    OBJECTIVE/EXPECTED CHANGE: Innovative common strategy in PATRIM Centers: open to different audiences and new approach: better accessibility/local development (promotion of artisan products), social inclusion, eco-efficiency, ..., with University support and ICTs: more ability of management, innovation and sectoral and territorial interaction of the centers. RESULTS: Shared strategies in accessibility, new audiences, ecoefficiency and social inclusion with measurable improvements, Agreements established, Dissemination and communication strengthed. BENEFICIARIES: Partners and associates in 3 Departments and 3 CCAA: local and regional entities, University and small firms. New audiences (producers, artists, sociocultural associations, environmental, etc.) as users. ADDED VALUE : Common knowledge and skills for territorial and sectoral interaction, widespread and respectful of the environment: quality and sustainable management, links strengthed between Rural Heritage and Local Products, Social Inclusion, Agroecology, Tourism, Healthy Life, etc., more links with agents, producers, artisans, schools, associations and health agents, etc. More ecoefficient and accessible centers. NEW/ORIGINAL ELEMENTS: Network extended (new partners and territories) , A common differentiated and complete model of "cross-border patrim. thematic networks" stimulating to face challenges and approaches (local development, social inclusion..) a reference for small rural centers.Public-private agreements.
