Настоящият проект е насочен към създаването на условия за по-добро съвместяване на професионалния с личния живот на служителите в Община Съединение, чрез изграждането на детски кът на работното място. Проектът се изпълнява от Община Съединение. Организацията има опит в проекти и дейности със социална тематика. В този аспект, целите и дейностите, заложени в проектното предложение изразяват последователността и устойчивостта на кандидата по отношение на социалните ангажименти, към своите жители.Фокусът на проекта е съсредоточен върху създаването на детски кът, в който да пребивават децата на служителите на Община, които са на възраст до 12 г. Това ще гарантира тяхната пълноценна грижа от детегледачи/ки и близост до родителите във времето, в което няма възможност друг човек да полага грижи за тях.Дейностите по проекта допринасят за преодоляването на проблеми на целевата група на заетите родители, които проблеми са свързани с често отсъствие от работа, прекомерна заетост и липса на свободно време и др. От друга страна проектът създава предпоставки за включване в заетост на безработни лица като с това осигурява превенция от бедност, маргинализация и трайно отпадане от пазара на труда.Кандидатът предвижда да постигне основната цел на проекта чрез подход, базиран на 4 основни компонента – адаптиране и оборудване на подходящо помещение за полагане на почасови грижи за деца. (Дейност 1), подбор на безработни лица, регистрирани в ДБТ, за определяне на възможностите им за включване в заетост и/или в обучение, (Дейност 2) предоставяне на обучение на безработни лица, които имат нужда от такова (Дейност 3) и включване на безработни лица в субсидирана заетост (Дейност 4).Проектът ще се изпълни за период от 12 месеца и бюджет от 142482,98 лв. С изпълнението на проекта се очаква да се постигне изпълнение на целите на настоящата процедура. (Bulgarian)

This project aims at creating the conditions for a better reconciliation of the work and private life of employees in the Municipality of Saedinenie, through the construction of a children’s playground in the workplace. The project is implemented by the Municipality of Saunje. The organisation has experience in projects and activities with social themes. In this respect, the objectives and activities set out in the project proposal express the consistency and sustainability of the applicant with regard to the social commitments to its residents. The focus of the project is on the creation of a children’s playground in which the children of the employees of the Municipality, who are up to 12 years old, will stay. This will ensure their full care by carers/children and proximity to the parents in the time in which there is no possibility for another person to take care of them.The activities of the project contribute to overcoming problems of the target group of employed parents, which are related to frequent absence from work, overemployment and lack of leisure, etc. On the other hand, the project creates prerequisites for the employment of unemployed people, thereby ensuring prevention from poverty, marginalisation and permanent drop-out from the labour market. The applicant envisages to achieve the main objective of the project through an approach based on 4 main components — adapting and equipping an appropriate room for part-time childcare. (Activity 1), selection of unemployed persons registered with the SBT to determine their opportunities for inclusion in employment and/or training, (Action 2) providing training to unemployed persons who need it (Action 3) and inclusion of unemployed persons in subsidised employment (Action 4).The project will be implemented for a period of 12 months and a budget of BGN 142 482.98. With the implementation of the project, it is expected to achieve the objectives of this procedure. (English)

Ce projet vise à créer les conditions d’une meilleure conciliation du travail et de la vie privée des employés de la municipalité de Saedinenie, grâce à la construction d’une aire de jeux pour enfants sur le lieu de travail. Le projet est mis en œuvre par la municipalité de Saunje. L’organisation a de l’expérience dans des projets et des activités avec des thèmes sociaux. À cet égard, les objectifs et les activités énoncés dans la proposition de projet expriment la cohérence et la durabilité du demandeur par rapport aux engagements sociaux envers ses résidents. L’objectif du projet est la création d’une aire de jeux pour enfants dans laquelle les enfants des employés de la municipalité, âgés de moins de 12 ans, resteront, afin d’assurer leur pleine prise en charge par les aidants/enfants et leur proximité avec les parents dans le temps où il n’y a pas de possibilité pour une autre personne de s’en occuper.Les activités du projet contribuent à surmonter les problèmes du groupe cible de parents employés, en revanche, le projet crée des conditions préalables à l’emploi des chômeurs, assurant ainsi la prévention de la pauvreté, de la marginalisation et du décrochage permanent du marché du travail. Le demandeur envisage d’atteindre l’objectif principal du projet au moyen d’une approche fondée sur quatre composantes principales: adapter et équiper une salle appropriée pour la garde d’enfants à temps partiel. (Activité 1), la sélection des chômeurs inscrits auprès du TAS afin de déterminer leurs possibilités d’insertion dans l’emploi et/ou de formation, (action 2) la formation des chômeurs qui en ont besoin (action 3) et l’inclusion des chômeurs dans un emploi subventionné (action 4). Le projet sera mis en œuvre pour une période de 12 mois et un budget de 142 482,98 BGN. Avec la mise en œuvre du projet, il est prévu d’atteindre les objectifs de cette procédure. (French)

Ziel dieses Projekts ist es, durch den Bau eines Kinderspielplatzes am Arbeitsplatz die Voraussetzungen für eine bessere Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Privatleben der Beschäftigten in der Gemeinde Saedinenie zu schaffen. Das Projekt wird von der Gemeinde Saunje durchgeführt. Die Organisation verfügt über Erfahrung in Projekten und Aktivitäten mit sozialen Themen. Der Schwerpunkt des Projekts liegt auf der Schaffung eines Kinderspielplatzes, in dem die Kinder der Mitarbeiter der Gemeinde, die bis zu 12 Jahre alt sind, bleiben werden. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass die Betreuung durch Pflegekräfte/Kinder und die Nähe zu den Eltern in der Zeit, in der eine andere Person keine Möglichkeit hat, sich um sie zu kümmern.Die Aktivitäten des Projekts tragen zur Überwindung der Probleme der Zielgruppe der erwerbstätigen Eltern bei, andererseits schafft das Projekt die Voraussetzungen für die Beschäftigung von Arbeitslosen, um Armut, Marginalisierung und dauerhaften Ausscheiden aus dem Arbeitsmarkt zu verhindern. Der Antragsteller beabsichtigt, das Hauptziel des Projekts durch einen Ansatz zu erreichen, der sich auf vier Hauptkomponenten stützt – Anpassung und Ausstattung eines geeigneten Raumes für die Teilzeitbetreuung. (Aktivität 1), Auswahl von Arbeitslosen, die bei der SBT registriert sind, um ihre Möglichkeiten für die Eingliederung in eine Beschäftigung und/oder Ausbildung zu bestimmen (Aktion 2) zur Ausbildung von Arbeitslosen, die sie benötigen (Aktion 3) und Einbeziehung von Arbeitslosen in eine subventionierte Beschäftigung (Aktion 4).Das Projekt wird für einen Zeitraum von 12 Monaten und ein Budget von 142 482,98 BGN durchgeführt. Dit project beoogt de voorwaarden te scheppen voor een betere combinatie van werk en privéleven van werknemers in de gemeente Saedinenie, door de bouw van een kinderspeelplaats op de werkplek. Het project wordt uitgevoerd door de gemeente Saunje. De organisatie heeft ervaring in projecten en activiteiten met sociale thema’s. In dit verband tonen de doelstellingen en activiteiten van het projectvoorstel de consistentie en duurzaamheid van de aanvrager met betrekking tot de sociale verplichtingen aan haar bewoners. De focus van het project ligt op het creëren van een kinderspeelplaats waarin de kinderen van de werknemers van de gemeente, die tot 12 jaar oud zijn, zullen blijven. Dit zal ervoor zorgen dat hun volledige zorg door zorgverleners/kinderen en de nabijheid van de ouders in de tijd dat er geen mogelijkheid is voor een andere persoon om voor hen te zorgen.De activiteiten van het project dragen bij aan het overwinnen van problemen van de doelgroep van werkende ouders, het project houdt verband met frequente afwezigheid van werk, overwerk en gebrek aan vrije tijd, enz. Anderzijds schept het project voorwaarden voor de tewerkstelling van werklozen, waardoor armoede, marginalisering en permanente uitval van de arbeidsmarkt worden voorkomen. De aanvrager is van plan de hoofddoelstelling van het project te bereiken door middel van een aanpak die gebaseerd is op vier hoofdcomponenten — aanpassing en inrichting van een passende ruimte voor deeltijdse kinderopvang. (Activiteit 1), selectie van werklozen die bij de SBT zijn geregistreerd om hun mogelijkheden tot integratie in het arbeidsproces en/of opleiding te bepalen, (actie 2) het verstrekken van opleidingen aan werklozen die dit nodig hebben (actie 3) en de integratie van werklozen in gesubsidieerde banen (actie 4).Het project zal worden uitgevoerd voor een periode van 12 maanden en een budget van 142 482,98 BGN. Questo progetto mira a creare le condizioni per una migliore conciliazione tra lavoro e vita privata dei dipendenti nel comune di Saedinenie, attraverso la costruzione di un parco giochi per bambini sul posto di lavoro. Il progetto è attuato dal Comune di Saunje. L'organizzazione ha esperienza in progetti e attività con temi sociali. A questo proposito, gli obiettivi e le attività indicati nella proposta di progetto esprimono la coerenza e la sostenibilità del richiedente rispetto agli impegni sociali nei confronti dei suoi residenti. L'obiettivo del progetto è la creazione di un parco giochi per bambini in cui i figli dei dipendenti del Comune, fino a 12 anni, rimarranno. Ciò garantirà la loro piena cura da parte dei prestatori/bambini e la vicinanza ai genitori nel tempo in cui non vi è alcuna possibilità per un'altra persona di prendersene cura. Le attività del progetto contribuiscono a superare i problemi del gruppo target di genitori dipendenti, D'altro canto, il progetto crea prerequisiti per l'occupazione dei disoccupati, garantendo così la prevenzione della povertà, dell'emarginazione e dell'abbandono permanente dal mercato del lavoro. Il richiedente intende raggiungere l'obiettivo principale del progetto attraverso un approccio basato su quattro componenti principali: adattare e dotare un adeguato spazio per l'assistenza all'infanzia a tempo parziale. (Attività 1), selezione dei disoccupati iscritti al SBT per determinare le loro possibilità di inserimento nel mondo del lavoro e/o formazione, (azione 2) che forniscono formazione ai disoccupati che ne hanno bisogno (azione 3) e inclusione dei disoccupati nel lavoro sovvenzionato (azione 4). Este proyecto tiene por objeto crear las condiciones para una mejor conciliación del trabajo y la vida privada de los empleados en el municipio de Saedinenie, mediante la construcción de un parque infantil en el lugar de trabajo. El proyecto es ejecutado por el Ayuntamiento de Saunje. La organización tiene experiencia en proyectos y actividades con temas sociales. En este sentido, los objetivos y actividades establecidos en la propuesta de proyecto expresan la coherencia y sostenibilidad del solicitante en relación con los compromisos sociales con sus residentes. El proyecto se centra en la creación de un parque infantil en el que permanecerán los hijos de los empleados de la Municipalidad de hasta 12 años, lo que garantizará su plena atención por parte de los cuidadores/niños y la proximidad a los padres en el momento en que no haya posibilidad de que otra persona se ocupe de ellos.Las actividades del proyecto contribuyen a superar los problemas del grupo destinatario de padres empleados, por otra parte, el proyecto crea requisitos previos para el empleo de las personas desempleadas, garantizando así la prevención de la pobreza, la marginación y el abandono permanente del mercado laboral. El solicitante prevé alcanzar el objetivo principal del proyecto a través de un enfoque basado en cuatro componentes principales: adaptar y equipar un espacio adecuado para el cuidado de los niños a tiempo parcial. (Actividad 1), selección de desempleados inscritos en el SBT para determinar sus posibilidades de inclusión en el empleo o formación (acción 2) impartir formación a los desempleados que lo necesiten (acción 3) e incluir a los desempleados en un empleo subvencionado (acción 4).
