In Flanders, Wallonia and France, there has been an evolution in the public's festive practices (greater focus on the private sphere or travel to other regions or countries for special events, etc.). Cross-border partners in risk reduction propose innovative actions to raise awareness among the cross-border public by facilitating access to information (on the ground and online), prevention tools and by training and empowering the stakeholders in festive venues. A cross-border methodology is thus put together so that the team can take action using virtual means. The forums are run by specially trained e-volunteers to provide objective information on drugs and recreational consumption (in particular New Products of Synthesis (NPS)). Online activities also allow teams to improve their knowledge of NPS, based on information received from users. In case of danger, these are transmitted to field workers and the various health partners. Finally, the Quality Night label is maintained and developed. The system provides for the training of staff in festive venues to disseminate the desired messages. To this end, the team uses, among other things, e-learning. (English)
