Настоящото проектно предложение е насочено към мерки за улесняване на достъпа до заетост в сферата на социалната и солидарна икономика чрез създаване на Социално предприятие, което предлага персонални услуги за населението като осигуряване на програми, организация на събития, игри и забавления за посетителите на Чавдар. Целевата група включва 12 души от уязвимите групи на лицата в неравностойно положение на пазара на труда, съгласно нивото и структурата на безработица в Общината.Устойчивостта на резултатите включва осигуряване на функционирането на предприятието за не по-малко от 12 месеца и запазване заетостта на минимум половината от новоназначените лица за 6 месеца след края на проектните дейности. Това се гарантира чрез планираното създаване на успешно предприятие със социална кауза, положителен финансов резултат, което ще се управлява по предприемачески и отчетен начин, няма да зависи изцяло от външно финансиране и има ясна перспектива за развитие и постигане на социалните си цели. В екипа на социалното предприятие са включени координатор-организационни дейности и координатор социален маркетинг, които да подпомагат целевата група и едновременно да популяризират резултатите от развитието на социалното предприятие.Планирано е закупуване материали, консумативи, оборудване и лек автомобил, които са оптимално разчетени от гледна точка на проектните дейности и са съобразени с капацитета и необходимия ресурс за поддържане, така че да отговорят на необходимостите и потребностите на назначените по проекта лица и да се улесни тяхното въвличане и дейно участие в работните процеси като част от един общ екип.Осигуряването на точно, навременно, целесъобразно и законосъобразно отчитане на проекта се обезпечава с дейността по организация и управление. Всички проектни дейности ще бъдат съпроводени задължително със заложени мероприятия по информираност и публичност, които да дадат гласност на получената от кандидата подкрепа и безвъзмездна финансова помощ от ЕС чрез ЕСФ. This project proposal focuses on measures to facilitate access to employment in the field of social and solidarity-based economy by setting up a Social Enterprise that offers personal services to the population such as providing programs, organisation of events, games and entertainment for Chavdar visitors. The target group includes 12 people from vulnerable groups of disadvantaged people on the labour market, according to the level and structure of unemployment in the municipality. The sustainability of the results includes ensuring the operation of the enterprise for not less than 12 months and keeping the employment of at least half of the newly recruited persons for 6 months after the end of the project activities. This is ensured by the planned creation of a successful enterprise with a social cause, a positive financial outcome that will be managed in an entrepreneurial and accountable manner, will not entirely depend on external financing and have a clear perspective for development and achievement of its social objectives. The team of the social enterprise includes a coordinator-organisational activities and a social marketing coordinator to support the target group and simultaneously to promote the results of the development of the social enterprise. The purchase of materials, consumables, equipment and car is planned, which are optimally designed in terms of the project activities and are consistent with the capacity and the necessary resources for maintenance, so as to meet the needs and needs of the persons assigned to the project and to facilitate their involvement and active participation in the work processes as part of a common team. Ensuring accurate, timely, appropriate and lawful reporting of the project is provided with the activity of organisation and management. All project activities will be accompanied by mandatory information and publicity events to make public the support received by the applicant and an EU grant through the ESF. (English)

La présente proposition de projet porte sur des mesures visant à faciliter l’accès à l’emploi dans le domaine de l’économie sociale et solidaire en créant une entreprise sociale qui offre des services personnels à la population, tels que la fourniture de programmes, l’organisation d’événements, de jeux et de divertissements pour les visiteurs de Chavdar. Le groupe cible comprend 12 personnes issues de groupes vulnérables de personnes défavorisées sur le marché du travail, en fonction du niveau et de la structure du chômage dans la municipalité. La durabilité des résultats consiste à assurer le fonctionnement de l’entreprise pendant au moins 12 mois et à maintenir l’emploi d’au moins la moitié des personnes nouvellement recrutées pendant 6 mois après la fin des activités du projet. Cela est assuré par la création prévue d’une entreprise prospère ayant une cause sociale, un résultat financier positif qui sera géré de manière entrepreneuriale et responsable, ne dépendra pas entièrement du financement externe et aura une perspective claire pour le développement et la réalisation de ses objectifs sociaux. L’équipe de l’entreprise sociale comprend un coordinateur-organisation et un coordonnateur du marketing social pour soutenir le groupe cible et promouvoir simultanément les résultats du développement de l’entreprise sociale. L’achat de matériel, de consommables, d’équipement et de voiture est prévu, qui sont conçus de manière optimale en termes d’activités du projet et sont compatibles avec la capacité et les ressources nécessaires à l’entretien, afin de répondre aux besoins et aux besoins des personnes affectées au projet et de faciliter leur participation et leur participation active aux processus de travail dans le cadre d’une équipe commune. Dieser Projektvorschlag konzentriert sich auf Maßnahmen zur Erleichterung des Zugangs zur Beschäftigung im Bereich der sozialen und solidarischen Wirtschaft durch die Gründung eines Sozialunternehmens, das der Bevölkerung persönliche Dienstleistungen anbietet, wie z. B. die Bereitstellung von Programmen, die Organisation von Veranstaltungen, Spiele und Unterhaltung für Chavdar-Besucher. Die Zielgruppe umfasst 12 Personen aus schutzbedürftigen Gruppen benachteiligter Menschen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt, je nach Höhe und Struktur der Arbeitslosigkeit in der Gemeinde. Die Nachhaltigkeit der Ergebnisse umfasst die Gewährleistung des Betriebs des Unternehmens für mindestens 12 Monate und die Aufrechterhaltung der Beschäftigung von mindestens der Hälfte der neu eingestellten Personen für sechs Monate nach Beendigung der Projektaktivitäten. Dies wird durch die geplante Gründung eines erfolgreichen Unternehmens mit sozialer Ursache gewährleistet, ein positives finanzielles Ergebnis, das unternehmerisch und rechenschaftspflichtig geführt wird, nicht vollständig von der Außenfinanzierung abhängt und eine klare Perspektive für die Entwicklung und Verwirklichung seiner sozialen Ziele haben wird. Das Team des Sozialunternehmens umfasst einen Koordinator-Organisations-Aktivitäten und einen Social Marketing-Koordinator, um die Zielgruppe zu unterstützen und gleichzeitig die Ergebnisse der Entwicklung des sozialen Unternehmens zu fördern. Der Kauf von Materialien, Verbrauchsmaterialien, Ausrüstung und Auto ist geplant, die im Hinblick auf die Projektaktivitäten optimal gestaltet sind und mit der Kapazität und den notwendigen Ressourcen für die Instandhaltung im Einklang stehen, um die Bedürfnisse und Bedürfnisse der Personen, die dem Projekt zugeordnet sind, zu decken und ihre Beteiligung und aktive Teilnahme an den Arbeitsprozessen im Rahmen eines gemeinsamen Teams zu erleichtern. Dit projectvoorstel richt zich op maatregelen om de toegang tot werkgelegenheid op het gebied van de sociale en solidaire economie te vergemakkelijken door een sociale onderneming op te richten die persoonlijke diensten aan de bevolking aanbiedt, zoals het verstrekken van programma’s, het organiseren van evenementen, games en entertainment voor bezoekers van Chavdar. De doelgroep omvat 12 personen uit kwetsbare groepen kansarmen op de arbeidsmarkt, afhankelijk van het niveau en de structuur van de werkloosheid in de gemeente. De duurzaamheid van de resultaten omvat het waarborgen van de werking van de onderneming gedurende ten minste 12 maanden en het behoud van de werkgelegenheid van ten minste de helft van de nieuw aangeworven personen gedurende 6 maanden na het einde van de projectactiviteiten. Dit wordt gewaarborgd door de geplande oprichting van een succesvolle onderneming met een maatschappelijk doel, een positief financieel resultaat dat op een ondernemende en verantwoordelijke manier zal worden beheerd, niet volledig afhankelijk zal zijn van externe financiering en een duidelijk perspectief zal hebben op de ontwikkeling en verwezenlijking van haar sociale doelstellingen. La presente proposta di progetto si concentra su misure volte a facilitare l'accesso all'occupazione nel campo dell'economia sociale e solidale attraverso la creazione di un'impresa sociale che offra servizi personali alla popolazione, come la fornitura di programmi, l'organizzazione di eventi, giochi e intrattenimento per i visitatori di Chavdar. Il gruppo target comprende 12 persone appartenenti a gruppi vulnerabili di persone svantaggiate sul mercato del lavoro, a seconda del livello e della struttura della disoccupazione nel comune. La sostenibilità dei risultati comprende garantire il funzionamento dell'impresa per non meno di 12 mesi e mantenere l'occupazione di almeno la metà dei neoassunti per 6 mesi dopo la fine delle attività del progetto. Ciò è garantito dalla prevista creazione di un'impresa di successo con una causa sociale, un risultato finanziario positivo che sarà gestito in modo imprenditoriale e responsabile, non dipenderà interamente da finanziamenti esterni e avrà una chiara prospettiva per lo sviluppo e il conseguimento dei suoi obiettivi sociali. Il team dell'impresa sociale comprende un'attività di coordinatore-organizzativo e un coordinatore del marketing sociale per sostenere il gruppo target e contemporaneamente per promuovere i risultati dello sviluppo dell'impresa sociale. Esta propuesta de proyecto se centra en medidas para facilitar el acceso al empleo en el ámbito de la economía social y solidaria mediante la creación de una Empresa Social que ofrezca servicios personales a la población, como la prestación de programas, la organización de eventos, juegos y entretenimiento para los visitantes de Chavdar. El grupo destinatario incluye a 12 personas de grupos vulnerables de personas desfavorecidas en el mercado laboral, según el nivel y la estructura del desempleo en el municipio. La sostenibilidad de los resultados incluye garantizar el funcionamiento de la empresa durante no menos de 12 meses y mantener el empleo de al menos la mitad de las personas recién contratadas durante los seis meses siguientes al final de las actividades del proyecto. Esto se garantiza mediante la creación prevista de una empresa exitosa con una causa social, un resultado financiero positivo que se gestionará de manera empresarial y responsable, no dependerá enteramente de la financiación externa y tenga una perspectiva clara para el desarrollo y el logro de sus objetivos sociales. El equipo de la empresa social incluye un coordinador-organización y un coordinador de marketing social para apoyar al grupo destinatario y al mismo tiempo para promover los resultados del desarrollo de la empresa social.
