Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup niezbędnych środków trwałych (nowych maszyn i urządzeń) w celu wprowadzenia w przedsiębiorstwie innowacyjnego i zautomatyzowanego procesu produkcji dodatków do żywności, ważenia, przygotowywania, mieszania a następnie efektywnego pakowania gotowych produktów. Projekt będzie realizowany w następujących etapach: 1. zakup urządzeń do ważenia, 2. zakup urządzeń do mieszania, 3. zakup urządzeń do pakowania, 4. instalacja urządzeń i rozruch. Proces będzie polegał na wyborze dostawców maszyn, szkoleniu personelu. Zostanie zainstalowana nowa linia która zostanie poddana próbom i testom funkcyjnym. Po zaimplementowaniu innowacyjnej linii w przedsiębiorstwie oraz wykonaniu prób produktowych i rozpoczęciu produkcji przypraw pakowanych w nowoczesne wzory opakowań nastąpi wdrożenie do produkcji masowej i wprowadzenie gotowych produktów na rynki docelowe. The subject of the project is the purchase of the necessary fixed assets (new machinery and equipment) in order to introduce an innovative and automated process of production of food additives, weighing, preparation, mixing and then efficient packaging of finished products. The project will be implemented in the following stages: 1. purchase of weighing equipment, 2. purchase of mixing equipment, 3. purchase of packaging equipment, 4. installation and start-up. The process will consist of selecting machine suppliers, training staff. A new line will be installed that will be tested and function tests. After implementing the innovative line in the company and conducting product tests and starting production of spices packed in modern packaging patterns, implementation will be made for mass production and introduction of finished products to the target markets. L’objet du projet est l’achat des immobilisations nécessaires (machines et équipements neufs) afin d’introduire un processus innovant et automatisé de production d’additifs alimentaires, de pesage, de préparation, de mélange et d’emballage effectif ultérieur des produits finis dans l’entreprise. Le projet sera mis en œuvre dans les phases suivantes: 1. achat de matériel de pesage, 2. achat de matériel de mélange, 3. achat de matériel d’emballage, 4. installation de matériel et démarrage. Le processus consistera à sélectionner des fournisseurs de machines, à former du personnel. Une nouvelle ligne sera installée et sera soumise à des tests fonctionnels. Après la mise en œuvre de la ligne innovante dans l’entreprise et l’achèvement des essais de produits et le début de la production d’épices emballées dans des emballages modernes, il y aura mise en œuvre dans la production de masse et l’introduction de produits finis sur les marchés cibles. Gegenstand des Projekts ist der Erwerb der notwendigen Anlagegüter (neue Maschinen und Geräte), um einen innovativen und automatisierten Prozess der Herstellung von Lebensmittelzusatzstoffen, Wiegen, Zubereitung, Mischen und anschließenden effektiven Verpackungen von Fertigprodukten im Unternehmen einzuführen. Das Projekt wird in folgenden Phasen durchgeführt: 1. Kauf von Wiegeausrüstung, 2. Kauf von Mischausrüstung, 3. Kauf von Verpackungsausrüstung, 4. Installation von Ausrüstung und Inbetriebnahme. Das Verfahren umfasst die Auswahl von Maschinenlieferanten, die Schulung des Personals. Es wird eine neue Linie installiert, die funktionellen Tests und Tests unterzogen wird. Nach der Einführung der innovativen Linie im Unternehmen und dem Abschluss von Produktversuchen und dem Beginn der Herstellung von Gewürzen, die in modernen Verpackungsdesigns verpackt sind, wird es in die Massenproduktion und die Einführung von Endprodukten in die Zielmärkte umgesetzt werden. Het doel van het project is de aankoop van de nodige vaste activa (nieuwe machines en apparatuur) om een innovatief en geautomatiseerd proces van de productie van levensmiddelenadditieven, weging, bereiding, menging en daaropvolgende effectieve verpakking van eindproducten in het bedrijf in te voeren. Het project zal in de volgende fasen worden uitgevoerd: 1. aankoop van weegapparatuur, 2. aankoop van mengapparatuur, 3. aankoop van verpakkingsapparatuur, 4. installatie van apparatuur en opstarten. Het proces zal bestaan uit het selecteren van machineleveranciers, het opleiden van personeel. Er zal een nieuwe lijn worden geïnstalleerd die aan functionele tests en tests zal worden onderworpen. Na de implementatie van de innovatieve lijn in het bedrijf en de voltooiing van productproeven en de start van de productie van specerijen verpakt in moderne verpakkingsontwerpen, zal er implementatie zijn in massaproductie en introductie van eindproducten in de doelmarkten. Oggetto del progetto è l'acquisto delle immobilizzazioni necessarie (nuove macchine e attrezzature) al fine di introdurre un processo innovativo e automatizzato di produzione di additivi alimentari, pesatura, preparazione, miscelazione e conseguente efficace confezionamento dei prodotti finiti in azienda. Il progetto sarà attuato nelle seguenti fasi: 1. acquisto di attrezzature di pesatura, 2. acquisto di attrezzature di miscelazione, 3. acquisto di attrezzature per l'imballaggio, 4. installazione di attrezzature e start-up. Il processo consisterà nella selezione dei fornitori di macchine, nella formazione del personale. Sarà installata una nuova linea che sarà sottoposta a prove e prove funzionali. Dopo l'implementazione della linea innovativa in azienda e il completamento delle prove di prodotto e l'inizio della produzione di spezie confezionate in moderni design di packaging, ci sarà implementazione nella produzione di massa e l'introduzione di prodotti finiti nei mercati di riferimento. El proyecto se ejecutará en las siguientes fases: 1. compra de equipo de pesaje, 2. compra de equipo de mezcla, 3. compra de equipo de embalaje, 4. instalación de equipo y puesta en marcha. El proceso consistirá en seleccionar proveedores de máquinas, capacitar al personal. Se instalará una nueva línea que será sometida a pruebas y pruebas funcionales. Tras la implantación de la línea innovadora en la empresa y la finalización de ensayos de productos y el inicio de la producción de especias embaladas en diseños de envases modernos, se implementará la producción en masa y la introducción de productos terminados en los mercados objetivo.
