Przedmiotem projektu "Zwiększenie dostępności infrastruktury usług społecznych dzięki inwestycji w miejscowości Przywory firmy DOM OPIEKI NAD OSOBAMI STARSZYMI KRYSTYNADYGA" jest budowa placówki zapewniającej opiekę całodobową wraz z zakupem wyposażenia. Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie 01.01.2017 - 30.06.2019. Zaplanowane w projekcie działaniaukierunkowane będą na realizację celów Programu Specjalnej Strefy Demograficznej w woj. opolskim do 2020 "Opolskie dla rodziny". Projekt zakłada realizację 2 zadań: Zad. nr 1: Budowa DomuOpieki Całodobowej nad osobami starszymi wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu i budową wiaty oraz Zad. nr. 2: Zakup wyposażenia Domu Opieki Całodobowej nad osobami starszymi orazspecjalistycznego środka transportu. The subject of the project “Increasing accessibility of social services infrastructure thanks to investments in the town of Przywory from DOM OPIEKI NAD for older people KRYSTYNADYGA” is the construction of a facility providing -hour care together with the purchase of equipment. The project will be implemented in the period 01.01.2017-30.06.2019. The activities planned in the project will be aimed at achieving the objectives of the Special Demographic Zone Programme in Opolskie voivodship until 2020 “Opole for the Family”. The project assumes 2 tasks: Fig. No 1: Construction of the 2-hour Care House over the elderly with land development and construction of the shelter and Zad. nr. 2: Purchase of equipment of the -hour Care House for the elderly and a special means of transport. Le projet «Améliorer l’accessibilité des infrastructures de services sociaux par l’investissement dans Przywoory de DOM Opieki NAD OSOBAMI senior KRYSTYNADYGA» est la construction d’un établissement fournissant des soins 24h/24 et 7j/7 ainsi que l’achat d’équipements. Le projet sera mis en œuvre entre le 1er janvier 2017 et le 30 juin 2019. Les actions prévues dans le projet viseront à atteindre les objectifs du Programme de Zone Démographique Spéciale en Voïvodie d’Opolskie jusqu’en 2020 «Opolskie pour la famille». Le projet suppose la mise en œuvre de deux tâches: Règle 1: Construction de la maison de soins pour les personnes âgées, avec le développement du site et la construction de l’abri et de Zad. 2: Achat d’équipements pour la prise en charge des personnes âgées et de moyens de transport spécialisés. Das Projekt „Erhöhung der Zugänglichkeit der Infrastruktur für soziale Dienste durch Investitionen in Przywoory von DOM Opieki NAD OSOBAMI Senior KRYSTYNADYGA“ ist der Bau einer Einrichtung, die rund um die Uhr Pflege und den Kauf von Ausrüstung bietet. Das Projekt wird im Zeitraum 01.01.2017-30.06.2019 durchgeführt. Die im Rahmen des Projekts geplanten Maßnahmen zielen darauf ab, die Ziele des Sonderprogramms für die demografische Zone in der Woiwodschaft Opolskie bis 2020 „Opolskie für die Familie“ zu erreichen. Das Projekt übernimmt die Durchführung von 2 Aufgaben: Regel 1: Bau des Pflegehauses für die Älteren, zusammen mit der Entwicklung des Geländes und dem Bau der Schutzhütte und Zad. 2: Kauf von Ausrüstung für die Pflege älterer Menschen und spezialisierter Transportmittel. Het project zal worden uitgevoerd in de periode 01.01.2017-30.06.2019. De in het kader van het project geplande acties zullen gericht zijn op de verwezenlijking van de doelstellingen van het programma voor speciale demografische zones in het woiwodschap Opolskie tot 2020 „Opolskie voor het gezin”.
