Przedmiotowy projekt polega na podniesieniu efektywności leczenia chorób cywilizacyjnych poprzez wyposażenie w specjalistyczny sprzęt medyczny oraz przeprowadzenie prac modernizacyjnych Oddziału Rehabilitacji Ogólnoustrojowej z Pododdziałem Neurologicznym Opolskiego Centrum Rehabilitacji w Korfantowie Sp. z o.o. W ramach projektu planuje się wykonanie następujących zadań: -> Zadanie 1.: Dokumentacja projektowa (wykonanie PFU, Projektu budowlanego, Przedmiarów, Kosztorysów, Studium Wykonalności). -> Zadanie 2.: Zakup specjalistycznego sprzętu medycznego i oprogramowania na Oddział Rehabilitacji Ogólnoustrojowej z Pododdziałem neurologicznym. -> Zadanie 3.: Modernizacja sal chorych Oddziału Rehabilitacji Ogólnoustrojowej z Pododdziałem neurologicznym - część I. -> Zadanie 4.: Modernizacja sal chorych Oddziału Rehabilitacji Ogólnoustrojowej z Pododdziałem neurologicznym - część II. -> Zadanie 5.: Promocja projektu. W wyniku realizacji projektu nastąpi: 1. Podniesienie jakości, wydajności i dostępności usług medycznych/ rehabilitacyjnych w zakresie leczenia chorób cywilizacyjnych wywołanych schorzeniami sercowo-naczyniowymi. 2. Zwiększenie zakresu świadczeń medycznych o nowoczesne metody rehabilitacyjne, tj. leczenia światłem – biostymulacja (Lampa do terapii światłem Pillerowskim (spolaryzowanym)), nowoczesne metody rehabilitacji funkcji ruchowo-poznawczej (programy komputerowe) 3. Zapewnienie kompleksowości i ciągłości opieki medycznej. 4. Zwiększenie komfortu pobytu i poziomu zadowolenia pacjentów. 5. Poprawa warunków pracy personelu OCR w Korfantowie Sp. z o.o.. Przedmiotowy projekt nie zalicza się do grupy projektów dużych i generujących dochód, jest efektywny kosztowo, a podmiot go realizujący wykazuje się wysoką efektywnością finansową. (Polish)

This project consists of improving the effectiveness of treatment of civilisation diseases by equipping specialised medical equipment and carrying out modernisation works of the Systemic Rehabilitation Department with the Neurological Subdivision of Opole Rehabilitation Centre in Korfantów Sp. z o.o. The project plans to perform the following tasks: —> Task 1.: Project documentation (implementation of PFU, construction project, pre-measures, financial statements, feasibility study). —> Task 2.: Purchase of specialised medical equipment and software from the Department of Systemic Rehabilitation with a neurological subdivision. —> Task 3.: Modernisation of the sick rooms of the Department of Systemic Rehabilitation with neurological subdivision – part I. -> Task 4.: Modernisation of the sick rooms of the Department of Systemic Rehabilitation with a neurological subdivision – Part II. —> Task 5.: Promotion of the project. As a result of the project, the following will be: 1. Improving the quality, efficiency and availability of medical/rehabilitation services in the field of treatment of civilisation diseases caused by cardiovascular diseases. 2. Increasing the scope of medical services with modern rehabilitation methods, i.e. light treatment – biostimulation (Lamp for Piller light therapy (polarised) light), modern methods of rehabilitation of the mobility and cognitive function (computer programs) 3. Ensure comprehensiveness and continuity of medical care. 4. Increase the comfort of stay and the level of patient satisfaction. 5. Improvement of working conditions of OCR personnel in Korfantów Sp. z o.o. This project is not a group of large and revenue-generating projects, it is cost-effective and the entity implementing it is highly financially efficient. (English)

Le projet vise à accroître l’efficacité du traitement des maladies de la civilisation en équipant du matériel médical spécialisé et en réalisant des travaux de modernisation de l’Unité de réadaptation systémique avec la Division neurologique du Centre de réadaptation d’Opole à Korfantów Sp. z o.o.. Le projet prévoit d’exécuter les tâches suivantes: —> tâche 1.: Documentation de conception (exécution de PFU, projet de construction, pré-mesures, estimation des coûts, étude de faisabilité). —> tâche 2.: Achat de matériel médical spécialisé et de logiciels au Département de la réadaptation systémique avec subdivision neurologique. —> tâche 3.: Modernisation des salles des patients de l’unité de réadaptation systémique à l’aide d’une sous-unité neurologique — Partie I. -> Tâche 4.: Modernisation des salles malades de l’unité de réadaptation systémique avec la subdivision neurologique — partie II. —> tâche 5.: Promotion du projet. Le projet se traduira par: 1. Améliorer la qualité, l’efficacité et la disponibilité des services médicaux/de réadaptation pour le traitement des maladies de civilisation causées par des maladies cardiovasculaires. 2. Élargir l’éventail des services médicaux par des méthodes modernes de réadaptation, c’est-à-dire le traitement de la lumière — biostimulation (lampe de luminothérapie Piller (polarisée)), les méthodes modernes de réadaptation de la fonction motrice et cognitive (programmes informatiques) 3. Assurer l’exhaustivité et la continuité des soins médicaux. 4. Augmentez le confort de votre séjour et le niveau de satisfaction du patient. 5. Amélioration des conditions de travail du personnel de l’OCR à Korfantów Sp. z o.o. Le projet en question ne fait pas partie du groupe de grands projets générateurs de recettes, il est rentable et l’entité qui le met en œuvre est très efficace sur le plan financier. (French)

Das Projekt besteht in der Erhöhung der Wirksamkeit der Behandlung von Zivilisationskrankheiten durch die Ausstattung mit spezialisierten medizinischen Geräten und die Durchführung von Modernisierungsarbeiten der Einheit Systemische Rehabilitation mit der neurologischen Abteilung des Opolen Rehabilitationszentrums in Korfantów Sp. z o.o.. Das Projekt plant die Durchführung folgender Aufgaben: —> Aufgabe 1.: Entwurfsdokumentation (Durchführung von PFU, Bauprojekt, Vormessungen, Kostenschätzungen, Machbarkeitsstudie). —> Aufgabe 2.: Kauf von spezialisierter medizinischer Ausrüstung und Software an der Abteilung für Systemische Rehabilitation mit neurologischer Unterteilung. —> Aufgabe 3.: Modernisierung der Patientenräume des Referats Systemische Rehabilitation mit einer neurologischen Untereinheit – Teil I. -> Aufgabe 4.: Modernisierung der Krankenräume des Referats Systemische Rehabilitation mit der neurologischen Unterteilung – Teil II. —> Aufgabe 5.: Förderung des Projekts. Das Projekt führt zu folgenden Ergebnissen: 1. Verbesserung der Qualität, Effizienz und Verfügbarkeit von medizinischen/Rehabilitationsdiensten für die Behandlung von Zivilisationskrankheiten, die durch Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankungen verursacht werden. 2. Erhöhung des Spektrums medizinischer Leistungen durch moderne Rehabilitationsmethoden, d. h. Lichtbehandlung – Biostimulation (Piller Lichttherapie Lampe (polarisiert)), moderne Rehabilitationsmethoden der motorischen und kognitiven Funktion (Computerprogramme) 3. Gewährleistung der Vollständigkeit und Kontinuität der medizinischen Versorgung. 4. Erhöhen Sie den Komfort Ihres Aufenthalts und das Niveau der Patientenzufriedenheit. 5. Verbesserung der Arbeitsbedingungen der OCR-Mitarbeiter in Korfantów Sp. z o.o. Das betreffende Projekt ist nicht Teil der Gruppe großer und einnahmenschaffender Projekte, es ist kosteneffektiv und die Einrichtung, die es durchführt, ist hoch finanziell effizient. (German)

Het project bestaat uit het verhogen van de effectiviteit van de behandeling van beschavingsziekten door het uitrusten van gespecialiseerde medische apparatuur en het uitvoeren van moderniseringswerkzaamheden van de Eenheid Systemische Revalidatie met de Neurologische Afdeling van het Opole Revalidatiecentrum in Korfantów Sp. z o.o. Het project is van plan de volgende taken uit te voeren: —> taak 1.: Ontwerpdocumentatie (uitvoering van PFU, bouwproject, voormetingen, kostenramingen, haalbaarheidsstudie). —> taak 2.: Aankoop van gespecialiseerde medische apparatuur en software bij de afdeling Systemische Revalidatie met een neurologische onderverdeling. —> taak 3.: Modernisering van de patiëntenkamers van de Eenheid Systemische Revalidatie met een neurologische subeenheid — Deel I. -> Taak 4.: Modernisering van de zieke ruimten van de Eenheid Systemische Revalidatie met de neurologische onderverdeling — deel II. —> taak 5.: Bevordering van het project. Het project zal resulteren in: 1. Il progetto prevede di svolgere i seguenti compiti: —> compito 1.: Documentazione di progettazione (esecuzione di PFU, progetto di costruzione, premisurazioni, stime dei costi, studio di fattibilità). —> compito 2.: Acquisto di attrezzature mediche specializzate e software presso il Dipartimento di Riabilitazione sistemica con suddivisione neurologica. —> compito 3.: Ammodernamento delle stanze dei pazienti dell'Unità di riabilitazione sistemica con una sottounità neurologica — Parte I. -> Compito 4.: Ammodernamento delle sale malate dell'Unità di Riabilitazione sistemica con la suddivisione neurologica — parte II. —> compito 5.: Promozione del progetto. El proyecto tiene previsto llevar a cabo las siguientes tareas: —> tarea 1.: Documentación de diseño (ejecución de PFU, proyecto de construcción, premediciones, estimaciones de costes, estudio de viabilidad). —> tarea 2.: Adquisición de equipo médico especializado y programas informáticos en el Departamento de Rehabilitación Sistémico con una subdivisión neurológica. —> tarea 3.: Modernización de las salas de pacientes de la Unidad de Rehabilitación Sistémico con una subunidad neurológica — Parte I -> Tarea 4.: Modernización de las salas enfermas de la Unidad de Rehabilitación Sistémico con la subdivisión neurológica — Parte II. —> tarea 5.: Promoción del proyecto. El proyecto dará como resultado: 1. Mejorar la calidad, la eficiencia y la disponibilidad de servicios médicos y de rehabilitación para el tratamiento de las enfermedades de la civilización causadas por enfermedades cardiovasculares. 2.
