    The project addresses important common challenges related to labour market and quality employment in the RO-BR cross-border area as: high rate of unemployment in the targeted area, imbalance between the demand and supply of workforce, inadequate educational system to the employer’ needs, lack of integrated labour market in the cross border area. The project main objective is to encourage the labour mobility in key economic sectors in the cross border area through creating conditions for balance between demand and supply on the labour market. The estimated budget for implementing the proposed activities is 727 478,27 euro. It will be developed useful tools which will give information about the labour market and the potential economic sector for labour mobility as well as profiles of the most attractive enterprises which can invest in new job positions; give an opportunity to check the necessary skills and competences for a given profession in an economic sector through developed competence catalogues; help in competence assessment of the employees and the potential workers through e-tools for competence assessment; assist in improving skills and competences through set of e-training courses, including language courses; The expected results are: Created conditions for a balance between supply and demand of work in the RO-BG cross border area; Created conditions for sustainable jobs through developing e-training courses compliant to the employer needs; Encouraged labour mobility; (English)
