Projekt jest działaniem służącym realizacji przyjętej przez ELTEM Sp. z o o. ogólnej strategii rozwoju firmy, ukierunkowanej na rozwój produktu i rynku. Głównym celem projektu jest wdrożenie wyników samodzielnie przeprowadzonych prac badawczo - rozwojowych. Cele operacyjne projektu to: 1) Uruchomienie produkcji nowego systemu sterowania, stanowiącego innowację produktową, 2) Wprowadzenie innowacji organizacyjnej, 3) Wzrost stopnia internacjonalizacji przedsiębiorstwa 4) Podjęcie współpracy z jednostką naukową Posiadamy wyniki własnych prac B+R, które dotyczą innowacyjnego systemu sterowania pracą maszyn rolniczych. Dzięki wdrożeniu tego rozwiązania poszerzymy ofertę wyrobów. Opracowany system sterowania jest znaczącym ulepszeniem już istniejących rozwiązań (opartych na systemie ISOBUS) polegającym na tym, że jednostką centralną odpowiedzialną za wykonywanie programu oraz przechowywanie informacji o parametrach i historii pracy maszyny rolniczej jest układ wykonawczy trwale połączony z maszyną. Pulpit sterowania jest tak zaprojektowany i oprogramowany, iż może być elementem wymiennym i współpracować z całą grupą układów wykonawczych. To sprawia, że system jest uniwersalny. Innowacja organizacyjna będzie polegała na zastosowaniu nowej metodyki optymalizacji procesów logistycznych w przedsiębiorstwie produkcyjnym. Powyższe cele operacyjne zostaną zrealizowane dzięki rozbudowie istniejącego budynku produkcyjnego i zakupie niezbędnych maszyn, urządzeń i wyposażenia (w tym oprogramowania komputerowego). Uruchomimy produkcję, która dostarczy producentom maszyn rolniczych produkt pozytywnie wpływający na funkcjonowanie ich łańcucha wartości. Będą oni mogli zaoferować swoim klientom nowoczesne siewniki, owijarki i prasy. Dzięki temu wzmocnimy swoją pozycję konkurencyjną na rynku polskim i wejdziemy na nowy dla nas rynek Ukrainy. Projekt jest zgodny z obowiązującym prawem i respektuje wszystkie polityki horyzontalne Unii Europejskiej. (Polish)

The project is an action to implement the company’s overall development strategy, adopted by Eltem Sp. z o. o., aimed at product and market development. The main objective of the project is to implement the results of self-contained research and development. The operational objectives of the project are: 1) Launching the production of a new control system, which is a product innovation, 2) Introducing organisational innovation, 3) Increasing the degree of internationalisation of the enterprise 4) Commitment of cooperation with the scientific unit We have the results of our own R & D works, which concern the innovative system of control of agricultural machinery. Thanks to the implementation of this solution, we will expand our range of products. The developed control system is a significant improvement in existing solutions (based on ISOBUS) that the central unit responsible for the execution of the program and storing information about the parameters and history of the agricultural machine is the executive system permanently connected to the machine. The control panel is so designed and programmed that it can be interchangeable and cooperate with a whole group of executive systems. It makes the system universal. Organizational innovation will consist of applying a new methodology for optimising logistics processes in a manufacturing company. The above operational objectives will be achieved by expanding the existing production building and purchasing the necessary machines, equipment and equipment (including computer software). We will launch a production that will provide agricultural machinery manufacturers with a positive impact on the functioning of their value chain. They will be able to offer their customers modern seed drills, wrapping machines and presses. Thanks to this, we will strengthen our competitive position on the Polish market and enter the new Ukrainian market for us. Le projet est une activité visant à mettre en œuvre la stratégie globale de développement adoptée par ELTEM Sp. z o.o., visant le développement du produit et du marché. L’objectif principal du projet est de mettre en œuvre les résultats des travaux de recherche et de développement réalisés par eux-mêmes. Les objectifs opérationnels du projet sont les suivants: 1) Lancement de la production d’un nouveau système de contrôle, qui est une innovation de produit, 2) Introduction de l’innovation organisationnelle, 3) Augmentation du degré d’internationalisation de l’entreprise 4) Coopération avec l’unité scientifique Nous avons les résultats de nos propres travaux de R & D, qui concernent un système innovant de contrôle du travail des machines agricoles. Grâce à la mise en œuvre de cette solution, nous élargirons la gamme de produits. Le système de contrôle mis au point constitue une amélioration significative des solutions existantes (basées sur le système ISOBUS) par lesquelles l’unité centrale responsable de la mise en œuvre du programme et du stockage des informations sur les paramètres et l’historique de la machine agricole est le système d’exécution connecté en permanence à la machine. Le panneau de commande est conçu et logiciel afin qu’il puisse être un élément amovible et peut fonctionner avec tout un ensemble de systèmes d’exécution. Cela rend le système universel. L’innovation organisationnelle consistera à appliquer une nouvelle méthodologie pour optimiser les processus logistiques dans une entreprise de production. Ces objectifs opérationnels seront atteints par l’expansion du bâtiment de production existant et l’achat des machines, équipements et équipements nécessaires (y compris des logiciels). Nous lancerons une production qui fournira aux fabricants de machines agricoles un produit qui aura un impact positif sur le fonctionnement de leur chaîne de valeur. Ils seront en mesure d’offrir à leurs clients des semoirs modernes, des emballages et des presses. Grâce à cela, nous renforcerons notre position concurrentielle sur le marché polonais et nous entrerons sur le nouveau marché de l’Ukraine pour nous. Das Projekt ist eine Maßnahme zur Umsetzung der allgemeinen Entwicklungsstrategie der ELTEM Sp. z o.o., die auf die Entwicklung des Produkts und des Marktes abzielt. Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Umsetzung der Ergebnisse der selbst durchgeführten Forschungs- und Entwicklungsarbeiten. Die operativen Ziele des Projekts sind: 1) Einführung der Produktion eines neuen Kontrollsystems, das eine Produktinnovation ist, 2) Einführung von organisatorischer Innovation, 3) Erhöhung des Grades der Internationalisierung des Unternehmens 4) Zusammenarbeit mit der wissenschaftlichen Einheit Wir haben die Ergebnisse unserer eigenen F & E-Arbeiten, die ein innovatives System der Kontrolle der Arbeit von landwirtschaftlichen Maschinen betreffen. Dank der Implementierung dieser Lösung werden wir das Produktsortiment erweitern. Das entwickelte Steuerungssystem ist eine deutliche Verbesserung der bereits bestehenden Lösungen (basierend auf dem ISOBUS-System), wobei die zentrale Einheit, die für die Programmdurchführung und die Speicherung von Informationen über Parameter und Geschichte der landwirtschaftlichen Maschine verantwortlich ist, das Ausführungssystem ist, das permanent mit der Maschine verbunden ist. Das Bedienfeld ist so konzipiert und softwared, dass es ein abnehmbares Element sein kann und mit einer ganzen Reihe von Ausführungssystemen arbeiten kann. Das macht das System universell. Organisatorische Innovation besteht in der Anwendung einer neuen Methodik zur Optimierung von Logistikprozessen in einem Produktionsunternehmen. Diese operativen Ziele werden durch die Erweiterung des bestehenden Produktionsgebäudes und die Anschaffung der erforderlichen Maschinen, Ausrüstungen und Ausrüstungen (einschließlich Computersoftware) erreicht. Wir werden eine Produktion starten, die den Herstellern von Landmaschinen ein Produkt zur Verfügung stellt, das sich positiv auf die Funktionsweise ihrer Wertschöpfungskette auswirkt. Het project is een activiteit gericht op de uitvoering van de algemene ontwikkelingsstrategie van ELTEM Sp. z o.o., gericht op de ontwikkeling van het product en de markt. De belangrijkste doelstelling van het project is het implementeren van de resultaten van zelf uitgevoerde onderzoeks- en ontwikkelingswerkzaamheden. De operationele doelstellingen van het project zijn: 1) Het lanceren van de productie van een nieuw controlesysteem, dat een productinnovatie is, 2) Introductie van organisatorische innovatie, 3) Verhoging van de mate van internationalisering van de onderneming 4) Samenwerking met de wetenschappelijke eenheid Wij hebben de resultaten van onze eigen R & D-werken, die een innovatief systeem van controle van het werk van landbouwmachines betreffen. Dankzij de implementatie van deze oplossing zullen we het assortiment uitbreiden. Het ontwikkelde controlesysteem is een aanzienlijke verbetering van de reeds bestaande oplossingen (op basis van het ISOBUS-systeem) waarbij de centrale eenheid die verantwoordelijk is voor de uitvoering van het programma en de opslag van informatie over de parameters en geschiedenis van de landbouwmachine, het uitvoeringssysteem is dat permanent op de machine is aangesloten. Het bedieningspaneel is zo ontworpen en ontwikkeld dat het een verwijderbaar element kan zijn en kan werken met een hele reeks uitvoeringssystemen. Dit maakt het systeem universeel. Organisatorische innovatie zal bestaan uit het toepassen van een nieuwe methodologie voor het optimaliseren van logistieke processen in een productiebedrijf. Deze operationele doelstellingen zullen worden verwezenlijkt door de uitbreiding van het bestaande productiegebouw en de aankoop van de nodige machines, uitrusting en apparatuur (met inbegrip van computersoftware). We zullen een productie lanceren die fabrikanten van landbouwmachines een product biedt dat een positief effect heeft op de werking van hun waardeketen. Zij zullen hun klanten moderne zaaiers, wikkels en persen kunnen aanbieden. Dankzij dit zullen we onze concurrentiepositie op de Poolse markt versterken en voor ons de nieuwe markt van Oekraïne betreden. Het project is in overeenstemming met het toepasselijke recht en respecteert alle horizontale beleidsmaatregelen van de Europese Unie. (Dutch)

Il progetto è un'attività finalizzata all'attuazione della strategia globale di sviluppo adottata da ELTEM Sp. z o.o., finalizzata allo sviluppo del prodotto e del mercato. L'obiettivo principale del progetto è quello di implementare i risultati del lavoro di ricerca e sviluppo auto-eseguito. Gli obiettivi operativi del progetto sono: 1) Avviare la produzione di un nuovo sistema di controllo, che è un'innovazione di prodotto, 2) Introduzione dell'innovazione organizzativa, 3) Aumento del grado di internazionalizzazione dell'impresa 4) Cooperazione con l'unità scientifica Abbiamo i risultati dei nostri propri lavori di R & S, che riguardano un sistema innovativo di controllo del lavoro delle macchine agricole. Grazie all'implementazione di questa soluzione amplieremo la gamma di prodotti. Il sistema di controllo sviluppato è un significativo miglioramento delle soluzioni già esistenti (basate sul sistema ISOBUS) in cui l'unità centrale responsabile dell'attuazione del programma e della memorizzazione delle informazioni sui parametri e la storia della macchina agricola è il sistema di esecuzione permanentemente collegato alla macchina. Il pannello di controllo è progettato e programmato in modo che possa essere un elemento rimovibile e possa funzionare con un intero set di sistemi di esecuzione. Questo rende il sistema universale. L'innovazione organizzativa consisterà nell'applicare una nuova metodologia per ottimizzare i processi logistici in un'azienda di produzione. Questi obiettivi operativi saranno raggiunti attraverso l'ampliamento dell'edificio produttivo esistente e l'acquisto dei macchinari, delle attrezzature e delle attrezzature necessarie (compreso il software informatico). Lanceremo una produzione che fornirà ai produttori di macchine agricole un prodotto che ha un impatto positivo sul funzionamento della loro catena del valore. El proyecto es una actividad destinada a implementar la estrategia global de desarrollo adoptada por ELTEM Sp. z o.o., dirigida al desarrollo del producto y del mercado. El objetivo principal del proyecto es implementar los resultados del trabajo de investigación y desarrollo auto-realizado. Los objetivos operativos del proyecto son: 1) Lanzamiento de la producción de un nuevo sistema de control, que es una innovación de producto, 2) Introducción de la innovación organizacional, 3) Aumento del grado de internacionalización de la empresa 4) Cooperación con la unidad científica Tenemos los resultados de nuestras propias obras de I+D, que se refieren a un innovador sistema de control del trabajo de maquinaria agrícola. Gracias a la implementación de esta solución ampliaremos la gama de productos. El sistema de control desarrollado es una mejora significativa de las soluciones ya existentes (basadas en el sistema ISOBUS), por lo que la unidad central responsable de la ejecución del programa y el almacenamiento de información sobre los parámetros e historia de la máquina agrícola es el sistema de ejecución permanentemente conectado a la máquina. El panel de control está diseñado y programado para que pueda ser un elemento extraíble y pueda funcionar con todo un conjunto de sistemas de ejecución. Esto hace que el sistema sea universal. La innovación organizativa consistirá en aplicar una nueva metodología para optimizar los procesos logísticos en una empresa productora. Estos objetivos operativos se alcanzarán mediante la ampliación del edificio de producción existente y la adquisición de la maquinaria, el equipo y el equipo necesarios (incluidos los programas informáticos). Lanzaremos una producción que proporcionará a los fabricantes de maquinaria agrícola un producto que tenga un impacto positivo en el funcionamiento de su cadena de valor.
