Głównym celem projektu jest poprawa dostępności i efektywności świadczeń w zakresie położnictwa i ginekologii poprzez przebudowę i doposażenie Oddziału Położniczo-Ginekologicznego oraz Poradni ginekologicznej w Szpitalu Ogólnym w Grajewie. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostaną osiągnięte następujące wskaźniki produktu i rezultatu: - Liczba wspartych podmiotów leczniczych – 1 szt. - Nakłady inwestycyjne na zakup aparatury medycznej – 1 164 434,40 zł - Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami - 1 szt. - Ludność objęta ulepszonymi usługami zdrowotnymi – 2 480 osób - Liczba porad udzielonych w ambulatoryjnej opiece zdrowotnej – 7 520 szt. Dodatkowo Wnioskodawca zobowiązuje się, że placówka osiągnie wartość minimum 400 porodów do roku 2020 r. Głównym Beneficjentem projektu będzie Szpital Ogólny im. dr Witolda Ginela w Grajewie. Beneficjentami pośrednimi realizowanego projektu są mieszkańcy powiatu grajewskiego oraz sąsiadujących powiatów, którzy będą korzystali ze świadczeń zdrowotnych w Szpitalu Ogólnym w Grajewie. Całkowity koszt realizacji inwestycji wyniesie 3 208 107,46 zł brutto. Wartość dofinansowania ze środków EFRR stanowi 84,99% kosztów kwalifikowalnych projektu, czyli 2 726 891,32 zł. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to improve the availability and efficiency of obstetrics and gynaecology services through the reconstruction and retrofit of the Obstetric and Gynecological Department and the Gynecological Clinic at the General Hospital in Grajewo. As a result of the project, the following output and result indicators will be achieved: — Number of supported medicinal entities – 1 pcs. — Investment outlays on the purchase of medical equipment – PLN 1 164 434.40 – Number of facilities tailored to the needs of people with disabilities – 1 pieces. — Population covered by improved health services – 2 480 people – Number of advice given in outpatient healthcare – 7 520 units. In addition, the Applicant undertakes that the institution will reach a minimum of 400 births by 2020. The main beneficiary of the project will be the General Hospital named after Dr. Witold Ginel in Grajewo. The indirect beneficiaries of the project are residents of the Grajewski county and neighbouring districts, who will benefit from health services at the General Hospital in Grajewo. The total cost of the investment will be PLN 3 208 107.46 gross. The value of the ERDF co-financing represents 84.99 % of the eligible costs of the project, i.e. PLN 2 726 891.32. (English)

Das Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Verbesserung der Verfügbarkeit und Wirksamkeit von geburts- und gynäkologischen Dienstleistungen durch den Wiederaufbau und die Nachrüstung der Mutter- und Gynäkologischen Abteilung und der Gynäkologischen Klinik im Allgemeinen Krankenhaus in Grajewo. Folgende Output- und Ergebnisindikatoren werden als Ergebnis des Projekts erreicht: — Anzahl der unterstützten medizinischen Einrichtungen – 1 Posten — Investitionsausgaben für den Kauf von medizinischer Ausrüstung – 1 164 434,40 PLN – Anzahl der an die Bedürfnisse von Menschen mit Behinderungen angepassten Einrichtungen – 1 Stück — Bevölkerung mit verbesserter Gesundheitsversorgung – 2 480 Personen – Zahl der ambulanten Gesundheitsberatung – 7 520 Darüber hinaus verpflichtet sich der Antragsteller, dass die Einrichtung bis 2020 mindestens 400 Geburten erreichen wird. Hauptempfänger des Projekts ist Dr. Witold Ginel General Hospital in Grajewo. Die indirekten Nutznießer des Projekts sind Bewohner des Bezirks Grajewski und der benachbarten Bezirke, die im Generalkrankenhaus in Grajewo von Gesundheitsdiensten profitieren werden. Il progetto conseguirà i seguenti indicatori di output e di risultato: — Numero di soggetti medicinali beneficiari del sostegno — 1 voce — Spese d'investimento per l'acquisto di attrezzature mediche — PLN 1 164 434,40 — Numero di strutture adattate alle esigenze delle persone con disabilità — 1 pezzo — Popolazione coperta da servizi sanitari migliorati — 2 480 persone — Numero di consigli sanitari ambulatoriali — 7 520 Inoltre, il richiedente si impegna a che la struttura raggiunga un minimo di 400 nascite entro il 2020. Il principale beneficiario del progetto sarà l'ospedale generale Dr. Witold Ginel a Grajewo. I beneficiari indiretti del progetto sono i residenti del distretto di Grajewski e dei distretti limitrofi, che beneficeranno dei servizi sanitari presso l'ospedale generale di Grajewo. Como resultado del proyecto se lograrán los siguientes indicadores de realización y resultados: — Número de entidades medicinales subvencionadas — 1 artículo — Gastos de inversión para la adquisición de equipos médicos — 1 164 434,40 PLN — Número de instalaciones adaptadas a las necesidades de las personas con discapacidad — 1 pieza — Población cubierta por servicios de salud mejorados — 2 480 personas — Número de asesoramiento sanitario ambulatorio — 7 520 Además, el solicitante se compromete a que la instalación alcance un mínimo de 400 nacimientos en 2020. El principal beneficiario del proyecto será el Hospital General Dr Witold Ginel de Grajewo. Los beneficiarios indirectos del proyecto son los residentes del distrito de Grajewski y los distritos vecinos, que se beneficiarán de los servicios de salud en el Hospital General de Grajewo.
