Celem projektu jest zwiększenie poziomu zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych w wieku 30 lat i więcej w powiecie limanowskim, w tym osób długotrwale bezrobotnych i osób z niepełnosprawnościami. Grupę docelową w projekcie stanowić będzie 50 osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej, zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Limanowej jako bezrobotne, zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy II w rozumieniu ustawy o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, w tym 28 osób długotrwale bezrobotnych i 22 osoby z niepełnosprawnościami. Cel ten zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację następujących zadań: - identyfikacja indywidualnych potrzeb uczestników projektu (IPD), - poradnictwo zawodowe, - pośrednictwo pracy, - szkolenie z zakresu poszukiwania pracy z modułem psychologicznym, - szkolenia zawodowe, - staże, - wyposażenie lub doposażenie stanowiska pracy. W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przeprowadzona zostanie analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych na podstawie której otrzymają oni konkretną kompleksową ofertę aktywizacji zawodowej, uwzględniającą udział w co najmniej 3 formach wsparcia. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez uczestników projektu na poziomie: - co najmniej 20% dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami; - co najmniej 35% dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostaną osiągnięte również inne rezultaty: - nabycie umiejętności poszukiwania pracy przez 20 osób, - wzrost motywacji do podjęcia aktywności zawodowej u 16 osób, - nabycie kwalifikacji i kompetencji, w tym z zakresu kompetencji cyfrowych przez 16 osób, - nabycie praktycznych umiejętności do wykonywania pracy przez 34 osoby. The aim of the project is to increase the employment rate of unemployed people aged 30 years and above in the Limanowski district, including the long-term unemployed and people with disabilities. The target group in the project will consist of 50 people aged 30 and over, registered in the District Labour Office in Limanowa as unemployed, qualified to the aid profile II within the meaning of the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, including 28 long-term unemployed and 22 people with disabilities. This objective will be achieved by carrying out the following tasks: — identification of individual needs of project participants (IPD), – career guidance, – job intermediation, – training in job search with a psychological module, – vocational training, – internships, – equipment or retrofitting of the workplace. The project will analyse skills, predispositions and professional problems for each participant, on the basis of which they will receive a specific comprehensive offer of professional activation, taking into account participation in at least 3 forms of support. The main result of the project will be the employment of project participants at the level of: — at least 20 % for persons with disabilities; — at least 35 % for the long-term unemployed. Other results will also be achieved as a result of the project: — the acquisition of skills for job search by 20 people, – an increase in motivation to engage in employment in 16 people, – the acquisition of qualifications and competences, including digital competences by 16 people, – the acquisition of practical skills to perform work by 34 people. L’objectif du projet est d’augmenter le taux d’emploi des chômeurs âgés de 30 ans et plus dans le district de Limanie, y compris les chômeurs de longue durée et les personnes handicapées. Le groupe cible du projet sera de 50 personnes âgées de 30 ans et plus, inscrites au bureau du travail du district de Limanowa en tant que chômeurs, remplissant les conditions requises pour bénéficier du profil d’aide II au sens de la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail, dont 28 chômeurs de longue durée et 22 personnes handicapées. Le principal résultat du projet sera le début de l’emploi par les participants au projet au niveau: — au moins 20 % pour les personnes handicapées; — au moins 35 % pour les chômeurs de longue durée. D’autres résultats seront également obtenus grâce au projet: — acquisition de 20 aptitudes à la recherche d’un emploi, — motivation accrue à prendre un emploi chez 16 personnes, — acquisition de qualifications et de compétences, y compris les compétences numériques par 16 personnes, — acquisition de compétences pratiques pour 34 personnes pour travailler. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsquote von Arbeitslosen im Alter von 30 Jahren und darüber im Bezirk Liman, einschließlich Langzeitarbeitslosen und Menschen mit Behinderungen, zu erhöhen. Zielgruppe des Projekts sind 50 Personen ab 30 Jahren, die im Bezirksarbeitsamt in Limanowa als arbeitslos registriert sind und für das Beihilfeprofil II im Sinne des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen, darunter 28 Langzeitarbeitslose und 22 Menschen mit Behinderungen, qualifiziert sind. Dieses Ziel wird durch folgende Aufgaben erreicht: — Ermittlung der individuellen Bedürfnisse der Projektteilnehmer (IPD), – Berufsberatung, – Stellenvermittlung, – Ausbildung in der Arbeitssuche mit einem psychologischen Modul, – Berufsausbildung, – Praktika, – Ausrüstung oder Nachrüstung des Arbeitsplatzes. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird für jeden Teilnehmer eine Analyse von Fähigkeiten, Prädispositionen und beruflichen Problemen durchgeführt, auf deren Grundlage sie ein spezifisches umfassendes Angebot an beruflicher Aktivierung erhalten, einschließlich der Teilnahme an mindestens drei Formen der Unterstützung. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts ist der Beginn der Beschäftigung durch Projektteilnehmer auf folgender Ebene: — mindestens 20 % für Menschen mit Behinderungen; — mindestens 35 % für Langzeitarbeitslose. Weitere Ergebnisse werden auch durch das Projekt erzielt: — Erwerb von 20 Kompetenzen für die Arbeitssuche, – erhöhte Motivation zur Aufnahme einer Arbeit in 16 Personen, – Erwerb von Qualifikationen und Kompetenzen, einschließlich digitaler Kompetenzen durch 16 Personen, – Erwerb praktischer Fähigkeiten für 34 Erwerbstätige. Het doel van het project is het verhogen van de arbeidsparticipatie van werklozen van 30 jaar en ouder in het district Limanië, met inbegrip van langdurig werklozen en personen met een handicap. De doelgroep van het project is 50 personen van 30 jaar en ouder, die in het districtsarbeidsbureau in Limanowa als werkloze zijn ingeschreven en in aanmerking komen voor steunprofiel II in de zin van de Wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt, waaronder 28 langdurig werklozen en 22 personen met een handicap. Deze doelstelling zal worden verwezenlijkt door middel van de volgende taken: identificatie van de individuele behoeften van projectdeelnemers (IPD), — loopbaanbegeleiding, — arbeidsbemiddeling, — opleiding in het zoeken naar werk met een psychologische module, — beroepsopleiding, — stages, — uitrusting of aanpassing van de werkplek. In het kader van het project zal voor elke deelnemer een analyse van vaardigheden, aanleg en professionele problemen worden uitgevoerd op basis waarvan zij een specifiek uitgebreid aanbod van professionele activering ontvangen, met inbegrip van deelname aan ten minste drie vormen van ondersteuning. Het belangrijkste resultaat van het project is de start van de werkgelegenheid door de projectdeelnemers op het niveau van: — ten minste 20 % voor personen met een handicap; — ten minste 35 % voor langdurig werklozen. Andere resultaten zullen ook worden bereikt als gevolg van het project: — verwerving van 20 vaardigheden op het gebied van het zoeken naar werk, — meer motivatie om bij 16 mensen aan het werk te gaan — verwerving van kwalificaties en competenties, met inbegrip van digitale competenties door 16 personen, — verwerving van praktische vaardigheden voor 34 mensen om te werken. L'obiettivo del progetto è aumentare il tasso di occupazione dei disoccupati di età pari o superiore a 30 anni nel distretto di Limania, compresi i disoccupati di lunga durata e le persone con disabilità. Il gruppo destinatario del progetto sarà costituito da 50 persone di età pari o superiore a 30 anni, registrate presso l'Ufficio del lavoro distrettuale di Limanowa come disoccupati, qualificate per il profilo di aiuto II ai sensi della legge sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro, tra cui 28 disoccupati di lunga durata e 22 persone con disabilità. Tale obiettivo sarà conseguito attraverso i seguenti compiti: — identificazione delle esigenze individuali dei partecipanti al progetto (IPD), — orientamento professionale, — collocamento, — formazione alla ricerca di un lavoro con un modulo psicologico, — formazione professionale, — stage, — attrezzature o ammodernamento del posto di lavoro. Nell'ambito del progetto, per ciascun partecipante verrà effettuata un'analisi delle competenze, delle predisposizioni e dei problemi professionali sulla base della quale essi riceveranno una specifica offerta completa di attivazione professionale, compresa la partecipazione ad almeno 3 forme di sostegno. Il principale risultato del progetto sarà l'inizio dell'occupazione da parte dei partecipanti al progetto a livello di: — almeno il 20 % per le persone con disabilità; — almeno il 35 % per i disoccupati di lunga durata. El grupo destinatario del proyecto será de 50 personas de 30 años o más, inscritas en la Oficina de Trabajo del Distrito de Limanowa como desempleadas, calificadas para el perfil de ayuda II en el sentido de la Ley de Promoción del Empleo y las Instituciones del Mercado de Trabajo, entre ellas 28 desempleados de larga duración y 22 personas con discapacidad. Este objetivo se alcanzará mediante las siguientes tareas: — identificación de las necesidades individuales de los participantes en el proyecto (DPI), — orientación profesional, — colocación, — formación en búsqueda de empleo con un módulo psicológico, — formación profesional, — prácticas, — equipamiento o adaptación del lugar de trabajo. Como parte del proyecto, se llevará a cabo un análisis de competencias, predisposiciones y problemas profesionales para cada participante sobre cuya base recibirán una oferta integral específica de activación profesional, incluida la participación en al menos tres formas de apoyo. El principal resultado del proyecto será el inicio del empleo por parte de los participantes en el proyecto a nivel de: al menos un 20 % para las personas con discapacidad; — al menos un 35 % para los desempleados de larga duración.
