do osób powyżej 29 roku życia, o niskich kwalifikacjach z wiejskich obszarów funkcjonalnych wymagających wsparcia procesów rozwojowych (zgodnie z regionalnymi Obszarami Strategicznej Interwencji). Termin realizacji projektu: 01.09.2018-31.10.2019, Proj. zakłada wsparcie 60 osób poprzez identyfikację potrzeb zawodowo-aktywizacyjnych, poradnictwo zawodowe, szkolenia z zakresu umiejętności poszukiwania pracy, szkolenia zawodowe i staże zawodowe, pośrednictwo pracy.UP wezmą udział w szkoleniach zawodowych i/lub stażach oraz szkoleniu z zakresu poruszania się po rynki pracy, pomagających przezwyciężyć wykluczenie społ. Udział w projekcie przyczyni się do nabycia i/lub uzupełnia kwalifikacji zawodowych przez uczestników oraz zdobycie doświadczenia zawodowego w zawodach deficytowych na rynku pracy subregionu pilskiego. Poprawi to pozycje UP na rynku pracy i ich szanse na zdobycie zatrudnienia. (Polish)

The main objective of the project, n. “The vocational activation of residents of the Pilskie subregion – II edition” carried out by Social and Economic Advice is to increase the level of professional activity of 60 unemployed, job-seekers and inactive people who are disadvantaged on the labour market.The project is aimed at people over 29 years of age with low-skilled rural functional areas requiring support of development processes (according to regional Strategic Intervention Areas). Deadline for implementation of the project: 01.09.2018-31.10.2019, The project assumes support for 60 people through identification of professional and activation needs, vocational guidance, training in job search skills, vocational training and placements, job intermediation.UP will take part in vocational training and/or internships and training in the field of mobility on labour markets, helping to overcome social exclusion. Participation in the project will contribute to acquiring and/or complementing professional qualifications by participants and gaining professional experience in occupational occupations in the labour market of the Pilskie subregion. This will improve the position of UP in the labour market and their chances of gaining employment. (English)

L’objectif principal du projet: «L’activation professionnelle des résidents de la sous-région Pils — 2e édition» mise en œuvre par le Conseil économique et social vise à accroître le niveau d’activité professionnelle de 60 chômeurs, demandeurs d’emploi et inactifs, défavorisés sur le marché du travail. Le projet s’adresse aux personnes âgées de plus de 29 ans, dont les zones fonctionnelles rurales sont peu qualifiées et nécessitent un soutien aux processus de développement (conformément aux zones régionales d’intervention stratégique). Date limite de mise en œuvre du projet: 01.09.2018-31.10.2019, Projet suppose le soutien de 60 personnes par l’identification des besoins professionnels et d’activation, l’orientation professionnelle, la formation en matière de recherche d’emploi, la formation professionnelle et les stages, les stages.Les UP participeront à la formation professionnelle et/ou aux stages et à la formation à la mobilité des marchés du travail, contribuant ainsi à surmonter l’exclusion sociale. La participation au projet contribuera à l’acquisition et/ou au complément de qualifications professionnelles par les participants et à l’acquisition d’une expérience professionnelle dans des professions déficitaires sur le marché du travail de la sous-région de Pilsk. Hauptziel des Projekts: „Berufsaktivierung der Bewohner der Pils-Unterregion – 2. Auflage“, durchgeführt von Sozial- und Wirtschaftsberatung, besteht darin, die berufliche Tätigkeit von 60 Arbeitslosen, Arbeitsuchenden und Nichterwerbstätigen, die auf dem Arbeitsmarkt benachteiligt sind, zu erhöhen. Frist für die Durchführung des Projekts: 01.09.2018-31.10.2019, Projekt übernimmt die Unterstützung von 60 Personen durch die Ermittlung von beruflichen und Aktivierungsbedürfnissen, Berufsberatung, Ausbildung in der Arbeitssuche, Berufsausbildung und Praktika, Praktika.UPs werden an der Berufsausbildung und/oder Praktika und Ausbildung in der Mobilität der Arbeitsmärkte teilnehmen und helfen, soziale Ausgrenzung zu überwinden. Die Teilnahme an dem Projekt wird zum Erwerb und/oder Ergänzung von Berufsqualifikationen durch die Teilnehmer und zum Erwerb von Berufserfahrung in Berufen beitragen, die auf dem Arbeitsmarkt der Pilsk-Unterregion defizitär sind. Dies wird die Stellung der Wirtschaftszweige auf dem Arbeitsmarkt und ihre Beschäftigungsfähigkeit verbessern. (German)

De hoofddoelstelling van het project: „Professionele activering van inwoners van de subregio Pils — 2e editie” uitgevoerd door Social and Economic Advisory is het verhogen van de beroepsactiviteit van 60 werklozen, werkzoekenden en inactieven, kansarmen op de arbeidsmarkt. Het project is gericht op mensen ouder dan 29 jaar, met laaggeschoolden uit functionele plattelandsgebieden die ondersteuning nodig hebben voor ontwikkelingsprocessen (in overeenstemming met de regionale gebieden van strategische interventie). Uiterste datum voor de uitvoering van het project: 01.09.2018-31.10.2019, Project gaat uit van de ondersteuning van 60 mensen door de identificatie van beroeps- en activeringsbehoeften, loopbaanbegeleiding, opleiding in vaardigheden voor het zoeken naar werk, beroepsopleiding en stages, stages.UP’s zullen deelnemen aan beroepsopleidingen en/of stages en opleidingen op het gebied van de mobiliteit van de arbeidsmarkten, om sociale uitsluiting te helpen overwinnen. Deelname aan het project zal bijdragen tot de verwerving en/of aanvulling van beroepskwalificaties door de deelnemers en tot het opdoen van beroepservaring in beroepen met een tekort op de arbeidsmarkt van de subregio Pilsk. Obiettivo principale del progetto: "Attivazione professionale dei residenti della sottoregione Pils — 2a edizione" implementata dalla Consulenza Sociale ed Economica è quella di aumentare il livello di attività professionale di 60 disoccupati, in cerca di lavoro e inattivi, svantaggiati sul mercato del lavoro. Il progetto è rivolto a persone di età superiore ai 29 anni, con un basso livello di competenze provenienti da aree funzionali rurali che necessitano di sostegno ai processi di sviluppo (in accordo con le Aree Regionali di Intervento Strategico). Termine per l'attuazione del progetto: 01.09.2018-31.10.2019, il Progetto assume il sostegno di 60 persone attraverso l'individuazione delle esigenze professionali e di attivazione, l'orientamento professionale, la formazione nelle competenze di ricerca di lavoro, la formazione professionale e i tirocini, i tirocini. Le UP parteciperanno alla formazione professionale e/o ai tirocini e alla formazione nella mobilità dei mercati del lavoro, contribuendo a superare l'esclusione sociale. La partecipazione al progetto contribuirà all'acquisizione e/o all'integrazione delle qualifiche professionali da parte dei partecipanti e all'acquisizione di un'esperienza professionale in professioni deficitarie sul mercato del lavoro della sottoregione di Pilsk. El objetivo principal del proyecto: «Activación profesional de los residentes de la subregión de Pils — 2.a edición» implementada por el Asesor Social y Económico es aumentar el nivel de actividad profesional de 60 desempleados, solicitantes de empleo e inactivos, desfavorecidos en el mercado laboral. El proyecto está dirigido a personas mayores de 29 años, con baja cualificación de las zonas funcionales rurales que requieren apoyo a los procesos de desarrollo (de acuerdo con las Áreas Regionales de Intervención Estratégica). Plazo para la ejecución del proyecto: 01.09.2018-31.10.2019, Proyecto asume el apoyo de 60 personas a través de la identificación de las necesidades profesionales y de activación, orientación profesional, formación en capacidades de búsqueda de empleo, formación profesional y prácticas, prácticas. Las PUP participarán en la formación profesional o las prácticas y la formación en la movilidad de los mercados laborales, ayudando a superar la exclusión social. La participación en el proyecto contribuirá a la adquisición o el complemento de las cualificaciones profesionales por parte de los participantes y a adquirir experiencia profesional en profesiones deficitarias en el mercado laboral de la Subregión de Pilsk. Esto mejorará la posición de las UP en el mercado laboral y su empleabilidad. (Spanish)
