Przedmiotem projektu jest REALIZACJA KOMPLEKSOWEGO PROGRAMU WSPARCIA osób pozostających bez zatrudnienia poprzez: - opracowanie/ aktualizację Indywidualnego Planu Działania - pośrednictwo pracy - szkolenia podnoszące kwalifikacje (operator/ka sprzętu budowlanego, spawacz, opiekun/ka osoby starszej, księgowa/y) zgodnie z zapotrzebowaniem lokalnych rynków pracy i wskazań w IPD - 3 miesięczny staż zgodny z odbytym szkoleniem. Dzięki realizowanemu wsparciu znacząco zwiększą się szanse uczestników projektu na rynku pracy. Wsparciem zostanie objętych 120 osób (72 kobiety i 48 mężczyzn), powyżej 29 roku życia, zamieszkujących zg. z K.C. na terenie woj. opolskiego w powiatach: prudnickim, brzeskim, nyskim, głubczyckim, namysłowskim, pozostających bez pracy (bezrobotne, poszukujące pracy, nieaktywne zawodowo) w tym zwłaszcza osoby znajdujące się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj.: - min. 9 osób z niepełnosprawnościami (OzN) - min. 39 osób 50+ - min. 42 osoby długotrwale bezrobotne - min. 66 osób o niskich kwalifikacjach (do ISCED3 włącznie). The subject of the project is the REALISATION OF THE COMPLEX SUPPORT PROGRAM OF persons who are unemployed by: — elaboration/updating of the Individual Action Plan – job intermediation – training raising qualifications (operator/career of construction equipment, welder, caregiver, accountant/s) in accordance with the needs of local labour markets and indications in the IPD – 3 months traineeship in accordance with the training carried out. Thanks to the implemented support, the chances of project participants on the labour market will be significantly increased. Support will be given to 120 people (72 women and 48 men), over 29 years of age, living in K.C. in the Opolskie Voivodeship in powiats: Prudnicki, Brest, Nysa, Gludzicki, Namysłowski, unemployed (unemployed, job-seeker, inactive), especially those who are in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market, i.e.: — min. 9 people with disabilities (OZN) – min. 39 people 50± 42 long-term unemployed persons – min. 66 people with low qualifications (up to and including ISCED3). L’objet du projet est la REALISATION DU PROGRAMME COMPLÉMENTAIRE DU SOUTIEN DES personnes sans emploi à travers: — élaboration/mise à jour du plan d’action individuel — Intermédiation — formation visant à améliorer les qualifications (opérateur/équipement de construction, soudeur, soignant principal, comptable(s)) en fonction des besoins des marchés du travail locaux et des indications de la DPI — stage de 3 mois correspondant à la formation. Grâce au soutien mis en œuvre, les chances des participants au projet sur le marché du travail seront considérablement accrues. 120 personnes (72 femmes et 48 hommes), âgées de plus de 29 ans, vivant dans la province d’Opole dans les districts suivants seront soutenues: Prudnicki, Brest, Nyski, Głubczycki, Namysłów, qui sont sans emploi (chômeurs, demandeurs d’emploi, inactifs), notamment ceux qui se trouvent dans une situation particulièrement vulnérable sur le marché du travail, à savoir: — min. 9 personnes handicapées (OZN) — min. 39 personnes 50± 42 chômeurs de longue durée — min. 66 personnes peu qualifiées (jusqu’à et y compris la CITE3). Gegenstand des Projekts ist die REALISATION DES COMPLESING PROGRAMMS DES SUPPORTS von Personen ohne Beschäftigung durch: — Ausarbeitung/Aktualisierung des individuellen Aktionsplans – Vermittlung – Ausbildung zur Verbesserung der Qualifikationen (Bediener/Bauausrüstung, Schweißer, Senior Caregiver, Buchhalter(n)) entsprechend den Bedürfnissen der lokalen Arbeitsmärkte und Angaben im IPD – 3 Monate Praktikum im Einklang mit der Ausbildung. Dank der durchgeführten Unterstützung werden die Chancen der Projektteilnehmer auf dem Arbeitsmarkt deutlich erhöht. 120 Personen (72 Frauen und 48 Männer), die über 29 Jahre alt sind und in der Provinz Opole in den folgenden Bezirken leben, werden unterstützt: Prudnicki, Brest, Nyski, Głubczycki, Namysłów, die arbeitslos sind (Arbeitslose, Arbeitssuchende, Nichterwerbstätige), insbesondere solche, die sich in einer besonders schwierigen Lage auf dem Arbeitsmarkt befinden, d. h. — min. 9 Menschen mit Behinderungen (OZN) – min. 39 Personen 50± min. 42 Langzeitarbeitslose – min. 66 Geringqualifizierte (bis einschließlich ISCED3).
