Głównym celem projektu jest aktywizacja społeczno-zawodowa 100 osób /66K/ zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym z obszaru Powiatu Nowosądeckiego, poprzez wzmocnienie ich szans na rynku pracy dzięki kompleksowemu, zindywidualizowanemu wsparciu dostosowanemu do potrzeb i oczekiwań poszczególnych osób w okresie od 2016 do 2018 r. Grupą docelową (ostatecznymi odbiorcami wsparcia) projektu będzie 100 uczestników /66K/ zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym z terenu Powiatu Nowosądeckiego. Ostatecznymi odbiorcami wsparcia będą: osoby lub rodziny zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które w pierwszej kolejności wymagają aktywizacji społecznej (w tym w szczególności: osoby doświadczające wielokrotnego wykluczenia społecznego, osoby korzystające z PO Pomoc Żywnościowa); otoczenie osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym. Działania: 1. Rekrutacja uczestników (koszty pośrednie), 2. Pośrednictwo pracy i poradnictwo specjalistyczne, 3. Identyfikacja indywidualnych potrzeb oraz potencjału uczestników, 4. Poradnictwo psychologiczne i psychospołeczne oraz trening kompetencji i umiejętności społecznych, 5. Szkolenia, 6. Staże zawodowe. The main objective of the project is to activate the socio-occupational activity of 100 people/66K/risk at risk of poverty or social exclusion from the area of the New Judiciary District, by strengthening their employability through comprehensive, individualised support tailored to the needs and expectations of individuals between 2016 and 2018. The target group (final recipients of support) of the project will be 100 participants/66K/risk at risk of poverty or social exclusion from the area of the District. The final recipients of the support will be: people or families at risk of poverty or social exclusion who need social activation in the first place (including in particular: persons experiencing multiple social exclusion, persons benefiting from the Food Aid PO; the environment of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion. Actions: 1. Recruitment of participants (indirect costs), 2. Employment brokerage and specialist advice, 3. Identification of individual needs and potential of participants, 4. Psychological and psychosocial counseling and training of competences and social skills, 5. Training, 6. Apprenticeships. L’objectif principal du projet est l’activation socioprofessionnelle de 100 personnes/66K/celles exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale du district de Nowosądecki, en renforçant leur employabilité grâce à un soutien complet et personnalisé adapté aux besoins et aux attentes des individus au cours de la période 2016-2018. Le groupe cible (les bénéficiaires finaux du soutien) du projet sera de 100 participants/66K/ceux exposés au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale du district de Nowosądecki. Les bénéficiaires finaux de l’aide seront les suivants: les personnes ou familles exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale qui nécessitent une activation sociale en priorité (y compris notamment: les personnes en situation d’exclusion sociale multiple, bénéficiaires du PO Aide alimentaire); l’environnement des personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale. Hauptziel des Projekts ist die sozioökonomische Aktivierung von 100 Personen/66K/Personen, die von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung aus dem Bezirk Nowosądecki bedroht sind, indem ihre Beschäftigungsfähigkeit durch umfassende, personalisierte Unterstützung, die auf die Bedürfnisse und Erwartungen von Einzelpersonen im Zeitraum 2016 bis 2018 zugeschnitten ist, gestärkt wird. Die Zielgruppe (die Endempfänger der Unterstützung) des Projekts wird 100 Teilnehmer/66K/Personen sein, die von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung aus dem Bezirk Nowosądecki bedroht sind. Die Endempfänger der Unterstützung sind: von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedrohte Personen oder Familien, die eine soziale Aktivierung als Priorität benötigen (einschließlich insbesondere: Personen mit mehrfacher sozialer Ausgrenzung, Begünstigte von OP-Nahrungsmittelhilfe); die Umwelt der von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedrohten Menschen. Maßnahmen: 1. Einstellung der Teilnehmer (indirekte Kosten), 2. Vermittlung und Fachberatung, 3. Ermittlung der individuellen Bedürfnisse und des Potenzials der Teilnehmer, 4. Psychologische und psychosoziale Beratung und Ausbildung sozialer Kompetenzen und Fertigkeiten, 5. Ausbildung, 6. Praktika. Wichtigste Ergebnisse: — der Prozentsatz der von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedrohten Personen, die nach Ende ihrer Projektbeteiligung Fortschritte bei der Aktivierung der sozioökonomischen und beruflichen Betätigung und der Verringerung der zu verlierenden Entfernung erzielt haben oder weitere Aktivierung vorgenommen haben – 56 % – der Anteil der von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedrohten Personen, die nach dem Ende dieses Jahres von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind. — 22 %, – der Prozentsatz der Personen mit einem erheblichen Grad an Unvollständigkeit, von Menschen mit geistigen Behinderungen und von Menschen mit damit verbundenen Behinderungen, die nach Abschluss ihrer Teilnahme an dem Projekt Fortschritte beim Prozess der sozialschwierigen Aktivierung und Verringerung der Entfernung zur Vergiftung erzielt haben oder weitere Aktivierungen in Anspruch genommen haben – 46 % – der Prozentsatz der Personen mit einem erheblichen Grad an Unvollständigkeit, Menschen mit geistigen Behinderungen und Personen mit teilweiser Partialität, die nach Abschluss des Projekts an den Anstrengungen teilgenommen haben. 12 %. De belangrijkste doelstelling van het project is de sociaal-beroepsactivering van 100 mensen/66K/personen die het risico lopen in armoede of sociale uitsluiting te vervallen uit het district Nowosądecki, door hun inzetbaarheid te vergroten door middel van uitgebreide, gepersonaliseerde ondersteuning die is afgestemd op de behoeften en verwachtingen van individuen in de periode 2016-2018. De doelgroep (de eindontvangers van de steun) van het project is 100 deelnemers/66K/personen die risico lopen op armoede of sociale uitsluiting uit het district Nowosądecki. De eindontvangers van de steun zijn: personen of gezinnen die het risico lopen op armoede of sociale uitsluiting en die prioriteit hebben op sociale activering (met name: mensen die te maken hebben met meervoudige sociale uitsluiting, begunstigden van het OP voedselhulp); het milieu van mensen die het risico lopen op armoede of sociale uitsluiting. Acties: 1. Aanwerving van deelnemers (indirecte kosten), 2. Plaatsing en gespecialiseerde begeleiding, 3. Identificatie van de individuele behoeften en het potentieel van de deelnemers, 4. Psychologische en psychosociale begeleiding en opleiding van sociale competenties en vaardigheden, 5. Opleiding, 6. Stageplaatsen. Belangrijkste resultaten: — het percentage mensen dat risico loopt op armoede of sociale uitsluiting dat, na afloop van hun deelname aan het project, vooruitgang heeft geboekt bij het proces van sociaal-beroepsactivering en het verkleinen van de te verliezen afstand, of dat verdere activering heeft uitgevoerd — 56 % — het percentage personen dat risico loopt op armoede of sociale uitsluiting die na het einde van het project het risico lopen op armoede of sociale uitsluiting. — 22 %, — het percentage personen met een aanzienlijke mate van onvolledigheid, personen met een verstandelijke handicap en personen met een geassocieerde handicap die na afloop van hun deelname aan het project vooruitgang hebben geboekt in het proces van sociaal-moeilijke activering en vermindering van de afstand tot vergiftiging, of die na afloop van het project het percentage personen met een aanzienlijke mate van onvolledigheid, personen met een verstandelijke handicap en personen met partiële partijdigheden die na het einde van het project aan de inspanning hebben deelgenomen, verder hebben geactiveerd. 12 %. I destinatari finali del sostegno saranno: individui o famiglie a rischio di povertà o di esclusione sociale che richiedono l'attivazione sociale in via prioritaria (in particolare: persone che si trovano in situazione di esclusione sociale multipla, beneficiari del PO aiuto alimentare); l'ambiente delle persone a rischio di povertà o di esclusione sociale. Azioni: 1. Assunzione di partecipanti (costi indiretti), 2. Collocamento e consulenza specialistica, 3. Individuazione delle esigenze individuali e del potenziale dei partecipanti, 4. Consulenza psicologica e psicosociale e formazione di competenze e abilità sociali, 5. Formazione, 6. Tirocinio.
