Projekt przyczynia się do stworzenia zintegrowanego pakietu działań wspomagającego ciągły wzrost konkurencyjności poprzez podniesienie jakości swoich wyrobów oraz kreowanie pozytywnego wizerunku firmy. Poprzez zakup innowacyjnego centrum, frezów, ram i stołu do produkcji okien powstanie nowy produkt okna drewniano-aluminiowe a dzięki narzędziom do ich montażu nowa usługa montaż okien w budynkach pasywnych. Stacja filtrów i kompresor poprawią warunki BHP w firmie. Powietrze wraz z odpadkami trafia do stacji gdzie następuje separacja, krąży w obiegu zamkniętym, czyli oczyszczone wraca na halę. Stopień stężenia pyłów reguluje innowacyjna sonda stosowana w Polsce od niedawna.Powrót wyposażony jest w komorę mieszania, która umożliwia regulację ilości powietrza powrotnego a przez to sterowanie temperaturą oszczędzając energię. The project contributes to the creation of an integrated package of activities supporting continuous growth of competitiveness by improving the quality of its products and creating a positive image of the company. Through the purchase of an innovative centre, mills, frames and tables for the production of windows, a new product of wooden-aluminium windows will be created and thanks to the tools for their installation a new service for installation of windows in passive buildings will be created. The filter station and compressor will improve health and safety conditions in the company. The air and the waste go to the station where the separation takes place, circulating in a closed circuit, i.e. purified return to the hall. The level of dust concentration is regulated by an innovative probe used in Poland recently.The return is equipped with a mixing chamber, which allows to regulate the amount of return air and thus control the temperature by saving energy. Le projet contribue à la création d’un ensemble intégré d’activités soutenant la croissance continue de la compétitivité en améliorant la qualité de ses produits et en créant une image positive de l’entreprise. Avec l’achat d’un centre innovant, des fraises, des cadres et une table pour la production de fenêtres, un nouveau produit de fenêtres bois-aluminium sera créé et grâce aux outils pour leur installation un nouveau service d’installation de fenêtres dans des bâtiments passifs sera créé. La station filtrante et le compresseur amélioreront les conditions de santé et de sécurité de l’entreprise. L’air, avec les déchets, se rend à la station où la séparation a lieu, il circule en circuit fermé, c’est-à-dire le retour nettoyé dans le hall. Le degré de concentration de poussière est régulé par une sonde innovante utilisée récemment en Pologne. Le retour est équipé d’une chambre de mélange, qui vous permet de réguler la quantité d’air de retour et ainsi contrôler la température, économiser de l’énergie. (French)

Das Projekt trägt zur Schaffung eines integrierten Maßnahmenpakets bei, das das kontinuierliche Wachstum der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit fördert, indem es die Qualität seiner Produkte verbessert und ein positives Image des Unternehmens schafft. Mit dem Kauf eines innovativen Zentrums, Schneiden, Rahmen und einem Tisch für die Herstellung von Fenstern wird ein neues Produkt aus Holz-Aluminiumfenstern erstellt und dank der Werkzeuge für ihre Installation wird ein neuer Fensterinstallationsservice in Passivgebäuden geschaffen. Die Filterstation und der Kompressor werden die Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsbedingungen des Unternehmens verbessern. Die Luft, zusammen mit dem Abfall, geht an die Station, wo die Trennung stattfindet, sie zirkuliert in einem geschlossenen Kreislauf, d. h. die gereinigte Rückkehr in die Halle. Der Grad der Staubkonzentration wird durch eine innovative Sonde geregelt, die kürzlich in Polen verwendet wird. Die Rückkehr ist mit einer Mischkammer ausgestattet, die es Ihnen ermöglicht, die Rückluftmenge zu regulieren und so die Temperatur zu steuern und Energie zu sparen. (German)

Het project draagt bij tot de totstandbrenging van een geïntegreerd pakket activiteiten ter ondersteuning van de voortdurende groei van het concurrentievermogen door de kwaliteit van zijn producten te verbeteren en een positief imago van het bedrijf te creëren. Met de aankoop van een innovatief centrum, snijders, kozijnen en een tafel voor de productie van ramen, zal een nieuw product van houten-aluminium ramen worden gemaakt en dankzij de gereedschappen voor hun installatie zal een nieuwe venster installatie service in passieve gebouwen worden gecreëerd. Het filterstation en de compressor zullen de gezondheid en veiligheidsvoorwaarden van het bedrijf verbeteren. De lucht, samen met het afval, gaat naar het station waar de scheiding plaatsvindt, het circuleert in een gesloten circuit, d.w.z. de gereinigde terugkeert naar de hal. De concentratie van stof wordt gereguleerd door een innovatieve sonde die onlangs in Polen werd gebruikt. Het rendement is uitgerust met een mengkamer, waarmee u de hoeveelheid retourlucht kunt regelen en zo de temperatuur kunt regelen en energie kunt besparen. (Dutch)

Il progetto contribuisce alla creazione di un pacchetto integrato di attività a sostegno della continua crescita della competitività migliorando la qualità dei propri prodotti e creando un'immagine positiva dell'azienda. Con l'acquisto di un innovativo centro, frese, cornici e un tavolo per la produzione di finestre, verrà creato un nuovo prodotto di finestre in legno-alluminio e grazie agli strumenti per la loro installazione verrà creato un nuovo servizio di installazione di finestre in edifici passivi. La stazione filtrante e il compressore miglioreranno le condizioni di salute e sicurezza dell'azienda. L'aria, insieme ai rifiuti, va alla stazione in cui avviene la separazione, circola in un circuito chiuso, cioè il pulito ritorna alla sala. Il grado di concentrazione delle polveri è regolato da un'innovativa sonda utilizzata recentemente in Polonia. Il ritorno è dotato di una camera di miscelazione, che consente di regolare la quantità di aria di ritorno e quindi di controllare la temperatura, risparmiando energia. (Italian)

El proyecto contribuye a la creación de un paquete integrado de actividades que apoyen el crecimiento continuo de la competitividad mediante la mejora de la calidad de sus productos y la creación de una imagen positiva de la empresa. Con la compra de un centro innovador, cortadores, marcos y una mesa para la producción de ventanas, se creará un nuevo producto de ventanas de madera-aluminio y gracias a las herramientas para su instalación se creará un nuevo servicio de instalación de ventanas en edificios pasivos. La estación de filtro y el compresor mejorarán las condiciones de salud y seguridad de la empresa. El aire, junto con los residuos, va a la estación donde tiene lugar la separación, circula en un circuito cerrado, es decir, el limpiado regresa a la sala. El grado de concentración de polvo está regulado por una sonda innovadora utilizada en Polonia recientemente. El retorno está equipado con una cámara de mezcla, que le permite regular la cantidad de aire de retorno y así controlar la temperatura, ahorrando energía. (Spanish)
