Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie liczby ludności korzystającej z systemu oczyszczania ścieków na terenie Aglomeracji Pacanów poprzez zwiększenie wydajności oczyszczalni ścieków w miejscowości Słupia. Zakres projektu obejmuje m.in. 1.Budowę nowych obiektów (m.in zbiornik retencyjny na ścieki surowe z kompletnym wyposażeniem, budynek odwadniania osadu z kompletem instalacji, instalację odwadniania i higienizacji/granulacji osadu, automatyczną stację przyjmowania ścieków dowożonych, instalacje technologiczne, budowa wiaty). 2.Modernizację obiektów istniejących (m.in. modernizacja istniejących komór reaktorów biologicznych, wyposażenia II ciągu biologicznego oczyszczania, rozbudowa systemu sterowania, modernizacja budynku technologicznego) 3. Wymianę urządzeń (m.in dyfuzorów napowietrzających, rurociągów recyrkulacyjnych, pomp osadu nadmiernego) W ramach projektu wykonana zostanie przebudowa drogi dojazdowej oraz plac manewrowy. WSKAŹNIKI 1. Wielkość ładunku ścieków poddanych ulepszonemu oczyszczaniu - 3143 RLM; 2. Liczba przebudowanych oczyszczalni ścieków komunalnych - 1; 3. liczba dodatkowych osób korzystających z ulepszonego oczyszczania ścieków - 1290. Cele projektu oraz zaplanowane w nim do realizacji działania są zgodnie z celami szczegółowymi wyznaczonymi dla 4 Osi Priorytetowej RPO WŚ 2014-2020 oraz z celami szczegółowymi zdefiniowanymi dla Działania 4.3. Gospodarka wodno-ściekowa. Zwiększony odsetek ludności korzystającej z systemu oczyszczania ścieków zgodnego z dyrektywą dotyczącą ścieków komunalnych. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to increase the population using the sewage treatment system in the Pacanów Agglomeration by increasing the efficiency of the sewage treatment plant in Słupia. The scope of the project includes, among others, 1.Construction of new facilities (including storage tank for raw sewage with complete equipment, sludge drainage building with a set of installations, drainage and hygienic installation/granulation of sludge, automatic loading station, technological installations, construction of shelters). 2.Modernisation of existing facilities (e.g. modernisation of existing biological reactor chambers, equipment for the second biological purification sequence, expansion of the control system, modernisation of the technological building) 3. Replacement of equipment (including aeration diffusers, recirculation pipelines, excessive sludge pumps) As part of the project, the access road and manoeuvring area will be reconstructed. INDICES 1. The volume of waste water cargo undergoing improved treatment – 3143 RLM; 2. Number of urban waste water treatment plants reconstructed – 1; 3. the number of additional persons benefiting from improved waste water treatment – 1290. The project’s objectives and planned for implementation of the action are in accordance with the specific objectives set for the 4 Priority Axis 2014 to 2020 and the specific objectives defined for Action 4.3. L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître la population utilisant le système de traitement des eaux usées de l’agglomération de Pacan en améliorant l’efficacité de la station d’épuration des eaux usées de Słupia. Le champ d’application du projet comprend, entre autres: 1.Construction de nouvelles installations (par exemple réservoir de rétention des eaux usées brutes avec équipement complet, bâtiment de drainage des boues avec un ensemble d’installations, système de drainage et d’hygiène/granulation des sédiments, station de réception automatique des eaux usées, installations technologiques, construction de hangars). 2.Modernisation des installations existantes (par exemple modernisation des chambres de réacteurs biologiques existantes, équipement de la poussée biologique II, extension du système de contrôle, modernisation de la construction technologique) 3. Remplacement de l’équipement (p. ex. diffuseurs d’aération, canalisations de recirculation, pompes à boue excessives) Le projet reconstruira la route d’accès et la zone de manœuvre. INDICATEURS 1. Volume de la charge des eaux usées traitées avec un traitement amélioré — 3143 EH; 2. Nombre d’installations de traitement des eaux urbaines résiduaires reconstruites — 1; 3. Nombre de personnes supplémentaires utilisant un traitement amélioré des eaux usées — 1290. Les objectifs du projet et prévus pour la mise en œuvre de l’action sont conformes aux objectifs spécifiques fixés pour l’axe prioritaire du ROP WM 2014-2020 et aux objectifs spécifiques définis pour la mesure 4.3. Gestion de l’eau et des eaux usées. Une proportion accrue de la population utilisant un système de traitement des eaux usées conformément à la directive sur les eaux urbaines résiduaires. (French)

Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Erhöhung der Bevölkerung, die das Abwasserbehandlungssystem im Pacan Agglomeration nutzt, indem die Effizienz der Kläranlage Słupia erhöht wird. Der Anwendungsbereich des Projekts umfasst u. a. 1.Bau neuer Anlagen (z. B. Rohabwasserspeicher mit kompletter Ausrüstung, Schlammentwässerungsgebäude mit einer Reihe von Anlagen, Entwässerungs- und Sedimenthygiene/Granulationssystem, automatische Zufuhrabwasserstation, technologische Anlagen, Bau von Schuppen). 2.Modernisierung bestehender Anlagen (z. B. Modernisierung bestehender Kammern biologischer Reaktoren, Ausrüstung des biologischen Schub II, Erweiterung des Kontrollsystems, Modernisierung des technologischen Gebäudes) 3. Austausch von Geräten (z. B. Belüftungsdiffusoren, Rücklaufleitungen, übermäßige Schlammpumpen) Das Projekt soll die Zufahrtsstraße und das Manövriergebiet wieder aufbauen. INDIKATOREN 1. Volumen der Belastung des mit verbesserter Behandlung behandelten Abwassers – 3143 S. E.; 2. Zahl der sanierten kommunalen Abwasserbehandlungsanlagen – 1; 3. Anzahl der zusätzlichen Personen mit verbesserter Abwasserbehandlung – 1290. Die Ziele des Projekts, die für die Durchführung der Maßnahme geplant sind, stehen im Einklang mit den spezifischen Zielen, die für die Prioritätsachse der ROP WM 2014-2020 und den für Maßnahme 4.3 festgelegten spezifischen Zielen festgelegt wurden. De belangrijkste doelstelling van het project is het verhogen van de bevolking met behulp van het afvalwaterbehandelingssysteem in de Pacan Agglomeratie door de efficiëntie van de zuiveringsinstallatie van Słupia te verhogen. Het toepassingsgebied van het project omvat onder meer: 1.Bouw van nieuwe faciliteiten (bv. ruwe rioleringstank met volledig materiaal, slibafvoergebouw met een reeks installaties, drainage en sedimenthygiëne/granulatiesysteem, automatische ontvangststation voor riolering, technologische installaties, bouw van loodsen). 2.Modernisering van bestaande installaties (bv. modernisering van bestaande kamers van biologische reactoren, uitrusting van biologische stuwkracht II, uitbreiding van het controlesysteem, modernisering van de technologische bouw) 3. Vervanging van apparatuur (bv. beluchtingsverspreiders, recirculatiepijpleidingen, overmatige slibpompen) Het project zal de toegangsweg en het manoeuvreergebied herbouwen. INDICATOREN 1. Volume van de lading afvalwater behandeld met verbeterde behandeling — 3143 i.e.; 2. Aantal gereconstrueerde stedelijke waterzuiveringsinstallaties — 1; 3. aantal extra mensen die gebruik maken van verbeterde afvalwaterbehandeling — 1290. L'obiettivo principale del progetto è aumentare la popolazione utilizzando il sistema di trattamento delle acque reflue nell'agglomerato di Pacan aumentando l'efficienza dell'impianto di trattamento delle acque reflue di Słupia. L'ambito del progetto comprende, tra l'altro, 1.Costruzione di nuovi impianti (ad es. serbatoio di ritenzione delle acque reflue grezzo con attrezzature complete, costruzione di drenaggio fanghi con una serie di impianti, sistema di drenaggio e igiene/granulazione dei sedimenti, stazione di raccolta delle acque reflue di consegna automatica, impianti tecnologici, costruzione di capannoni). 2.Modernizzazione degli impianti esistenti (ad es. ammodernamento delle camere esistenti di reattori biologici, attrezzature di spinta biologica II, estensione del sistema di controllo, ammodernamento dell'edificio tecnologico) 3. Sostituzione delle apparecchiature (ad es. diffusori di aerazione, condotte di ricircolo, pompe per fanghi eccessive) Il progetto ricostruirà la strada di accesso e l'area di manovra. INDICATORI 1. Volume del carico delle acque reflue trattate con un trattamento migliorato — 3143 a.e.; 2. Numero di impianti di trattamento delle acque reflue urbane ricostruiti — 1; 3. numero di persone aggiuntive che utilizzano un migliore trattamento delle acque reflue — 1290. Gli obiettivi del progetto e previsti per l'attuazione dell'azione sono conformi agli obiettivi specifici fissati per l'asse prioritario del POR WM 2014-2020 e agli obiettivi specifici definiti per la misura 4.3. El principal objetivo del proyecto es aumentar la población que utiliza el sistema de tratamiento de aguas residuales en la aglomeración de Pacan aumentando la eficiencia de la planta de tratamiento de aguas residuales de Słupia. El alcance del proyecto incluye, entre otras cosas, 1.Construcción de nuevas instalaciones (por ejemplo, depósito de retención de aguas residuales en bruto con equipo completo, construcción de drenaje de lodos con un conjunto de instalaciones, sistema de drenaje e higiene/granulación de sedimentos, estación de recepción automática de aguas residuales, instalaciones tecnológicas, construcción de naves). 2.Modernización de las instalaciones existentes (por ejemplo, modernización de las cámaras existentes de reactores biológicos, equipo de empuje biológico II, ampliación del sistema de control, modernización del edificio tecnológico) 3. Sustitución de equipos (por ejemplo, difusores de aireación, tuberías de recirculación, bombas excesivas de lodos) El proyecto reconstruirá la carretera de acceso y la zona de maniobra. INDICADORES 1. Volumen de la carga de aguas residuales tratadas con tratamiento mejorado — 3143 e-h; 2. Número de plantas de tratamiento de aguas residuales urbanas reconstruidas — 1; 3. número de personas adicionales que utilizan un tratamiento mejorado de aguas residuales — 1290. Los objetivos del proyecto y previstos para la ejecución de la acción se ajustan a los objetivos específicos establecidos para el eje prioritario del ROP WM 2014-2020 y a los objetivos específicos definidos para la medida 4.3. Gestión del agua y de las aguas residuales. Un mayor porcentaje de la población que utiliza un sistema de tratamiento de aguas residuales de conformidad con la Directiva sobre aguas residuales.
