W odpow.na te wyzwania Partnerzy przygotowali proj.,w ramach którego wsparciem zostanie objętych 50 U (4 uczennice i 46 uczniów) Zespołu Szkół nr 2 im. Eugeniusza Kwiatkowskiego w Puławach oraz 10 nauczycieli kształcenia zawodowego uczących w ww.szkole. Projekt realizowany w okresie I-XII 2019r. na terenie woj.lubelskiego (Puławy). Celem gł.proj.jest podniesienie do XII 2019r. poziomu kwalifikacji i doświadczenia zaw. 50 uczniów Zespołu Szkół nr 2 im.Eugeniusza Kwiatkowskiego w Puławach przyczyniające się do zwiększenia ich zdolności do zatrudnienia dzięki wzmocnieniu jakości i rozszerzeniu oferty edukacyjnej ww.szkoły,tj.poprzez jej doposażenie w sprzęt/materiały dydakt.oraz aktualizację wiedzy nauczycieli i instruktorów praktycznej nauki zawodu. Education incl. is one of the priorities of education tasks and an important element of social life organisation.-gosp.Progress of technologist.and continuous development of gosp. based on knowledge generates the need to fulfil the labour market highly qualified. In response to these challenges, the partners prepared a project which will support 50 U (4 pupils and 46 students) Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski School Team No.2 in Puławy and 10 vocational training teachers in the above-mentioned school. Project implemented in the period I-XII 2019 in the Lubelskie Voivodeship (Puławy). The aim of the project is to raise the level of qualification and experience up to XII 2019. 50 pupils of Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski School No. 2 in Puławy, who contribute to increasing their employability by strengthening the quality and broadening of the educational offer of the above school, i.e. by equipping it with teaching equipment/materials and updating the knowledge of teachers and trainers of practical training. The project provides comprehensive support, i.e.:equipment of the school supported in the project with the equipment/teaching materials necessary for the implementation of education, including updating the knowledge of teachers and trainers of practical training, as well as the organisation of internships and/or internships for U employers. Project implements the type of project: a, d, f. The support in the project includes:Performance of pupils in order to achieve additional requirements to increase their rights on the labour market- to make sure that they do not have the right to do so. L’éducation est l’une des priorités. les tâches éducatives et un élément important de l’organisation de la consommation sociale.Progrès de la technologie.et le développement constant du gosp. basé sur les connaissances génère la nécessité de remplir le marché du travail hautement qualifié. Face à ces défis, les partenaires ont élaboré un projet visant à couvrir 50 U (4 élèves et 46 élèves) du complexe scolaire Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski no 2 à Puławy et 10 enseignants de l’enseignement professionnel à l’école. Projet mis en œuvre au cours de la période I-XII 2019 dans la voïvodie de Lublin (Puławy). L’objectif du projet est d’augmenter le niveau de qualification et d’expérience dans ce domaine d’ici décembre 2019. 50 élèves du complexe scolaire Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski no 2 à Puławy, contribuant à accroître leur employabilité en renforçant la qualité et en élargissant l’offre éducative de l’école, c’est-à-dire en la modernisant avec du matériel pédagogique et en actualisant les connaissances des enseignants et des instructeurs d’apprentissage pratique. Bildung ist eine der Prioritäten. Bildungsaufgaben und ein wichtiges Element der Organisation des sozialen Konsums.Progress der Technologie.und die ständige Entwicklung der gosp.basierend auf Wissen erzeugt die Notwendigkeit, den Arbeitsmarkt hochqualifiziert zu füllen.Absolventen von inkl. Schulen, Qualifikationen in Übereinstimmung mit den Erwartungen der PD. Als Reaktion auf diese Herausforderungen bereiteten die Partner ein Projekt vor, das 50 U (4 Schüler und 46 Schüler) des Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski-Schulkomplexes Nr. 2 in Puławy und 10 Lehrer für berufliche Bildung an der Schule abdeckt. Projekt, das im Zeitraum I-XII 2019 in der Woiwodschaft Lublin (Puławy) durchgeführt wurde. Ziel des Projekts ist es, das Qualifikations- und Erfahrungsniveau in diesem Bereich bis Dezember 2019 zu erhöhen. 50 Schüler des Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski-Schulkomplexes Nr. 2 in Puławy tragen zur Verbesserung ihrer Beschäftigungsfähigkeit bei, indem sie die Qualität stärken und das Bildungsangebot der Schule erweitern, d. h. durch Nachrüstung mit Lehrmitteln/Materialien und Aktualisierung der Kenntnisse von Lehrern und Ausbildern praktischer Lehrlingsausbildungen. In antwoord op deze uitdagingen hebben de partners een project voorbereid voor 50 U (4 studenten en 46 studenten) van Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski School Complex nr. 2 in Puławy en 10 leraren in het beroepsonderwijs op de school. Project uitgevoerd in de periode I-XII 2019 in het woiwodschap Lublin (Puławy). Het doel van het project is om het niveau van kwalificaties en ervaring op dit gebied tegen december 2019 te verhogen. 50 studenten van het Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski School Complex nr. 2 in Puławy, die bijdragen tot het vergroten van hun inzetbaarheid door de kwaliteit te verbeteren en het onderwijsaanbod van de school uit te breiden, d.w.z. door het te vernieuwen met onderwijsmateriaal/materiaal en door de kennis van leerkrachten en instructeurs van praktische leerplaatsen te actualiseren. In risposta a queste sfide, i partner hanno preparato un progetto per coprire 50 U (4 studenti e 46 studenti) del Complesso scolastico n. 2 Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski a Puławy e 10 insegnanti di formazione professionale presso la scuola. Progetto attuato nel periodo I-XII 2019 nel voivodato di Lublino (Puławy).
