A pályázat keretében célunk, hogy helyreállítsuk a Juhász Gyula utca végén található barnamezős területet, ahol a lakókörnyezet közvetlen közelében balesetveszélyes építmények és romok találhatók. A helyreállított telken olyan lakossági szolgáltatás megvalósítását tervezzük, amely a fiatal családok, a gyermekek egészséges és tartalmas szabadidő eltöltését szolgálja, valamint minden korosztály számára biztosítja a kikapcsolódás, a szabad levegőn tartózkodás lehetőségét. Jó idő esetén a szabadban, rossz idő esetén zárt, klimatizált térben teszi lehetővé, hogy a 3-14 év közti gyerekek önállóan vagy csoportosan játszhassanak ügyességüket, vállalkozóképességüket és szellemességüket, kreativitásukat próbára tevő játékok közt válogatva, valamint a terület alkalmas lesz arra, hogy a gyermekeket kísérő, babát sétáltató vagy önállóan érkező, mozgásra vágyó felnőttek igényeinek is megfeleljen (pl. sétány, szabadtéri tornapálya lehetőséggel). A Park professzionális kialakítása és gondozott üzemeltetése, valamint a terület gazdasági funkciójának élénkítése céljából a szabadidős létesítmények mellett a zöld környezettel harmóniában működő kisvállalkozások számára is tervezzük infrastruktúra létrehozását. A vállalkozók háza a szabadidőközpont működéséhez kapcsolódó illetve azzal jól megférő tevékenységet végző cégeket szeretnénk letelepíteni. Ennek érdekében „műhelyeket” és irodákat tartalmazó épület építésére kerül sor. Az épület a tervezett 500 m2 játszóház mellett mintegy 1000m2, alapvetően könnyűipari tevékenységre alkalmas „műhelyt” és mintegy 5 bútorokkal ellátott irodát tartalmaz majd. Az épület megtöltéséhez olyan céget/cégeket várunk, akik termelési vagy üzemeltetési tapasztalataik alapján kapcsolódnak a Park profiljához, a zöld gondolathoz, a szabadidő hasznos eltöltését támogató tevékenységekhez, a fiatal generációkhoz, az egészséges életmódot támogató lakossági tevékenységekhez, és szívesen működnének a lakókörnyezethez és a belvároshoz nagyon közeli, mégis teljesen zöld környezetben. A projektterület az Altáró út közvetlen déli szomszédságában található dombon helyezkedik el. A projektben megkülönböztetett figyelem hárul az Altáró területe felé elfolyó csapadékvizeknek a meglévő hálózathoz való csatlakoztatására, valamint a domboldalt megkötő erdősült növényzet megtartására. A terület megközelítése a Juhász Gyula útról történik, melyen teljes burkolatcserét, akadálymentesítést hajtunk végre. Széleit fasorral ültetjük be. A lebontott épület helyére csarnoképület kerül, úttal és parkolóval. A szabadon maradó felületeken intenzív zöldfelületet alakítunk ki, nyírt gyeppel, fasorral, és lágyszárú virágágyással. Az épület és az azt körbeölelő zöldterületet a „fogadó tér” kapcsolja össze. A „fogadó tér” árnyékolóval ellátott burkolt, pihenésre alkalmas felület, ahol a bicikliket és csomagokat lehet tárolni, megőrzésre hagyni. Innen indul ki az akadálymentes sétaút, a futópálya és egy gyalogösvény. A sétaút kb. 200 nm-es extenzív virágos rétet vesz körül. Keleti oldalán kiteresedéssel. Burkolata a Komlón bányászott andezitből készült stabilizált zúzalék, ami vízáteresztő. A kiteresedés lehetőséget ad kültéri kávézó terasz elhelyezéséhez. A futópálya kb. 200 méter hosszú, erre vannak felfűzve a kültéri tornapályák 1-5 állomásai. Az állomásokon kültéri játékokat, fitnessgépeket helyezünk el, ismertető táblákkal, az alkalmazásukról, hasznosságukról. Az egyes állomások berendezései figyelembe veszik a különböző korosztályok, és fogyatékkal élők igényeit, hogy mindenki megtalálja a saját maga által is használható eszközöket. A gyalogösvény egy mesterséges patak mentén halad végig, kövekkel van kirakva, tökéletes a hegyitúra sportvégzésére. A patak medre kövekkel van kirakva, így száraz időben is mutatós. Partja patak menti imitátor növényekkel szegélyezett. A vízen 2 db fahídon lehet átkelni. A patak egy szűrőtóba torkollik, amit a kiszélesített gyalogösvény pihenőtere fog körbe, majd ültetett növénysáv zár le. Az ültetett növényzet pufferzóna szerepét tölti be. A projekt fő közösségi jellegű szolgáltatásai, a szabadidőpark és a játszóház az egész város lakosságát szolgálják. A projekt főként a fiatal korosztályra koncentrál, de minden korosztály részére kínál könnyen, gyorsan elérhető lehetőséget az egészség és a mozgásképesség, erőnlét megőrzését szolgáló szabadtéri tornaeszközök, erdei pihenő-környezet megteremtése révén, a helyi zöldkörnyezeti adottságokban rejlő lehetőségek kiaknázása segítségével. Elérhetőség szempontjából a beavatkozási terület a város súlypontjában helyezkedik el. Az erdei jellegű környezet a város sajátos, hegyekkel-völgyekkel tarkított domborzata, és a bányászat korábbi területigénye következtében beépítetlen maradt. A barnamezős rehabilitáció révén a területrész természetes jellegű, részben épített parkká alakul át. In the framework of the tender, our goal is to restore the brownfield area at the end of Juhász Gyula street, where there are accident-threatening structures and ruins in the immediate vicinity of the residential environment. On the restored plot we plan to implement a residential service that serves young families and children to spend healthy and meaningful leisure time, as well as the possibility of recreation and stay in the open air for all ages. In case of good weather, in the outdoors, in the closed, air-conditioned space in case of bad weather, children aged 3-14 can play their dexterity on their own or in groups, choosing between games that test their creativity and entrepreneurship, and the area will be suitable for meeting the needs of adults accompanying children, walking the doll or arriving independently and wanting to move (e.g. promenade, outdoor gymnastic facilities). In order to professionally develop and maintain the Park and stimulate the economic function of the area, in addition to recreational facilities, we plan to create infrastructure for small businesses operating in harmony with the green environment. The house of entrepreneurs would like to set up companies with activities related to the operation of the recreation centre and performing well-established activities. To this end, a building with “workshops” and offices will be built. In addition to the planned 500 m² playhouse, the building will contain about 1 000 m² “workshop” suitable for light industry activities and about 5 offices with furniture. To complete the building, we expect companies/companies who, based on their production or operating experience, are connected to the Park profile, the green idea, activities supporting the useful recreation, young generations, residential activities supporting a healthy lifestyle, and would be happy to operate in a very close, yet completely green environment, very close to the residential environment and the city centre. The project area is located on a hill located in the immediate southern neighbourhood of the subtario road. In the project, special attention will be paid to the connection of the rainwaters to the subtarno area to the existing network and to the conservation of the forested vegetation that binds the hillside. The area is approached from Juhász Gyula Road, where we perform complete pavement replacement and accessibility. The edges are planted with a tree line. The demolished building will be replaced by a hall building with road and parking. On the free surfaces we create an intense green surface, with trimmed lawn, tree row and herbaceous flower bed. The building and the surrounding green area are connected by the ‘reception space’. The “reception space” is a covered, relaxable surface with a shielding device, where bicycles and luggage can be stored and left for preservation. This is where the barrier-free walking path, the runway and a walking path start. The walkway surrounds an extensive flower meadow of about 200 sqm. On the east side, spread out. Its casing is a stabilised chipping made of andesite mined on the Komló, which is permeable. The outdoor coffee shop offers the possibility to set up a terrace. The runway is about 200 metres long, and there are 1-5 stations on the outdoor gymnastics. At the stations we place outdoor games, fitness machines, with information boards, about their application and usefulness. The equipment of each station takes into account the needs of people of different ages and people with disabilities, so that everyone can find the tools that can be used by themselves. The footpath runs along an artificial creek with stones, perfect for the sporting end of the mountain tour. The creek bear is laid with stones, so it is also spectacular in dry weather. Its shore is bordered with imitator plants along a stream. The water can be crossed 2 wooden bridges. The creek flows into a filtration pond, surrounded by the resting area of the wide-ranging footpath, and then closed by a planted band of plants. Planted vegetation acts as a buffer zone. The main community services of the project, the leisure park and the playhouse serve the population of the whole city. The project focuses mainly on young people, but it offers easy and quick access for all ages through the creation of outdoor gymnastic equipment to preserve health and mobility and fitness, forest rest environments, by exploiting the potential of local green environments. From the point of view of accessibility, the intervention area is located at the centre of gravity of the city. The forest-like environment remains unbuilt due to the specific terrain of the city, with mountains and valleys, and the former needs of mining. Thanks to the brownfield rehabilitation, the area is transformed into a natural, partly built park. Dans le cadre de l’appel d’offres, notre objectif est de restaurer la zone de friches à l’extrémité de la rue Juhász Gyula, où il y a des structures et des ruines potentiellement accidentelles dans le voisinage immédiat de l’environnement résidentiel. Sur la parcelle restaurée, nous prévoyons de mettre en place un service résidentiel qui sert les jeunes familles et les enfants à passer des loisirs sains et significatifs, ainsi que la possibilité de loisirs et de rester en plein air pour tous les âges. En cas de beau temps, à l’extérieur, dans l’espace fermé et climatisé en cas de mauvais temps, les enfants âgés de 3 à 14 ans peuvent jouer leur dextérité par eux-mêmes ou en groupe, en choisissant entre des jeux qui testent leur créativité et l’esprit d’entreprise, et la zone sera adaptée pour répondre aux besoins des adultes accompagnant les enfants, marcher la poupée ou arriver de manière indépendante et vouloir se déplacer (par exemple promenade, gymnastique extérieure). Afin de développer et d’entretenir professionnellement le parc et de stimuler la fonction économique de la région, en plus des installations récréatives, nous prévoyons de créer des infrastructures pour les petites entreprises opérant en harmonie avec l’environnement vert. La maison des entrepreneurs souhaite créer des entreprises ayant des activités liées à l’exploitation du centre de loisirs et exerçant des activités bien établies. À cette fin, un bâtiment avec des «ateliers» et des bureaux sera construit. En plus de la salle de jeux prévue de 500 m², le bâtiment contiendra environ 1 000 m² «atelier» adapté aux activités de l’industrie légère et environ 5 bureaux avec mobilier. Pour compléter le bâtiment, nous attendons des entreprises/entreprises qui, sur la base de leur expérience de production ou d’exploitation, sont liées au profil du parc, à l’idée verte, aux activités de soutien aux loisirs utiles, aux jeunes générations, aux activités résidentielles favorisant un mode de vie sain, et qui seraient heureuses d’opérer dans un environnement très proche, mais entièrement vert, très proche de l’environnement résidentiel et du centre-ville. La zone du projet est située sur une colline située dans le voisinage sud immédiat de la route subtario. Dans le cadre du projet, une attention particulière sera accordée à la connexion des eaux de pluie à la zone subtarno au réseau existant et à la conservation de la végétation forestière qui lient les collines. La zone est approchée à partir de la route Juhász Gyula, où nous effectuons le remplacement complet des chaussées et l’accessibilité. Les bords sont plantés d’une ligne d’arbres. Le bâtiment démoli sera remplacé par un bâtiment de hall avec route et parking. Sur les surfaces libres, nous créons une surface verte intense, avec pelouse, rangée d’arbres et lit de fleurs herbacées. Le bâtiment et la zone verte environnante sont reliés par l’«espace d’accueil». L’«espace d’accueil» est une surface couverte et décontractée avec un dispositif de blindage, où les bicyclettes et les bagages peuvent être entreposés et laissés pour conservation. C’est là que démarrent le chemin de marche sans obstacles, la piste et un sentier pédestre. La promenade entoure une vaste prairie fleurie d’environ 200 m². Du côté est, étalez-vous. Son boîtier est un écaillement stabilisé en andésite extrait sur le Komló, qui est perméable. Le café extérieur offre la possibilité d’installer une terrasse. La piste est d’environ 200 mètres de long, et il y a 1-5 stations sur la gymnastique extérieure. Dans les stations, nous mettons des jeux en plein air, des machines de fitness, avec des cartes d’information, sur leur application et leur utilité. L’équipement de chaque station tient compte des besoins des personnes d’âges différents et des personnes handicapées, afin que chacun puisse trouver les outils qui peuvent être utilisés par lui-même. Le sentier pédestre longe un ruisseau artificiel avec des pierres, parfait pour la fin sportive de la randonnée en montagne. L’ours du ruisseau est posé avec des pierres, il est donc aussi spectaculaire par temps sec. Sa rive est bordée de plantes imitatrices le long d’un cours d’eau. L’eau peut être traversée 2 ponts en bois. Le ruisseau s’écoule dans un bassin de filtration, entouré par la zone de repos du sentier pédestre, puis fermé par une bande de plantes plantées. La végétation plantée sert de zone tampon. Les principaux services communautaires du projet, le parc de loisirs et la salle de jeux desservent la population de toute la ville. Le projet se concentre principalement sur les jeunes, mais il offre un accès facile et rapide pour tous les âges grâce à la création d’équipements de gymnastique extérieure pour préserver la santé et la mobilité et la remise en forme, les environnements de repos forestier, en exploitant le potentiel des environnements verts locaux.
