Проектът е насочен към подобряване на природозащитното състояние на видове растения и животни и типове природни местообитания, предмет на опазване на територията на Природен парк "Врачански Балкан“, който попада в границите на следните защитени зони (Натура 2000) места: - Защитена зона BG0002053 “Врачански Балкан” за опазване на дивите птици;- Защитена зона BG0000166 “Врачански Балкан” за опазване на природните местообитания.Предвидени са четири дейности с преки мерки за опазване видове и местообитания. В рамките на проекта ще бъдат надграждани предходни проекти за подпомагане на популациите на лешоядни видове - белоглав лешояд (Gyps fulvus), Египетски лешояд (Neophron percnopterus) и Планински кеклик (Alectoris graeca graeca). За лешоядните видове ще бъдат ремонтирани волиерa и площадка за подхранване, извършени проучвания, изградена нова площадка, доставено необходимо оборудване и осигурено подхранване. За планинския кеклик ще бъде ремонтирана стара и изградена допълнителна инфраструктура и осигурено производство на птици чрез полусвободно отглеждане. Ще бъде разработена иновативна методология и технология за производство и разселване на птици от вида, като ще бъдат разселвани минимум 100 птици годишно. Предвидени са мерки за възстановяване на еутрофни езера и опазването на два вида тритони - Северен гребенест тритон (Triturus cristatus) и Южен гребенест тритон (Triturus karelinii). Местообитанието ще бъде почистено и оградено, а на водоемите ще бъдат изградени корита за водопой на животните и възстановени 15 стари чешми. В друга дейност ще се обезопасят маршрути преминаващи през застрашени от туристически натиск природни местообитания, поставяне на информационни табла и табели и обезопасени 150 стълба и 2 км. елпроводи на най-опасните за птиците места. Предвидена са дейности за организация, управление и публичност на проекта. В резултат на проекта ще бъдат осъществени мерки за подобряване на природозащитното състояние на 7 вида птици и 8 местообитания. (Bulgarian)

The project aims at improving the conservation status of plant and animal species and natural habitat types subject to conservation on the territory of the Vrachanski Balkan Nature Park, which falls within the following protected areas (Natura 2000) sites: — Protected area BG0002053 “Vrachanski Balkan” for the conservation of wild birds;- Protected area BG0000166 “Vrachanski Balkan” for the conservation of natural habitats. Four activities with direct conservation measures are foreseen. The project will build on previous projects to support the populations of necrophagous species — Griffon Vulture (Gyps fulvus), Egyptian Vulture (Neophron percnopterus) and Mountain Ceclic (Alectoris graeca graeca). For the necrophagous species, the aviary and feeding site will be repaired, studies carried out, a new site built, necessary equipment supplied and provided for feeding. For the mountain cake, an old and built additional infrastructure will be renovated and provided for the production of birds through semi-free rearing. An innovative methodology and technology for the production and displacement of birds of the species will be developed and a minimum of 100 birds per year will be displaced. Measures are foreseen for the restoration of eutrophic lakes and the protection of two species of triton, the Northern Crown Triturus (Triturus cristatus) and the Southern Crowd Tritone (Triturus karelinii). The habitat will be cleaned and fenced, and in the ponds will be built watercourses for the animals and 15 old fountains restored. Another activity will secure routes passing through natural habitats at risk of tourist pressure, installation of information boards and signs and secured 150 pillars and 2 km of power lines in the most dangerous places for birds. Activities are foreseen for the organisation, management and publicity of the project. Le projet vise à améliorer l’état de conservation des espèces végétales et animales et des types d’habitats naturels faisant l’objet d’une conservation sur le territoire du parc naturel des Balkans de Vrachanski, qui se situe dans les zones protégées suivantes (Natura 2000): — Zone protégée BG0002053 «Vrachanski Balkan» pour la conservation des oiseaux sauvages;- Zone protégée BG0000166 «Vrachanski Balkan» pour la conservation des habitats naturels. Le projet s’appuiera sur des projets antérieurs visant à soutenir les populations d’espèces nécrophagous — Griffon Vulture (Gyps fulvus), Vulture égyptienne (Neophron percnopterus) et Ceclic des montagnes (Alectoris graeca graeca). Pour l’espèce nécrophagous, la volière et le site d’alimentation seront réparés, des études seront réalisées, un nouveau site sera construit, l’équipement nécessaire sera fourni et prévu pour l’alimentation. Pour le gâteau de montagne, une infrastructure supplémentaire ancienne et construite sera rénovée et prévue pour la production d’oiseaux par l’élevage semi-libre. Une méthodologie et une technologie novatrices pour la production et le déplacement des oiseaux de l’espèce seront mises au point et un minimum de 100 oiseaux par an seront déplacés. Des mesures sont prévues pour la restauration des lacs eutrophiques et la protection de deux espèces de triton, le Triturus de la Couronne septentrionale (Triturus cristatus) et le Tritone de la foule méridionale (Triturus karelinii). L’habitat sera nettoyé et clôturé, et dans les étangs seront construits des cours d’eau pour les animaux et 15 anciennes fontaines restaurées. Une autre activité permettra de sécuriser les itinéraires traversant des habitats naturels exposés à la pression touristique, d’installer des panneaux d’information et des panneaux et de sécuriser 150 piliers et 2 km de lignes électriques dans les endroits les plus dangereux pour les oiseaux. Ziel des Projekts ist die Verbesserung des Erhaltungszustands von Pflanzen- und Tierarten und natürlichen Lebensraumtypen, die auf dem Gebiet des Naturparks Vrachanski Balkan geschützt werden, der zu den folgenden Schutzgebieten (Natura 2000) gehört: — Schutzgebiet BG0002053 „Vrachanski Balkan“ zur Erhaltung der wildlebenden Vogelarten;- Schutzgebiet BG0000166 „Vrachanski Balkan“ zur Erhaltung der natürlichen Lebensräume. Vier Aktivitäten mit direkten Erhaltungsmaßnahmen sind vorgesehen. Das Projekt wird auf früheren Projekten zur Unterstützung der Populationen von nekrophagen Arten – Griffon Vulture (Gyps fulvus), ägyptischer Vulture (Neophron percnopterus) und Mountain Ceclic (Alectoris graeca graeca) aufbauen. Für die nekrophagen Arten werden die Voliere und die Fütterungsstätte repariert, Untersuchungen durchgeführt, ein neuer Standort gebaut, notwendige Ausrüstung geliefert und zur Fütterung bereitgestellt. Für den Bergkuchen wird eine alte und gebaute zusätzliche Infrastruktur renoviert und für die Produktion von Vögeln durch halbfreie Aufzucht bereitgestellt. Es wird eine innovative Methodik und Technologie für die Erzeugung und Vertreibung von Vögeln der Arten entwickelt und mindestens 100 Vögel pro Jahr vertrieben. Es sind Maßnahmen für die Wiederherstellung von eutrophischen Seen und den Schutz zweier Tritonarten, des Northern Crown Triturus (Triturus cristatus) und des Southern Crowd Tritone (Triturus karelinii) vorgesehen. Der Lebensraum wird gereinigt und eingezäunt, und in den Teichen werden Wasserläufe für die Tiere gebaut und 15 alte Brunnen restauriert. Eine weitere Aktivität wird Routen sichern, die durch natürliche Lebensräume gehen, die von Touristendruck bedroht sind, die Einrichtung von Informationstafeln und Schildern sowie gesicherte 150 Säulen und 2 km Stromleitungen an den gefährlichsten Orten für Vögel. Het project heeft tot doel de staat van instandhouding van planten- en diersoorten en typen natuurlijke habitats die aan instandhouding onderworpen zijn, te verbeteren op het grondgebied van het natuurpark Vrachanski Balkan, dat onder de volgende beschermde gebieden (Natura 2000) valt: — Beschermd gebied BG0002053 „Vrachanski Balkan” voor het behoud van de vogelstand;- Beschermd gebied BG0000166 „Vrachanski Balkan” voor de instandhouding van natuurlijke habitats. Vier activiteiten met directe instandhoudingsmaatregelen zijn gepland. Het project zal voortbouwen op eerdere projecten ter ondersteuning van de populaties van aasetende soorten — Griffon Vulture (Gyps fulvus), Egyptische gier (Neophron percnopterus) en bergceclic (Alectoris graeca graeca). Voor de aasetende soorten worden de volière- en voederlocatie gerepareerd, studies uitgevoerd, een nieuw terrein gebouwd, de nodige apparatuur geleverd en voor voeding gezorgd. Er zal een innovatieve methodologie en technologie voor de productie en verplaatsing van vogels van de soort worden ontwikkeld en er zullen ten minste 100 vogels per jaar worden verplaatst. Er zijn maatregelen gepland voor het herstel van eutrofische meren en de bescherming van twee soorten triton, de Northern Crown Triturus (Triturus cristatus) en de Zuidelijke Crowd Tritone (Triturus karelinii). De habitat zal worden gereinigd en omheind, en in de vijvers zal worden gebouwd waterlopen voor de dieren en 15 oude fonteinen gerestaureerd. Een andere activiteit is het veiligstellen van routes die door natuurlijke habitats met een risico van toeristische druk lopen, installatie van informatieborden en borden en beveiligde 150 pijlers en 2 km elektriciteitsleidingen op de gevaarlijkste plaatsen voor vogels. Il progetto mira a migliorare lo stato di conservazione delle specie vegetali e animali e dei tipi di habitat naturali soggetti a conservazione sul territorio del Parco naturale dei Balcani Vrachanski, che rientra nei seguenti siti protetti (Natura 2000): — Area protetta BG0002053 "Vrachanski Balkan" per la conservazione degli uccelli selvatici;- Area protetta BG0000166 "Vrachanski Balkan" per la conservazione degli habitat naturali. Sono previste quattro attività con misure di conservazione dirette. Il progetto si baserà su precedenti progetti a sostegno delle popolazioni di specie necrofagi — Griffon Vulture (Gyps fulvus), Egiziano Vulture (Neophron percnopterus) e Mountain Ceclic (Alectoris graeca graeca graeca). Per le specie necrofagi sarà riparato il sito di voliera e di alimentazione, saranno effettuati studi, un nuovo sito costruito, attrezzature necessarie fornite e fornite per l'alimentazione. Per la torta di montagna, verrà rinnovata un'infrastruttura aggiuntiva vecchia e costruita per la produzione di uccelli attraverso l'allevamento semi-libero.
