W ramach projektu planowane są prace termomodernizacyjne i adaptacyjne w budynku byłej pralni, wymiana okien i drwi, ocieplenie stropodachu oraz ścian, wymiana instalacji c.o. wraz z regulacją, a także wymiana oświetlenia na energooszczędne. The project includes thermal retrofitting and adaptation work in the former laundry building, replacement of windows and mockery, warming of ceilings and walls, replacement of central heating and regulation, as well as replacement of lighting for energy efficient. As a result of the project – the start of thermal retrofitting works will be saved 105620.00 kWh/year of primary energy and 117.56 kWh/year of final energy. Thermomodernisierung von Gebäudetrennwänden 2. Modernisierung der Heizung 3. Nachrüstung von heißem Wasser 4. Ersetzen der Beleuchtung durch energiesparende 5. Vorbereitung des Energieaudits 6.
