Celem projektu jest przeprowadzenie badań, budowa instalacji pilotażowej w ramach eksperymentalnych prac rozwojowych oraz w kolejnym etapie przygotowanie instalacji na poziomie gotowości do pierwszej produkcji. W zakresie innowacyjnych rozwiązań, ma zostać opracowane rozwiązanie gotowe do zastosowania w docelowym systemie, który zautomatyzuje działalność produkcyjną. Rozwiązanie ma umożliwić maksymalną automatyzację produkcji w obszarze transportu wyrobów od produkcji zlokalizowanej w Ełku - produkcja ościeżnic i skrzydeł oraz dalej do etapu kompletacji/sortowania zleceń i przygotowania ich do wysyłki do klienta (w ramach nowopowstającej inwestycji zlokalizowanej w Nidzicy). Projekt swoim zakresem obejmuje 6 faz: Faza 1 wstępna - wybór dostawcy, którego zadaniem będzie przeprowadzenie dalszych prac rozwojowych i który realizował będzie fazę 2 oraz 3, tj. fazę rozwojową i fazę demonstracji. Faza 4 - weryfikacja i walidacja Faza 5 - opracowanie zapytania ofertowego obejmującego zakup środków trwałych i wartości niematerialnych i prawnych wraz z montażem i uruchomieniem oraz wyłonienie wykonawcy etapu pierwszej produkcji. Faza 6 - faza wdrożeniowa, czyli faza pierwszej produkcji w efekcie której dostawca stworzy projekt wykonawczy i zbuduje linię pilotażową. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostanie opracowana nowoczesna technologia automatyzacji procesu produkcji w obszarze transportu wyrobów od produkcji do etapu kompletacji/sortowania zleceń i przygotowania ich do wysyłki do klienta. Do prawidłowej realizacji projektu niezbędny jest zakup usług B+R od podmiotu zewnętrznego oraz zakup środków trwałych i wartości niematerialnych i prawnych. Projekt wpisuje się w cel poddziałania 1.2.2 jakim jest Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Warmia i Mazury na lata 2014 - 2020. The aim of the project is to carry out research, to build a pilot installation as part of experimental development and in the next stage to prepare the installation at the level of readiness for the first production. In terms of innovative solutions, a solution ready to be used in the target system that will automate the production activity is to be developed. The solution is intended to allow maximum automation of production in the area of the transport of products from production located in Ełk – production of frames and wings, and further to the stage of completion/sorting of orders and preparation for dispatch to the customer (as part of the new investment located in Nidzica). The project covers 6 phases: Phase 1 pre-selection – the choice of supplier to carry out further development work and which will implement phases 2 and 3, i.e. the development phase and the demonstration phase. Phase 4 – verification and validation Phase 5 – elaboration of an offer request covering the purchase of fixed and intangible assets together with assembly and commissioning and selecting the contractor of the first production stage. Phase 6 – implementation phase, i.e. the first production phase in which the supplier will create an executive project and build a pilot line. As a result of the project, a modern technology of automation of the production process will be developed in the area of product transport from production to the stage of completion/sorting of orders and preparation for dispatch to the customer. For the proper implementation of the project, it is necessary to purchase R & D services from an external entity and purchase of fixed and intangible assets. The project is part of the objective of sub-measure 1.2.2, which is the Regional Operational Programme Warmia and Mazury for the years 2014-2020. L’objectif du projet est de réaliser des études, de construire une installation pilote dans le cadre du développement expérimental et dans la phase suivante de préparer l’installation au niveau de préparation à la première production. En termes de solutions innovantes, une solution prête à l’emploi doit être développée dans un système ciblé qui automatisera les activités de fabrication. La solution est de permettre une automatisation maximale de la production dans le domaine du transport des produits de la production située à Elk — la production de cadres et d’ailes et au-delà du stade de cueillette/tri des commandes et de les préparer à l’expédition au client (dans le cadre d’un nouvel investissement situé à Nidzica). Le projet couvre 6 phases: Phase 1 — Sélection d’un fournisseur pour effectuer d’autres travaux de développement et mettre en œuvre les phases 2 et 3, c’est-à-dire les phases de développement et de démonstration. Phase 4 — vérification et validation de la phase 5 — préparation d’une demande de devis couvrant l’achat d’actifs fixes et incorporels ainsi que l’assemblage et la mise en service et la sélection du contractant de la première phase de production. Phase 6 — phase de mise en œuvre, c’est-à-dire la première phase de production, à la suite de laquelle le fournisseur créera une conception exécutive et construirea une ligne pilote. À la suite de la mise en œuvre du projet, une technologie moderne sera développée pour automatiser le processus de production dans le domaine du transport des produits de la production à l’étape de l’achèvement/du tri des commandes et de leur préparation à l’expédition au client. Pour la bonne mise en œuvre du projet, il est nécessaire d’acheter des services de R & D auprès d’une entité externe et d’acheter des immobilisations et des immobilisations incorporelles. Ziel des Projekts ist die Durchführung von Studien, der Bau einer Pilotanlage im Rahmen der experimentellen Entwicklung und in der nächsten Phase die Vorbereitung der Installation auf dem Niveau der Erstproduktion. In Bezug auf innovative Lösungen soll eine gebrauchsfertige Lösung in einem gezielten System entwickelt werden, das die Fertigungsaktivitäten automatisiert. Die Lösung besteht darin, eine maximale Automatisierung der Produktion im Bereich des Transports von Produkten aus der Produktion in Elk zu ermöglichen – Herstellung von Rahmen und Flügeln bis zur Phase der Kommissionierung/Sortierung von Aufträgen und Vorbereitungen für den Versand an den Kunden (im Rahmen einer neuen Investition in Nidzica). Das Projekt umfasst sechs Phasen: Phase 1 – Auswahl eines Lieferanten zur Durchführung weiterer Entwicklungsarbeiten und Durchführung der Phasen 2 und 3, d. h. Entwicklungs- und Demonstrationsphasen. Phase 4 – Überprüfung und Validierung von Phase 5 – Erstellung eines Angebotsantrags für den Erwerb von festen und immateriellen Vermögenswerten sowie Montage und Inbetriebnahme sowie Auswahl des Auftragnehmers der ersten Produktionsstufe. Phase 6 – Umsetzungsphase, d. h. die erste Produktionsphase, durch die der Lieferant ein Executive Design erstellen und eine Pilotlinie bauen wird. Als Ergebnis der Umsetzung des Projekts wird eine moderne Technologie entwickelt, um den Produktionsprozess im Bereich des Transports von Produkten von der Produktion bis zur Fertigstellung/Sortierung der Aufträge zu automatisieren und für den Versand an den Kunden vorzubereiten. Für die ordnungsgemäße Durchführung des Projekts ist es notwendig, FuE-Dienstleistungen von einem externen Unternehmen zu erwerben und Anlagegüter und immaterielle Vermögenswerte zu erwerben. Das Projekt ist Teil des Ziels der Teilmaßnahme 1.2.2, das Regionale operationelle Programm Warmia und Mazury 2014-2020. Het project heeft tot doel studies uit te voeren, een proefinstallatie te bouwen in het kader van experimentele ontwikkeling en in de volgende fase de installatie voor te bereiden op het niveau van gereedheid voor de eerste productie. Op het gebied van innovatieve oplossingen moet een kant-en-klare oplossing worden ontwikkeld in een doelgericht systeem dat productieactiviteiten zal automatiseren. De oplossing is om maximale automatisering mogelijk te maken van de productie op het gebied van transport van producten uit de productie in Elk — productie van frames en vleugels en verder naar het stadium van het plukken/sorteren orders en ze klaar te maken voor verzending naar de klant (als onderdeel van een nieuwe investering in Nidzica). Het project omvat zes fasen: Fase 1 — Selectie van een leverancier om verdere ontwikkelingswerkzaamheden uit te voeren en zal fase 2 en 3 uitvoeren, d.w.z. de ontwikkelings- en demonstratiefasen. Fase 4 — verificatie en validering van fase 5 — voorbereiding van een offerteaanvraag voor de aankoop van vaste en immateriële activa, samen met assemblage en inbedrijfstelling en selectie van de contractant van de eerste productiefase. Fase 6 — implementatiefase, d.w.z. de eerste productiefase, waardoor de leverancier een uitvoerend ontwerp zal creëren en een proeflijn zal bouwen. Als gevolg van de uitvoering van het project zal een moderne technologie worden ontwikkeld om het productieproces te automatiseren op het gebied van het transport van producten van productie tot het stadium van voltooiing/sortering van bestellingen en het voorbereiden van het productieproces voor verzending naar de klant. Voor de correcte uitvoering van het project is het noodzakelijk O & O-diensten van een externe entiteit te kopen en vaste activa en immateriële activa te kopen. Het project maakt deel uit van de doelstelling van submaatregel 1.2.2, namelijk het regionale operationele programma Warmia en Mazury 2014-2020. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di realizzare studi, costruire un impianto pilota nell'ambito dello sviluppo sperimentale e, nella fase successiva, preparare l'impianto al livello di preparazione per la prima produzione. In termini di soluzioni innovative, una soluzione pronta all'uso deve essere sviluppata in un sistema mirato che automatizza le attività manifatturiere. La soluzione è quella di consentire la massima automazione della produzione nel settore del trasporto di prodotti dalla produzione ubicata in Elk — produzione di telai e ali e oltre alla fase di raccolta/selezione ordini e preparazione per la spedizione al cliente (come parte di un nuovo investimento situato a Nidzica). Il progetto si articola in 6 fasi: Fase 1 — Selezione di un fornitore che svolga ulteriori lavori di sviluppo e attuerà le fasi 2 e 3, vale a dire le fasi di sviluppo e dimostrazione. Fase 4 — verifica e convalida della fase 5 — preparazione di una richiesta di quotazione riguardante l'acquisto di beni immobili e immateriali unitamente all'assemblaggio e alla messa in servizio e selezione del contraente della prima fase di produzione. Fase 6 — fase di attuazione, ossia la prima fase di produzione, con la quale il fornitore creerà un progetto esecutivo e costruirà una linea pilota. A seguito dell'attuazione del progetto, verrà sviluppata una moderna tecnologia per automatizzare il processo produttivo nel settore del trasporto dei prodotti dalla produzione alla fase di completamento/smistamento degli ordini e preparandoli per la spedizione al cliente. Per la corretta attuazione del progetto, è necessario acquistare servizi di R & S da un'entità esterna e acquistare immobilizzazioni e attività immateriali. Il progetto rientra nell'obiettivo della sottomisura 1.2.2, che è il programma operativo regionale Warmia e Mazury 2014-2020. El objetivo del proyecto es realizar estudios, construir una instalación piloto como parte del desarrollo experimental y en la siguiente etapa preparar la instalación en el nivel de preparación para la primera producción. En términos de soluciones innovadoras, una solución lista para su uso se desarrollará en un sistema específico que automatizará las actividades de fabricación. La solución es permitir la máxima automatización de la producción en el área de transporte de productos desde la producción situada en Elk — producción de marcos y alas y más allá de la etapa de recogida/clasificación de pedidos y prepararlos para su envío al cliente (como parte de una nueva inversión ubicada en Nidzica). El proyecto abarca seis fases: Fase 1 — Selección de un proveedor para llevar a cabo nuevos trabajos de desarrollo y ejecutará las fases 2 y 3, es decir, las fases de desarrollo y demostración. Fase 4 — verificación y validación de la fase 5 — preparación de una solicitud de cotización que cubra la compra de activos fijos e intangibles junto con el montaje y puesta en marcha y selección del contratista de la primera fase de producción. Fase 6 — fase de ejecución, es decir, la primera fase de producción, como resultado de la cual el proveedor creará un diseño ejecutivo y construirá una línea piloto. Como resultado de la implementación del proyecto, se desarrollará una tecnología moderna para automatizar el proceso de producción en el área de transporte de productos desde la producción hasta la etapa de finalización/clasificación de pedidos y prepararlos para su envío al cliente. Para la correcta ejecución del proyecto, es necesario adquirir servicios de I+D de una entidad externa y adquirir activos fijos e inmateriales. El proyecto forma parte del objetivo de la submedida 1.2.2, que es el Programa Operativo Regional Warmia y Mazury 2014-2020.
