Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej w miejscowości Drzeńsko w Gminie Rzepin. Do zakresu rzeczowego należą następujące zadania: 1. Roboty budowlane 2. Opracowanie kompletnej dokumentacji projektowej 3. Program Funkcjonalno-Użytkowy 4. Inspektor nadzoru 5. Studium wykonalności 6. Promocja projektu Głównym problemem Wnioskodawcy w zakresie gospodarki komunalnej jest niska jakość ochrony środowiska wynikająca z niedostatecznej liczby ludności korzystającej z systemu oczyszczania ścieków. Planowany do realizacji projekt dąży do zwiększenia odbioru i oczyszczania ścieków bytowo-przemysłowych na terenie Aglomeracji Rzepin i zwiększenia liczby podłączonych do sieci mieszkańców. W obecnym stanie Gmina Repin posiada 30,5 km wybudowanej kanalizacji sanitarnej i obsługuje 6682 os. na 9079 mieszkańców aglomeracji Rzepin (Źródło: KPOŚK). Niezbędna jest dalsza kanalizacja gminy celem eliminacji przedostawania się nieczystości z nieszczelnych szamb do gleb i wód oraz likwidacja „dzikich” zrzutów ścieków do rzeki. Projekt będzie adresowany do wszystkich mieszkańców gminy, przedsiębiorstw i turystów, którzy są żywo zainteresowani poprawą systemu oczyszczania ścieków i ochrony wszystkich komponentów środowiska przyrodniczego. Głównym celem niniejszego projektu jest zwiększenie liczby ludności korzystającej z systemu oczyszczania ścieków celem poprawy jakości środowiska naturalnego. W wyniku realizacji projektu powstanie 6 350,1 mb sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej i przyłączonych do sieci zostanie 420 mieszkańców. Efektem projektu będzie osiągnięcie wskaźników produktu: - Długość wybudowanej kanalizacji sanitarnej - 2,05 km Projekt będzie realizowany metodą wykopu otwartego oraz miejscami metodą bezwykopową. Zaprojektowano system kanalizacji sanitarnej grawitacyjno – ciśnieniowy. Technologię i metodę wykonania wybrano ze względu na ukształtowanie terenu. The subject of the project is the construction of a sanitary sewer system in the village of Drzeńsko in the Rzepin Commune. The following tasks shall be included in the material scope: 1. Project promotion The main problem of the Applicant in the field of municipal economy is the low quality of environmental protection resulting from insufficient population using the sewage treatment system. The planned project aims to increase the collection and treatment of household and industrial waste water in the Rzepin Agglomeration and increase the number of connected residents. In its present state, Repin has 30.5 km of built sanitary sewage system and serves 6682 people per 9079 inhabitants of the Rzepin agglomeration (Source: I'M SORRY. Further drainage of the municipality is necessary to eliminate the leakage from leaky cesspools to soil and water and to eliminate “wild” discharges of sewage into the river. The project will be addressed to all residents of the municipality, businesses and tourists who are keenly interested in improving the sewage treatment system and protecting all components of the natural environment. The main objective of this project is to increase the population using the sewage treatment system in order to improve the quality of the environment. As a result of the project, 6350.1 m of sanitary sewage system will be built and 420 inhabitants will be connected to the network. The project will result in the achievement of product indicators: — Length of built sanitary sewage system – 2.05 km The project will be implemented by an open excavation method and in places without excavation. A gravity-pressure sanitary sewer system has been designed. The technology and method of execution were chosen because of the terrain. Le projet concerne la construction d’un réseau d’assainissement à Drzeńsko dans la municipalité de Rzepin. Le champ d’application matériel comprend les tâches suivantes: 1. Travaux de construction 2. Préparation de la documentation complète du projet 3. Programme d’utilisation fonctionnelle 4. Inspecteur de surveillance 5. Étude de faisabilité 6. Promotion du projet Le principal problème de la requérante dans le domaine de la gestion municipale est la mauvaise qualité de la protection de l’environnement résultant de l’insuffisance de la population utilisant le système de traitement des eaux usées. Le projet envisagé vise à accroître la collecte et le traitement des eaux usées domestiques et industrielles dans l’agglomération de Rzepin et à augmenter le nombre de résidents connectés au réseau. Dans son état actuel, la municipalité de Repin dispose de 30,5 km d’égouts sanitaires construits et dessert 6682 personnes pour 9 099 habitants de l’agglomération de Rzepin (Source: LE NEPK). D’autres systèmes d’assainissement de la municipalité sont nécessaires afin d’éliminer les fuites des fosses septiques qui fuient dans les sols et les eaux et d’éliminer les rejets «sauvages» d’eaux usées dans la rivière. Le projet s’adressera à tous les résidents de la municipalité, aux entreprises et aux touristes qui souhaitent améliorer le système de traitement des eaux usées et protéger toutes les composantes de l’environnement naturel. L’objectif principal de ce projet est d’augmenter la population utilisant le système de traitement des eaux usées afin d’améliorer la qualité de l’environnement. Grâce au projet, 420 habitants seront raccordés au réseau d’assainissement et 420 habitants seront raccordés au réseau. Le résultat du projet sera la réalisation d’indicateurs de réalisation: — Longueur du système d’assainissement sanitaire construit — 2,05 km Le projet sera réalisé selon la méthode d’excavation ouverte et la méthode sans tranchées. Vorbereitung der vollständigen Projektdokumentation 3. Functional-Usage-Programm 4. Aufsichtsinspektor 5. Machbarkeitsstudie 6. Förderung des Projekts Das Hauptproblem des Antragstellers auf dem Gebiet der kommunalen Verwaltung ist die schlechte Qualität des Umweltschutzes durch die unzureichende Bevölkerung, die das Abwasserbehandlungssystem nutzt. Das geplante Projekt zielt darauf ab, die Sammlung und Behandlung von Haus- und Industrieabwässern im Agglomeration Rzepin zu erhöhen und die Zahl der an das Netz angeschlossenen Bewohner zu erhöhen. In ihrem derzeitigen Zustand hat die Gemeinde Repin 30,5 km sanitäre Kanalisation gebaut und bedient 6682 Personen pro 9.099 Einwohner des Ballungsraums Rzepin (Quelle: DIE NEPK). Weitere Kanalisationen der Gemeinde sind erforderlich, um die Leckagen aus dem Auslaufen von Klärtanks in Böden und Gewässer zu beseitigen und „wilde“ Abwassereinleitungen in den Fluss zu beseitigen. Das Projekt richtet sich an alle Einwohner der Gemeinde, Unternehmen und Touristen, die sich sehr für die Verbesserung des Abwasserbehandlungssystems und den Schutz aller Bestandteile der natürlichen Umwelt interessieren. Hauptziel dieses Projekts ist die Erhöhung der Bevölkerung, die das Abwasserbehandlungssystem nutzt, um die Umweltqualität zu verbessern. Als Ergebnis des Projekts werden 420 Einwohner an das Kanalisationsnetz angeschlossen und 420 Einwohner an das Netz angeschlossen. Das Ergebnis des Projekts wird das Erreichen von Outputindikatoren sein: — Länge der sanitären Kanalisation gebaut – 2,05 km Das Projekt wird durch offene Ausgrabungsmethode und grabenlose Methode durchgeführt. Bevordering van het project Het belangrijkste probleem van de aanvrager op het gebied van gemeentelijk beheer is de slechte kwaliteit van de milieubescherming als gevolg van de ontoereikende bevolking die het afvalwaterbehandelingssysteem gebruikt. Het geplande project heeft tot doel de inzameling en behandeling van huishoudelijk en industrieel afvalwater in de Agglomeratie van Rzepin te verhogen en het aantal bewoners dat op het net is aangesloten, te verhogen. In zijn huidige staat, de gemeente Repin heeft 30,5 km gebouwd sanitair riolering en bedient 6682 personen per 9.099 inwoners van de agglomeratie Rzepin (Bron: DE NEPK). Il progetto riguarda la costruzione di una rete di servizi igienico-sanitari a Drzeńsko, nel comune di Rzepin. L'ambito di applicazione materiale comprende i seguenti compiti: 1. Lavori di costruzione 2. Preparazione della documentazione completa del progetto 3. Programma di utilizzo funzionale 4. Ispettore di vigilanza 5. Studio di fattibilità 6. Promozione del progetto Il problema principale del richiedente nel settore della gestione comunale è la scarsa qualità della protezione ambientale derivante dall'insufficiente popolazione che utilizza il sistema di trattamento delle acque reflue. Il progetto previsto mira ad aumentare la raccolta e il trattamento delle acque reflue domestiche e industriali nell'agglomerato di Rzepin e ad aumentare il numero di residenti connessi alla rete. Nel suo stato attuale, il comune di Repin ha 30,5 km di fognature sanitarie costruite e serve 6682 persone per 9 099 abitanti dell'agglomerato di Rzepin (Fonte: IL NEPK). El proyecto previsto tiene por objeto aumentar la recogida y el tratamiento de las aguas residuales domésticas e industriales en la aglomeración de Rzepin y aumentar el número de residentes conectados a la red. En su estado actual, el municipio de Repin tiene 30,5 km de alcantarillado sanitario construido y atiende a 6682 personas por cada 9.099 habitantes de la aglomeración de Rzepin (Fuente: LA NEPK). Es necesario un mayor alcantarillado del municipio para eliminar las fugas de las fosas sépticas en suelos y aguas y eliminar los vertidos «salvajes» de aguas residuales en el río.
