Проектното предложение предвижда изграждането на комплекс за социални грижи за възрастни хора и лица с умствена изостаналост на територията на община Велико Търново, съгласно Картата на услугите за подкрепа в общността и Картата на резидентните услуги, чрез:1. Изграждане на 4 сгради (ново строителство), всяка от които с предназначение за предоставяне на услуга „Център за грижа за лица с умствена изостаналост“ с общ капацитет 60 лица (места) в с. Церова кория, община Велико Търново. Центровете представляват отделни масивни сгради, разположени в общ парцел, със самостоятелни прилежащи дворни пространства. Архитектурно ще бъдат оформени в единен композиционен комплекс. Общото за комплекса външно прилежащо пространство ще се оформи като паркова среда, с места за почивка и разходки. Предвижда се изграждане на обща кухня майка (в изнесена пристройка към една от сградите), обзаведена и оборудвана съобразно общия брой на потребителите. 2. Ремонт, реконструкция, осъвременяване и саниране на съществуваща сграда за предоставяне на услуга "Център за грижа за възрастни хора в невъзможност за самообслужване" с капацитет 15 лица (места) в град Велико Търново. Центърът ще бъде обособен като самостоятелен обект с отделен вход и собствено прилежащо дворно пространство. Във всяка от посочените сгради ще има помещения за общо ползване, лични и сервизни помещения (складови; инсталационни; за персонала, включително медицински кабинети според нормативните изисквания). Ще бъдат осъществени дейности по инженеринг (проектиране, авторски надзор и изпълнение на строителството); изготвяне на оценка за съответствие; строителен надзор; информационно-комуникационна кампания за популяризиране на проекта и източниците на финансиране. Ще бъде закупено, доставено и монтирано необходимото оборудване и обзавеждане, съобразно изискванията за предоставяне на съответната услуга, а прилежащите дворни пространства ще бъдат благоустроени. Construction of 4 buildings (new construction), each of which is designed to provide a service “Center for care of persons with mental retardation” with a total capacity of 60 persons (places) in the village of Tserova Korya, Veliko Tarnovo municipality. The centres are separate massive buildings, located in a common plot, with separate adjacent yards. Architecturally they will be formed in a single composition complex. The common space for the complex will be formed as a park environment, with places for rest and walks. It is envisaged to build a common kitchen mother (in an external annex to one of the buildings), furnished and equipped according to the total number of users. 2. Repair, refurbishment, modernisation and renovation of an existing building for the provision of service “Center for care for elderly people in inability to self-service” with capacity of 15 persons (places) in Veliko Tarnovo. The center will be separated as a separate site with a separate entrance and its own adjacent yard space. Each of these buildings will have shared, personal and service premises (warehouses; installation; for staff, including medical offices according to regulatory requirements). Engineering activities (design, author’s supervision and construction execution) will be carried out; preparation of conformity assessment; construction supervision; information and communication campaign to promote the project and the sources of funding. The necessary equipment and furnishings will be purchased, delivered and installed in accordance with the requirements for the provision of the relevant service, and the adjacent yards will be upgraded. La proposition de projet prévoit la construction d’un complexe de soins sociaux pour les personnes âgées et les personnes handicapées mentales sur le territoire de la municipalité de Veliko Tarnovo, selon la carte des services d’appui communautaire et la carte des services résidentiels jusqu’au numéro 1. Construction de 4 bâtiments (nouvelle construction), dont chacun est conçu pour fournir un service «Centre pour la prise en charge des personnes souffrant d’un retard mental» d’une capacité totale de 60 personnes (lieu) dans le village de Tserova Korya, municipalité de Veliko Tarnovo. Les centres sont des bâtiments massifs séparés, situés dans un terrain commun, avec des cours adjacentes séparées. Der Projektvorschlag sieht den Bau eines Komplexes für die soziale Betreuung von älteren Menschen und Menschen mit psychischen Behinderungen auf dem Gebiet der Gemeinde Veliko Tarnovo vor, so die Gemeinschaftsunterstützungskarte und die Karte der Wohndienstleistungen bis:1. Bau von 4 Gebäuden (Neubau), von denen jedes eine Dienstleistung „Zentrum für die Betreuung von Personen mit geistiger Verzögerung“ mit einer Gesamtkapazität von 60 Personen (Orte) im Dorf Tserova Korya, Veliko Tarnovo Gemeinde bieten soll. Die Zentren sind separate massive Gebäude, in einem gemeinsamen Grundstück, mit separaten benachbarten Werften. Architektonisch werden sie in einem einzigen Kompositionskomplex gebildet. Das Zentrum wird als separater Ort mit einem separaten Eingang und einem eigenen angrenzenden Hofraum getrennt. Jedes dieser Gebäude hat gemeinsame, persönliche und Serviceräume (Lagerhäuser; Installation; für das Personal, einschließlich medizinischer Büros gemäß den gesetzlichen Anforderungen). Het projectvoorstel voorziet in de bouw van een complex voor sociale zorg voor ouderen en personen met een verstandelijke handicap op het grondgebied van de gemeente Veliko Tarnovo, volgens de kaart van communautaire ondersteunende diensten en de kaart van de woondiensten tot en met:1. Bouw van 4 gebouwen (nieuwbouw), die elk zijn ontworpen om een dienst „Center for care of persons with mental retardation” te verlenen met een totale capaciteit van 60 personen (plaatsen) in het dorp Tserova Korya, gemeente Veliko Tarnovo. De centra zijn aparte massieve gebouwen, gelegen op een gemeenschappelijk perceel, met aparte aangrenzende werven. Architectonisch worden ze gevormd in één compositiecomplex. De gemeenschappelijke ruimte voor het complex zal worden gevormd als een park omgeving, met plaatsen voor rust en wandelingen. Het is de bedoeling een gemeenschappelijke keukenmoeder te bouwen (in een externe bijlage bij een van de gebouwen), ingericht en uitgerust volgens het totale aantal gebruikers. 2. Reparatie, renovatie, modernisering en renovatie van een bestaand gebouw voor de dienstverlening „Centrum voor ouderenzorg die niet in staat zijn tot zelfbediening” met een capaciteit van 15 personen (plaatsen) in Veliko Tarnovo. Het centrum zal worden gescheiden als een aparte site met een aparte ingang en een eigen aangrenzende tuin ruimte. Elk van deze gebouwen zal beschikken over gedeelde, persoonlijke en dienstruimten (magazijnen; installatie; voor personeel, met inbegrip van medische diensten volgens wettelijke voorschriften). La proposta di progetto prevede la costruzione di un complesso per l'assistenza sociale agli anziani e alle persone con disabilità mentali sul territorio del comune di Veliko Tarnovo, secondo la mappa dei servizi di sostegno comunitario e la mappa dei servizi residenziali attraverso:1. Costruzione di 4 edifici (nuova costruzione), ciascuno dei quali è progettato per fornire un servizio "Centro per la cura delle persone con ritardo mentale" con una capacità totale di 60 persone (luoghi) nel villaggio di Tserova Korya, comune di Veliko Tarnovo. I centri sono edifici massicci separati, situati in un terreno comune, con cantieri adiacenti separati. Architettonicamente si formeranno in un unico complesso compositivo.
