„Интегриран воден проект за област Бургас“ е подготвен с цел изграждане на инфраструктура, чрез която ще се постигне съответствие с националното и европейското законодателство в областта на питейните води, отвеждането и пречистването на отпадъчните води и повишаване на ефективността на системите и съоръженията. Проектните дейности целят постигане на съответствие с Националната стратегия за управление и развитие на водния сектор в Република България и Стратегия „Европа 2020“ на ЕС за интелигентен, устойчив и приобщаващ растеж чрез мерки за изграждане на ВиК инфраструктура. Определянето на конкретните обекти по ВиК системите ще допринесе до постигане на пълно съответствие с изискванията на Директива 98/83/ЕО от 3 ноември 1998 година и Директива 91/271 ЕИО от 21 май 1991 година. В резултат на извършените анализи и проучвания, са идентифицирани следните мерки, които да се включат в обхвата на проекта: реконструкция, рехабилитация на съществуващата ВиК структура и изграждане на нови системи и съоръжения в тринадесет агломерации с над 10 000 екв.ж. – Бургас, Несебър, Поморие, Созопол, Приморско, Обзор, Айтос, Карнобат, Царево, Китен, Черноморец, Сарафово и Лозенец, част от обособената територия, обслужвана от „Водоснабдяване и Канализация“ ЕАД гр. Бургас. Проектът предвижда реконструкция на 158,296 км водопроводна и 22,147 км канализационна мрежа, както и изграждане на 6,834 км водопроводна и 73,154 км канализационна мрежа. Ще бъде изградена 1 нова ПСОВ и реконструирани 3 други ПСОВ. Предвидена е и реконструкция на 2 бр. ПСПВ. Допълнителният брой еквивалент жители с достъп до подобрено пречистване на отпадъчните води след проекта, както и общият товар на замърсяване, който се събира и третира в пълно съответствие с приложимото законодателство в следствие на проекта ще бъде 324 566 е.ж. Жителите с подобрено водоснабдяване ще бъдат 279 011. Обхватът на инвестициите по агломерации е описан в допълнителен документ "Описание на проекта" в т.12 от настоящия формуляр. (Bulgarian)

The “Integrated Water Project for Burgas Region” is prepared to build infrastructure that will achieve compliance with national and European legislation in the field of drinking water, waste water discharge and treatment and increase the efficiency of systems and facilities. The project activities aim at achieving compliance with the National Strategy for Management and Development of the Water Sector in the Republic of Bulgaria and the EU 2020 Strategy for Smart, Sustainable and Inclusive Growth through measures for the construction of WSS infrastructure. The designation of the specific WSS sites will contribute to achieving full compliance with the requirements of Directive 98/83/EC of 3 November 1998 and Directive 91/271 EEC of 21 May 1991. As a result of the analyses and studies carried out, the following measures have been identified to be included in the scope of the project: reconstruction, rehabilitation of the existing water and sewerage structure and construction of new systems and facilities in thirteen agglomerations with more than 10,000 eq. — Burgas, Nessebar, Pomorie, Sozopol, Primorsko, Obzor, Aytos, Karnobat, Tsarevo, Kiten, Chernomorets, Sarafovo and Lozenets, part of the separate territory served by Water Supply and Drainisation EAD Burgas. The project envisages the reconstruction of 158.296 km of water supply and 22.147 km of sewerage network, as well as the construction of 6.834 km of water supply and 73.154 km of sewerage network. 1 new WWTP will be built and 3 other WWTPs reconstructed. The reconstruction of 2 PWTPs is also envisaged. The additional number of population equivalents with access to improved waste water treatment after the project as well as the total pollution load collected and treated in full compliance with the applicable legislation as a consequence of the project will be 324 566 p.e. The residents with improved water supply will be 279 011. The scope of investments per agglomeration is described in the additional document “Project description” in point 12 of this form. (English)

Le projet «Integrated Water Project for Burgas Region» est prêt à construire des infrastructures qui permettront de respecter la législation nationale et européenne dans le domaine de l’eau potable, du rejet et du traitement des eaux usées et d’accroître l’efficacité des systèmes et des installations. Les activités du projet visent à assurer le respect de la stratégie nationale de gestion et de développement du secteur de l’eau en République de Bulgarie et de la stratégie Europe 2020 pour une croissance intelligente, durable et inclusive grâce à des mesures pour la construction d’infrastructures WSS. La désignation des sites WSS spécifiques contribuera à assurer le plein respect des exigences de la directive 98/83/CE du 3 novembre 1998 et de la directive 91/271 CEE du 21 mai 1991. À la suite des analyses et des études réalisées, les mesures suivantes ont été identifiées à inclure dans le champ d’application du projet: reconstruction, réhabilitation de la structure existante d’aqueduc et d’assainissement et construction de nouveaux systèmes et installations dans treize agglomérations de plus de 10 000 agglomérations — Burgas, Nessebar, Pomorie, Sozopol, Primorsko, Obzor, Aytos, Karnobat, Tsarevo, Kiten, Chernomorets, Sarafovo et Lozenets, une partie du territoire séparé desservi par l’adduction d’eau et la drainage de Burgas. Le projet prévoit la reconstruction de 158,296 km d’approvisionnement en eau et de 22,147 km de réseau d’assainissement, ainsi que la construction de 6,834 km d’approvisionnement en eau et de 73,154 km de réseau d’assainissement. 1 nouvelle station d’épuration sera construite et 3 autres stations d’épuration seront reconstruites. La reconstruction de deux stations d’épuration des eaux usées est également envisagée. Le nombre supplémentaire d’équivalents de la population ayant accès à un meilleur traitement des eaux usées après le projet ainsi que la charge totale de pollution collectée et traitée en pleine conformité avec la législation applicable à la suite du projet sera de 324 566 EH. Les résidents bénéficiant d’un meilleur approvisionnement en eau seront de 279 011. Das „Integrierte Wasserprojekt für die Region Burgas“ ist bereit, Infrastrukturen aufzubauen, die die Einhaltung der nationalen und europäischen Rechtsvorschriften in den Bereichen Trinkwasser, Abwasserentsorgung und -behandlung sowie die Effizienz von Systemen und Anlagen erreichen. Die Projektaktivitäten zielen darauf ab, die Einhaltung der nationalen Strategie für die Bewirtschaftung und Entwicklung des Wassersektors in der Republik Bulgarien und der Strategie Europa 2020 für intelligentes, nachhaltiges und integratives Wachstum durch Maßnahmen für den Bau der WSS-Infrastruktur zu erreichen. Die Ausweisung der spezifischen WSS-Standorte wird dazu beitragen, dass die Anforderungen der Richtlinie 98/83/EG vom 3. November 1998 und der Richtlinie 91/271 EWG vom 21. Mai 1991 vollständig eingehalten werden. Als Ergebnis der durchgeführten Analysen und Studien wurden folgende Maßnahmen ermittelt, die in den Anwendungsbereich des Projekts einbezogen werden: Wiederaufbau, Sanierung der bestehenden Wasser- und Kanalisation und Bau neuer Systeme und Anlagen in 13 Gemeinden mit mehr als 10.000 Äq. – Burgas, Nessebar, Pomorie, Sozopol, Primorsko, Obzor, Aytos, Karnobat, Tsarevo, Kiten, Chernomorets, Sarafovo und Lozenets, Teil des separaten Gebiets, das von der Wasserversorgung und der Entwässerung EAD Burgas bedient wird. Das Projekt sieht den Wiederaufbau von 158,296 km Wasserversorgung und 22,147 km Kanalisation sowie den Bau von 6,834 km Wasserversorgung und 73,154 km Kanalisation vor. 1 neue WWTP wird gebaut und 3 andere WWTPs rekonstruiert. Der Wiederaufbau von 2 PWTP ist ebenfalls vorgesehen. Die zusätzliche Zahl der Bevölkerungsäquivalente mit Zugang zu einer verbesserten Abwasserbehandlung nach dem Projekt sowie die Gesamtbelastung, die infolge des Projekts in voller Übereinstimmung mit den geltenden Rechtsvorschriften gesammelt und behandelt wird, beträgt 324 566 EE. Die Einwohner mit verbesserter Wasserversorgung werden 279 011 betragen. Der Umfang der Investitionen je Ballungsraum wird in dem zusätzlichen Dokument „Projektbeschreibung“ in Nummer 12 dieses Formulars beschrieben. (German)

Het „geïntegreerd waterproject voor de regio Burgas” is bereid infrastructuur op te bouwen die voldoet aan de nationale en Europese wetgeving op het gebied van drinkwater, lozing en behandeling van afvalwater en de efficiëntie van systemen en installaties zal verbeteren. De projectactiviteiten zijn gericht op de naleving van de nationale strategie voor het beheer en de ontwikkeling van de watersector in de Republiek Bulgarije en de EU 2020-strategie voor slimme, duurzame en inclusieve groei door middel van maatregelen voor de aanleg van WSS-infrastructuur. De aanwijzing van de specifieke WSS-locaties zal bijdragen tot de volledige naleving van de eisen van Richtlijn 98/83/EG van 3 november 1998 en Richtlijn 91/271 EEG van 21 mei 1991. Uit de uitgevoerde analyses en studies is gebleken dat de volgende maatregelen in het toepassingsgebied van het project moeten worden opgenomen: reconstructie, herstel van de bestaande water- en rioleringsstructuur en bouw van nieuwe systemen en voorzieningen in dertien agglomeraties met meer dan 10.000 eq. — Burgas, Nessebar, Pomorie, Sozopol, Primorsko, Obzor, Aytos, Karnobat, Tsarevo, Kiten, Chernomorets, Sarafovo en Lozenets, een deel van het afzonderlijke grondgebied van EAD Burgas. Het project heeft betrekking op de wederopbouw van 158,296 km watervoorziening en 22,147 km rioleringsnet, alsmede op de aanleg van 6,834 km watervoorziening en 73,154 km rioleringsnet. 1 nieuwe RWZI zal worden gebouwd en 3 andere RWZI’s zullen worden gereconstrueerd. De wederopbouw van 2 PWTP’s is ook gepland. Het extra aantal inwonerequivalenten met toegang tot een betere afvalwaterbehandeling na het project en de totale verontreinigingsbelasting die in volledige overeenstemming met de toepasselijke wetgeving als gevolg van het project wordt opgevangen en behandeld, zal 324 566 i.e. bedragen. De bewoners met een verbeterde watervoorziening zullen 279 011 zijn. Il "progetto idrico integrato per la regione di Burgas" è pronto a costruire infrastrutture che raggiungano il rispetto della legislazione nazionale ed europea nel settore dell'acqua potabile, dello scarico e del trattamento delle acque reflue e rafforzeranno l'efficienza dei sistemi e degli impianti. Le attività del progetto mirano a garantire il rispetto della strategia nazionale per la gestione e lo sviluppo del settore idrico nella Repubblica di Bulgaria e della strategia UE 2020 per una crescita intelligente, sostenibile e inclusiva attraverso misure per la costruzione di infrastrutture WSS. La designazione dei siti specifici del WSS contribuirà al pieno rispetto dei requisiti della direttiva 98/83/CE del 3 novembre 1998 e della direttiva 91/271 CEE del 21 maggio 1991. A seguito delle analisi e degli studi effettuati, sono state individuate le seguenti misure da includere nell'ambito del progetto: ricostruzione, ripristino dell'attuale struttura idrica e fognaria e costruzione di nuovi impianti e impianti in tredici agglomerati con più di 10.000 eq. — Burgas, Nessebar, Pomorie, Sozopol, Primorsko, Obzor, Aytos, Karnobat, Tsarevo, Kiten, Chernomorets, Sarafovo e Lozenets, parte del territorio separato servito da approvvigionamento idrico e drenaggio EAD Burgas. Il progetto prevede la ricostruzione di 158,296 km di approvvigionamento idrico e di 22,147 km di rete fognaria, nonché la costruzione di 6,834 km di approvvigionamento idrico e di 73,154 km di rete fognaria. 1 nuovo WWTP sarà costruito e altri 3 WWTP ricostruiti. È prevista anche la ricostruzione di 2 PWTP. Il numero aggiuntivo di abitanti equivalenti con accesso a un migliore trattamento delle acque reflue dopo il progetto, nonché il carico totale di inquinamento raccolto e trattato nel pieno rispetto della legislazione applicabile a seguito del progetto saranno 324 566 a.e. I residenti con un migliore approvvigionamento idrico saranno 279 011. El «Proyecto de Agua Integrada para la Región de Burgas» está preparado para construir infraestructuras que logren el cumplimiento de la legislación nacional y europea en el ámbito del agua potable, el vertido y el tratamiento de aguas residuales y aumenten la eficiencia de los sistemas e instalaciones. Las actividades del proyecto tienen por objeto lograr el cumplimiento de la Estrategia Nacional de Gestión y Desarrollo del Sector del Agua en la República de Bulgaria y de la Estrategia Europa 2020 para un crecimiento inteligente, sostenible e integrador a través de medidas para la construcción de infraestructuras WSS. La designación de los emplazamientos específicos del WSS contribuirá a lograr el pleno cumplimiento de los requisitos de la Directiva 98/83/CE, de 3 de noviembre de 1998, y de la Directiva 91/271 CEE, de 21 de mayo de 1991. Como resultado de los análisis y estudios realizados, se han identificado las siguientes medidas que deben incluirse en el ámbito de aplicación del proyecto: reconstrucción, rehabilitación de la estructura existente de agua y alcantarillado y construcción de nuevos sistemas e instalaciones en trece aglomeraciones con más de 10.000 eq. — Burgas, Nessebar, Pomorie, Sozopol, Primorsko, Obzor, Aytos, Karnobat, Tsarevo, Kiten, Chernomorets, Sarafovo y Lozenets, parte del territorio separado servido por el Abastecimiento de Agua y Drainización EAD Burgas. El proyecto prevé la reconstrucción de 158,296 km de abastecimiento de agua y 22,147 km de red de alcantarillado, así como la construcción de 6,834 km de abastecimiento de agua y 73,154 km de red de alcantarillado. Se construirá 1 nueva EDAR y se reconstruirán otras tres EDAR. También está prevista la reconstrucción de dos PWTP. El número adicional de equivalentes de población con acceso a un mejor tratamiento de las aguas residuales después del proyecto, así como la carga total de contaminación recogida y tratada en pleno cumplimiento de la legislación aplicable como consecuencia del proyecto será de 324.566 e-h. Los residentes con mejor abastecimiento de agua serán de 279 011.
